Channel: unknown
[7]
Signature CMA is a new report available
[9]
in RP Data Professional,
helping you create beautiful,
[13]
modern, and customised reports to use
[15]
for appraisals, listing
presentations and pre-listing kits.
[20]
The Signature platform
gives you the flexibility
[22]
to customise CMA reports, allowing you
[24]
to tell your unique story in
your listing presentations.
[33]
To generate a Signature CMA,
[35]
click the Signature CMA report icon
[38]
on the property tasks panel
in any property detail page
[41]
in RP Data Professional.
[43]
A new window will open
in the Signature platform
[46]
with details on your target property.
[48]
Here, you can edit your
target property details
[51]
such as property type,
attributes, land area,
[54]
and floor area if they're incorrect.
[56]
You can also select which
image to use in your report.
[59]
Simply click on the image displayed,
[61]
scroll through to your preferred image,
[63]
and select use in report.
[66]
If you want to upload your own image,
[68]
drag it into the add
new property image block
[71]
or browse and follow the prompts.
[74]
Once your image has finished uploading,
[75]
it will appear in the image block above.
[79]
Proceed through the
workflow of your report
[81]
by clicking through the menu
bar at the top of your page,
[84]
or by clicking the next step button
[85]
in the bottom right of your screen.
[88]
As you proceed, your changes
are automatically saved.
[91]
The recent sales section allows you
[93]
to find the most relevant comparable sales
[95]
to include in your report.
[97]
Use the refine your search box
[99]
to filter results by property type,
[101]
sale date, radius,
attributes, and sales price,
[105]
and to restrict results to the
target property suburb only.
[109]
To apply your filters, click
the update filters button.
[113]
Select the properties you want
to include in your report.
[118]
If you want to search
properties with new filters,
[120]
all selected properties will remain
[122]
and are conveniently grouped
to the top of your list.
[128]
You can view recent sales or
listing results in two ways:
[131]
list view or detail view.
[133]
List view gives you a more concise view
[136]
of each comparable property and allows you
[138]
to see more properties at a glance.
[141]
Clicking on a comparable
property will switch
[143]
to the expanded detail view
where you can see images,
[146]
the listing description
and property details.
[150]
You also have the option to
view the property detail page
[152]
in RP Data Professional.
[157]
In the expanded view, you can scroll
[159]
through the imagery
using the inline gallery.
[163]
Click on the image for a larger view.
[165]
For selected comparable properties,
[167]
you can change the image
used in your final report.
[170]
Simply scroll through
to your preferred image
[172]
and click the use and report button.
[178]
You can sort results by closest property,
[181]
sale date, lowest sale
price or highest sale price.
[186]
You can also add you own
specific comparable sale
[189]
or listing to your report.
[191]
Start typing the address in
the add comparable sale box,
[194]
and click on the address
you want to include.
[198]
Next, navigate to the
currently listed page
[200]
and repeat the same process
[202]
to add comparable listings to your report.
[207]
The summary section is where
you can customise your report
[210]
to tell your unique story.
[213]
On the left menu you can
see the sections available
[215]
to appear in your report.
[217]
You can drag and drop
these to change the order
[224]
and add or remove default sections
[226]
by clicking the three dots followed
[228]
by the minus or plus sign.
[234]
One of the key benefits of
Signature is the ability
[237]
to upload custom sections
and turn your CMA
[240]
into a pre-listing kit.
[242]
To add a section, drop your pdf
[245]
into the add your own custom
section box on the left menu
[248]
or click browse and follow the prompts.
[251]
Whether it's a cover page, cover letter,
[253]
testimonials, about your team
[255]
or any document you find valuable,
[258]
add customs sections to
supercharge your report.
[261]
Any changes you make are immediately saved
[263]
to your template and will flow through
[265]
to future Signature CMA
reports you generate.
[269]
On the right, all sections
of your report are listed.
[273]
Click on the pencil to
update any section title.
[275]
Simply type in the new
title and press enter.
[286]
The summary section also allows you
[288]
to enter an appraisal price or range
[291]
as well as any descriptions or notes.
[293]
If you don't want to use
these in your report,
[295]
uncheck the check box.
[300]
When you're happy with your report,
[302]
proceed to the preview and finalise step
[304]
to generate the pdf.
[306]
Now you've generated your CMA.
[311]
