In case if you forgot the debit card at the home and still need to withdraw cash from
[21]
the nearest SBI ATM then here is the good news for you.
[26]
Now you can do a cardless transaction with the State Bank of India by using their YONO
[30]
Cash application.
[31]
This means, you can withdraw cash from the ATM without using the debit card.
[36]
The process is pretty much simple and all you need is to register yourself with YONO
[41]
Cash application.
[43]
Before knowing the complete process, first of all let me tell you the prerequisites that
[47]
you need to have before doing a cardless transaction at SBI ATM.
[52]
1.
[53]
You need to have an active Internet Banking login information or debit card details to
[57]
register yourself with Yono cash app. 2.
[60]
A smartphone with Yono cash application installed and finally
[64]
3.
[65]
An Active Internet connection Once you have them, please continue watching
[69]
this video till the end to know the restrictions of this procedure.
[73]
So, now take your Smartphone then install the Yono Cash application from the Play Store
[79]
or Apps Store.
[81]
Once installed, open the app then choose ‘Existing Customer’
[89]
Now, tap on ‘Login using Internet Banking ID’ or register yourself using an ATM card
[95]
by choosing the next option.
[97]
I have the Internet banking login information, so choosing the first one.
[103]
When you see this screen, choose ‘YES’ Now enter the username and password to login
[109]
yourself into Yono cash application.
[117]
Here accept the consent by choosing ‘Next’ and choose a login PIN.
[123]
You just need to enter this MPIN from the next time when you use this Yono Cash application
[128]
instead of the username and password of the SBI Internet Banking.
[132]
Finally, authenticate yourself with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
[139]
Now login with the MPIN into Yono cash then here choose ‘Yono Pay’ then tap on ‘Yono
[146]
Cash’.
[148]
Here tap on ‘ATM’ then enter the amount that you would like to withdraw from the State
[153]
Bank of India ATM without the debit card.
[156]
Here I’m going with 500 rupees as you need enter the amount in multiples of 500 only.
[163]
Now tap on ‘Next’ In this step you need to enter a 6 digit Yono
[169]
cash PIN for this particular transaction.
[172]
Please note that you need to remember this PIN number to get the cash from the ATM channel.
[178]
Now tap on ‘Next’ and review the details then agree the terms then choose ‘Confirm’.
[185]
That’s it.
[187]
You just initiated a cardless transaction using the Yono cash application.
[192]
Remember, when you complete the process using Yono cash application, you will get an SMS
[197]
from SBYONO with a transaction number.
[199]
The SMS will look like this.
[203]
You must have this transaction number along with the 6 digit PIN you created just now
[207]
to get the money from the ATM without the debit card.
[210]
Now visit any SBI ATM which has the option to withdraw cash without the debit card.
[216]
Here choose ‘Yono Cash’ then enter the transaction number which you get through then
[221]
SMS from SBYONO.
[222]
When you enter the right transaction number, you will be asked to enter the amount that
[227]
you would like to withdraw.
[229]
You must need to enter the amount in multiples of 500 only,
[233]
In the next step, authenticate the whole transaction using the 6 digit PIN number you created for
[238]
this transaction.
[239]
That’s it.
[241]
You will hear the sound of the ATM machine which is cool then collect the dispensed cash
[245]
from the machine.
[247]
And finally, here are the things that you must know about this whole procedure.
[252]
The first one is that you need to take the cash from the ATM channel within 4 hours of
[256]
creating the request within Yono cash app.
[260]
Second one is that you must have the transaction number and the PIN.
[264]
If you forget them then you need to create another request.
[268]
Third one is that you can only take a maximum of 10,000 rupees in single transaction and
[273]
20, 000 rupees in a single day.
[276]
All must be in the multiples of 500 only.
