everyone in today's video we're going over why  rent little websites now you're probably watching  

this video and wondering should I get into rank  and rent what exactly is this concept of renting  

little websites out is there money in it and I  just want to actually go over why this is a very  

profitable business why it is still a new concept  to people so I want you to understand why this  

actually works and why there will always be room  for this now if you're new to my channel before

going to show you a few of these rent little  website type of sites that I have up this is  

one of the things that me and my team do as a  business and we also teach exactly step-by-step  

how to do this I'll leave some links in the  description if you're interested in that stuff  

but let's dive into some things because a lot of  people hear about renting these little websites  

which I look at as kind of like properties they're  digital properties it's almost like renting real  

estate physical real estate you make a monthly  income every month right it's a great investment  

don't get me wrong real estate is great and I  have a couple buddies in physical real estate I  

actually am getting involved in investing some  money just to diversify stuff but I will never  

get out of investing in digital online real estate  and let me just show you why these little websites  

I'm going to show you a couple of them at the  end I'm actually going to expose some of my  

websites so you can see what they look like and  why it's powerful this concept and exactly how  

it works but let me just paint this picture for  you quickly let's talk about physical real estate

because I'm sure you're very familiar with this  and you know real estate is definitely great  

investments there's big money made in real estate  it's not going anywhere and then over here we're  

going to talk about right little websites and  this is digital real estate now I have another  

whole video on digital real estate and also  rank and rent I'll leave the link up here and  

also a link down below to both of those videos  so you can check those out learn a little more  

the concept of digital real estate and also learn  more even about rank and rent websites and we're  

just going to show you the difference right here  ok I want to show you the difference so let's say  

down in Florida you find a house for $100,000  that you want to buy so 100k right you're gonna  

buy the house and you're gonna rent it out into  two bedroom house let's say and let's say you're  

gonna get a thousand dollars per month now with  a thousand dollars per month you also have to pay  

tax on the house let's say it's $1,200 a year just  to make it easy and that's being nice usually more  

than that definitely in New York you're not  finding any of this hundred thousand twelve  

hundred a month I just want to show you a simple  example here so tax are twelve hundred per year

so that brings in and a hundred dollars a month  we got a minus 100 off so we're at nine hundred  

a month you'll be bringing in from your rental  right now we also got a factor in maintenance  

and upkeep now I'm going to add anything in there  I'm just going to keep it at this nine hundred a  

month coming in if you bought this house outright  for a hundred thousand dollars and you rent it for  

a thousand and let's say even if your taxes were  only twelve hundred a year one hundred - off a  

month and you have nine hundred it's gonna  take you a little over nine years to recoup  

your hundred thousand nine years a little over to  recoup you're kind of K then after that yes nine  

hundred dollars is coming in and again that's not  factoring in if you ever have to fix anything the  

hot water heater the roof if something's leaking  if something's not working updating appliances  

right that's all I'm you as a landlord now I'm  just giving you basic numbers now I will show you  

what we do with digital real estate so let's  say just like in a house in Florida that you  

found for 100k a two-bedroom let's say you built a  roofing rental website in Florida so we're in that  

industry of roofing and let's say it cost you five  K to build this and usually they don't even cost  

that much to build I'm just going high right now  just want to show you something let's say you've  

rent this website out for a thousand per month  because once you get this website renovated and  

built and put back into the better neighborhood  and I call it the better neighborhood which is  

page one of Google for search terms like let's  say roofers in Florida or roofers in Orlando  

roof repair in Orlando whatever city you're in if  you're able to bring in let's say 15 to 20 leads  

per month that's people looking to get their roof  replaced roof repaired maybe siding done if you're  

bringing in 15 to 20 leads per month that's when  you know your digital real estate is really worth  

money and thousand dollars per month is what  you're gonna get as a rental fee to rent out  

and send all these leads to a roofer and this is  actually a no-brainer number if you're bringing  

in fifteen or twenty weeks per month he should  happily pay you a thousand dollars per month  

and I always try to bring in a number that's a  no-brainer you know that's fair and a win-win for  

both sides of the party so that he sticks around  we're happy we stick around our 5k investment  

right if we're getting a thousand per month we  don't have to pay taxes on this but we do have  

to pay hosting the domain every year so hosting  and domain and that's about 120 per year so 120  

so that's 10 bucks a month so now we're down  to 990 that's what we would be bringing in now  

because we had a invest 5k let's see what the math  would be so at 990 a month we're bringing it it's  

gonna be a little over five months to get our 5k  back and then we're in the green then we're making  

990 per month on autopilot and as long as you're  getting 15 to 20 leads per month it's going to  

be to be a no-brainer for that roofing company to  keep paying you a thousand per month and this is  

what we're doing in a few minutes I'm actually  going to share my screen and actually show you  

just a couple of these type of websites I'm just  painting a picture here really quick of digital  

real estate and rent these little websites type  of style and then physical real estate now again  

don't get me wrong physical real estate it's still  great industry to get in but a lot of people don't  

understand that this exists digital real estate  and this is on a smaller level there's also if  

you want to build bigger sites generate more and  more traffic and again that's why these sites are  

worth money in different industries is because  you're leveraging a skill which is search engine  

optimization and we go over that in our training  and you're positioning these websites these little  

websites in really good neighborhoods which is  the top of page one of Google for search terms  

that people are searching and they need a solution  and then it's converting into a lead or sometimes  

it's converting into a sale the Pentagon will  kind of site your building okay and that's why  

it's worth money that's why you can rent these  sites out when I'm just looking at physical real  

estate I know the hype train is around physical  real estate right now and it's great but a lot  

of people are just unaware of renting little  web sites out and this stuff exists this stuff  

works again this is work it's a skill set you do  have to build the sites there step-by-step things  

you have to do in order for your sites to rank  and unlike a lot of stuff out there this is not  

one of those things where I'm telling you you're  going to be rich overnight and that this is a push  

button system no this is a real business model  this takes a real skill set that you learn but  

it's there you see the numbers don't lie and this  stuff is going on I must share some sites with you  

and even if you just wanted to make an extra few  hundred dollars per month you can build and rent  

a little website in a smaller city that's less  competitive around a vertical or niche that's  

maybe not as competitive as roofing and maybe  you get a few hundred dollars a month and rent  

that out you get your investment back which won't  cost you as much as trying to rent in a big city  

and for a competitive vertical but you get your  investment back let's say in a few months and  

now on autopilot even if you were bringing in an  extra three or four hundred dollars per month I'm  

sure that could go a long way and if you want to  work your job and do that on the side that's fine  

now some of you want to take it to the next level  get in more competitive areas build more and more  

little websites and listen people are doing that  this type of concept can be scaled at that level  

you can build more and more sites or you can build  one big master site rank in different local cities  

and rent out to multiple different tenants and  you'll be getting money every single month and  

there's different concepts here you don't also  have to just rent it out for a fee you can also  

make them pay per lead every qualify call or lead  that comes into reform you can charge them a fee  

some of you also might have a buddy that owns a  business maybe you want to work out a partnership  

and take a percentage again I just like the rental  set up because you put a credit card on file and  

every month it auto charges you're making your  money you're delivering them their goods of what  

they want and it's a win-win situation so let's  jump real quick into my screen so I can just share  

a couple things and show you some of these little  websites that are making money every month okay  

so I'm sharing my screen I just want to show  you some of these websites real quick if you  

type in painting contractor Long Island right  here you'll see this little Google my business  

listing and then also the a website right here  this is the website the type of websites were  

talking about so you could rent out these you  could sell the leads you see we optimize them  

a certain way very simple clean looks like a  real brand let me show you another one let's go  

back to Google if you type in Long Island photo  booth rentals this is going to be another one

again in the maps but let me show you also the  website on page one again we're pushing the site  

into good real estate and again here here it  is so this gets leads every single week again  

once you get your little website into the good  real estate where people are searching certain  

terms for a solution or service you're gonna  generate those phone calls and now it's worth  

money it's an asset this is building assets and  we'll go to another one if you type in wedding  

DJ's Orlando again in the maps and then right  here again and I'll show you the site BAM very  

similar template again generating leads I'll do  another one so if you go and you type in bounce  

house rentals Kissimmee and we come down here  again Maps and then right here and what's great  

about this skill is you could create your own  rental websites rent them out which is great your  

building assets but when you know this skill you  can go out and actually also offer this service to  

local business this is actually someone site they  wanted this done because the old company they were  

using couldn't get the results they wanted to be  on page one because they knew people are typing  

this in and they want more customers to rent their  bounce houses out so we came in and our team did  

this we're able to optimize and go through the  process and charge him a monthly fee and keep  

them happy so they're paying a monthly fee to  actually rank on page one of Google the good  

neighborhood so not only can you build your assets  you can also go out with the skill and offer it  

to local businesses when you hear someone talking  about rent little websites you can actually build  

these little websites that are optimized rank them  make money or sell leads make money or also take
