if the sector will grow then only the related stock will grow

why renewable energy is cosidered as the sector of future?

the major reason is that the electricity consumption is increasing rapidly in india

india is the 3rd largest country in terms of electricity consumption

coal and water are old means of electricity production

both require manpower and machinery but now they are not enough

economy is increasing and need of electricity is also

the government aims to make 70% EV on roads by 2030

those vehicles will require electricity so the need of electricity is increasing

that's why renewable energy is considered as the best source of electricity

bright future is considered of the companies which are working in this sector

whether it is tata power or suzlon

38% of total electricity was produced by renewable energy in 2020

it is very less

the government aims to produce 50% from fossil fuels by 2030

and Suzlon works in this sector

among top 5 the 3 biggest solar parks are from india

in which Bhadla solar park, Rajastha which produces 2255 MW it is wrold's biggest solar park

second largest is in karnataka

whose capacity is of 200 MW and one is in Andhra pradesh with the capacity of 100 MW

talking about turbine manufacturing units, there are 14 and 6 units in the continents of India

Research and development, supply chain management and manufacturing, turnkey project services, solar energy solutions, quality management and HSE

trying to get powerful in wind energy segment

trying to retain the opportunity

and offering services and products of each type

but how is the execution in reality

19% market share in wind installation segment and it is very less

15% revenue from foundry and fudging and 19% from wind turbine generation

6640 crore of debt

free cash flow of 482 crore

if we talk about their net income

so loss in 2018,19 and 2020

2021 is the only year when they have profit

that's the big reason that you are seeing this 5 rupee stock at 11 rupee

people are going crazy about this penny

same story was with total revenue but jumped in 2021

EPS was also negative but now it is also positive

that's the reason that hype is created when any company making loss and suddenly get's profit

and the renewable sector is also a hype that's why suzlon is at fire

as i told you that debt is very high

in ,arch 2020 company had the debt of 14,262 crores

now they have reduced it to 6640 crores

means they have reduced it to half

if we compare debt to market cap so the company is perfect

it is a very interesting story, so let's see that too so tell me that when any company takes debt?

2 reasons like if they have big plans and hype for execution

but if any mistake happens in execution

so all goes in vain

after launching thee company becomes biggest in asia in the field of wind energy

due to which the motivation of management was very high

that's why they planned to expand outside the asia and took debt for that

they took more debt than their capacity

but their plan failed when the government took back the government rollback of wind energy subsidiary and expansion plan

because these are capital intensive businesses

the big impacts are created if the rollbacks of subsidiary happen

that's why a big impact was created on this company too

that's why their share price decreased and investors lost the money

and Suzlon energy struggles in the crisis

so at that time, the founder of sunpharma Dilip Sanghvi bought 23% stakes by investing 1 billion dollar and saved the company

then suzlon worked on it's subsidiary

and managed it's debt and they got success in that

so result is in front of you

recently coal crisis happend and hype of the renewable too

people are going crazy toward wind energy and solar and government is also supporting this

so the companies are going toward this boom

that's why the hype is created in the market, so what is the story?

the story is not end yet

what is the situation now? so the company has lost it's market share

because the company not have money to execute it's projects

so this is the recent history of the company

now you were may be thinking that this is a bad company

and why we are analyzing this company so my friends we are analyzing this company because

there is a twist of turnaround

so we will talk about that and we can see high potential due to this

if the company will be able to use it perfectly so no doubt

it will be a multi-bagger or if not then again the story of the past will be repeated

so what are the bad points? so the company got three chances for a comeback

and company is fail in this three chances

but this is considered as the last chance for the company

if they were not able to take this last chance as an opportunity then the last option will be nclt

they knew that if they had gone to nclt then their valuation would have been decreased drastically

you have seen the example in the valuable companies like Ruchi soya and Alok

but because of its depreciation, its lenders took it to nclt

and you know that this company were bought by Ramdev baba and Mukesh Ambani in the cost of peny

but you know their current value, but at that time nothing was done by banks

so if suzlon will go to nclt then the banks will not get their money

so this is the last chance for suzlon

and i don't think that banks will give any other chance

if Suzlon get's unsuccessful in it's turnaround so its story will come to an end

but if they could use this opportunity then the suzlon will become a multi bagger stock

that's why i told you in the beginning that it is a penny stock

so what are the good signs so they have reduced the debt and getting working capital

now all the conditions and government is in favour

suzlon is expanding and trying to reduce its debt

so things are better also

so this are the good expected things

if we look to the sell book up to 2022

so the order book is increasing rapidly

and converted it's 8200 crore debt into long term Optionally convertible debentures

and the pay time is 20 years

and all these things bring the smoothness so that's the big reason

you are looking at that penny stock now at 10 rupees instead of 5 rupee

and started to take projects and started a 252 MW wind power project in sidhpur gujarat
