the first things that I always teach is

when you're looking at a credit
[63]
monitoring port or a credit report you
[66]
want to look to see what is inaccurate
[68]
on the credit report itself like the
[72]
fields these are called fields so you
[75]
want to look at the fields to see what
[78]
is going on across the board here to see

what is inaccurate on the credit report

now as you can see right here some
[89]
creditors don't report to all three
[92]
credit bureaus but major credit cards do
[97]
report to all three credit bureaus now

most major credit cards will report to
[103]
all three credit bureaus so when you're

looking at a credit monitoring port

which most of us do you want to see if

all of these credit bureaus are
[113]
reporting the same information all the
[115]
way across and as you can see

Equifax is not reporting anything right
[121]
here now that may be because this
[124]
particular creditor is not reporting to
[126]
Equifax they may just be reporting the
[128]
TransUnion and Experian and that's what
[131]
it kind of looks like

because there's no information here so

but this is kind of questionable because
[137]
if this is a major bank and I chase a
[140]
Wells Fargo then they will be reporting
[143]
across all three if you watched my first
[147]
two videos you will see how I show you

how to find inconsistencies I come

across all three credit bureaus now if

this Bank was reporting to Equifax and
[159]
there is no data there that as an
[161]
argument for me to dispute this account
[164]
based on inconsistency because he the
[168]
Fair Credit Reporting Act states that

the credit bureaus are supposed to
[172]
report the information a hundred percent
[175]
accurate and the credit monitoring
[177]
companies are getting the information
[179]
from the credit bureaus so any
[182]
information that's displayed on the
[184]
credit report is supposed to be a
[185]
hundred percent accurate all right so

let's continue alright so let's take a

look we're going to break down this

dispute letter that you will send out to

the credit bureaus now this dispute
[200]
letter is a little strong and you have
[203]
to be careful with strong letters in the
[206]
very beginning when you are sending a
[208]
letter out to the credit bureaus because

see credit bureaus are smart they're not
[213]
dumb dumbs they're very smart and
[215]
they've been in the business for a long
[216]
time so you don't have to threaten the
[218]
credit bureau with different things
[220]
because really they don't care but you
[223]
do want to from time to time let the
[226]
credit bureaus know that you're not a
[228]
dumb-dumb either and you are a smart
[230]
consumer so let's check out this this

letter to the credit bureaus dear credit

bureau I hope your day is going well

non-threatening but I need your help

I noticed the following issues with

these accounts on my credit report now

these are the inconsistencies on the
[250]
credit report or the problems that you
[252]
find on the credit report

I did some reading on the internet about

the credit reporting loss now some
[259]
consumers who do not know how to compose
[262]
a dispute letter they will do a little
[265]
research on the internet so this is
[267]
correct and for my understandings if a
[270]
consumer finds errors or their credit
[273]
report they have a right to have them
[276]
fixed right which is correct right now

the credit board on their website and

when you have recent collection accounts

on your credit report it will cause

problems with you getting approved

credit bureau responds back to you that

they have verified the information so

now you need to follow up now and go

directly to the collection I mean yeah

go directly to the collection agency

with the following letter now you have

my permission to use this letter you

have my permission to copy this letter

alright because this is a letter that I
[356]
drafted so it is copyrighted and I am
[359]
giving you permission to use it alright

that is my way of giving back to

is a very detailed letter to the

collection agency and there's two parts

there's two parts now when we send this

letter to the collection agency we want
[374]
to let the collection agency know that

we are a smart consumer and that we are

serious about our credit and we feel

that the collection agency put this
[384]
collection account
[385]
our credit report and we feel that the
[389]
information that they're reporting is in
[391]
Accra so you have every right in the
[392]
world to dispute it according to the
[395]
Fair Credit Reporting Act okay all right

hello collector I see that you have

reported inaccurate information on my
[402]
credit report and that you keep
[404]
verifying this account when it's clearly

inaccurate remember the credit bureau

verified it through the collector so

fact owned this that and proof that you

were the that you were on the original

contract that you the one that's

signed with the creditor so you want to

get proof from the collector that they

were on that original contract that you

signed when you took out the loan or

whatever you did to get the collection

on the credit report and then we quote

get really strong right here as you can

see with the collection agency because

they're scum anyways you know the

collection agencies are scum they don't

care they will put a collection account

on your credit report with no notice and

do I know that because they did it to me

case law that reference that collectors

some collectors must provide certain

information so I think that if you sued

the collection agency and in discovery

if you had an attorney that was
[631]
representing you and you sued the
[633]
collection agency then yes this will
[635]
probably come out in discovery

what if they keep verifying the count

now that's where we go into advanced

they keep verifying account they

you have to escalate your collection

letters and there's different ways of

escalating this matter to put more
