Signature CMA is a new report available

in RP Data Professional, helping you create beautiful,

modern, and customised reports to use

for appraisals, listing presentations and pre-listing kits.

The Signature platform gives you the flexibility

to customise CMA reports, allowing you

to tell your unique story in your listing presentations.

To generate a Signature CMA,

click the Signature CMA report icon

on the property tasks panel in any property detail page

in RP Data Professional.

A new window will open in the Signature platform

with details on your target property.

Here, you can edit your target property details

such as property type, attributes, land area,

and floor area if they're incorrect.

You can also select which image to use in your report.

Simply click on the image displayed,

scroll through to your preferred image,

and select use in report.

If you want to upload your own image,

drag it into the add new property image block

or browse and follow the prompts.

Once your image has finished uploading,

it will appear in the image block above.

Proceed through the workflow of your report

by clicking through the menu bar at the top of your page,

As you proceed, your changes are automatically saved.

The recent sales section allows you

to find the most relevant comparable sales

to include in your report.

Use the refine your search box

to filter results by property type,

sale date, radius, attributes, and sales price,

and to restrict results to the target property suburb only.

To apply your filters, click the update filters button.

Select the properties you want to include in your report.

If you want to search properties with new filters,

and are conveniently grouped to the top of your list.

You can view recent sales or listing results in two ways:

list view or detail view.

List view gives you a more concise view

of each comparable property and allows you

to see more properties at a glance.

Clicking on a comparable property will switch

to the expanded detail view where you can see images,

the listing description and property details.

You also have the option to view the property detail page

in RP Data Professional.

In the expanded view, you can scroll

through the imagery using the inline gallery.

For selected comparable properties,

you can change the image used in your final report.

Simply scroll through to your preferred image

and click the use and report button.

You can sort results by closest property,

sale date, lowest sale price or highest sale price.

To add a section, drop your pdf

into the add your own custom section box on the left menu

or click browse and follow the prompts.

Whether it's a cover page, cover letter,

or any document you find valuable,

add customs sections to supercharge your report.

Any changes you make are immediately saved

to your template and will flow through

to future Signature CMA reports you generate.

On the right, all sections of your report are listed.

Click on the pencil to update any section title.

Simply type in the new title and press enter.

to enter an appraisal price or range

as well as any descriptions or notes.

When you're happy with your report,

proceed to the preview and finalise step

Print or download your report and send to your clients.
