STORM FRED, and another natural disaster,

you can qualify for this loan.

Navy Federal Credit Union members can borrow
5,000 at 6% APR with terms of up to 24 months

with the Emergency Relief Loan.

I spoke with an NFCU rep and If you can produce
more information regarding more damages cost

more assistance, you can possibly get more

In order to qualify for this emergency loan,
you will need to become an NFCU member living

in the FEMA-declared areas that had a natural
disaster.

In order to see if you live in the areas of
natural disaster, please go to fema.gov/disaster/declarations

and it will be a list of areas that FEMA has
declared as natural disaster areas, if you

are in those areas, you can qualify for Navy
federal disaster loan.

This loan is only done by phone, so once you
are ready to apply, call NFCU and ask for

the loan department and let them know you
would like to apply for a disaster assistance

loan.

Once you are done applying by phone, you will
get an instant decision and if you are approved

you get e-documents to sign via email and
the funds will be deposited to you in a couple

hours and you will receive a text message
or email for confirmation.

Things to consider is that this loan is a
hard pull

on your credit, It will either be a hard pull
from Transunion or Equifax depending on your

location.

If you are not approved you can appeal the
loan and request for a reconsideration or

if you are approved but for a lesser limit
than $5,000, you can appeal the limit to get

a higher amount.
