What Outsourcing To The Philippines Means - YouTube

Outsourcing means a lot of things. And it is a lot of things. I absolutely love

outsourcing. And so does my team. All the employees that I hire in the Philippines...

In fact, that's where I am right now. I'm in a bungalow on a remote island and...

Wow! I'm here because of my team in the

Philippines for 2 reasons.

First of all to me, outsourcing is a huge huge blessing. When I can hire somebody

for a fraction of the cost and get quality work. They become great friends

and I can provide services to my clients at a fraction of the cost. And so, small

businesses all across the USA are totally benefiting from outsourcing. I

mean, to make a comparison, let's talk about manufacturing. The iPhone that

you're watching this video on right now, pretty much everything that we buy at

the store was manufactured somewhere else. And we have a higher standard of

living because of outsourced manufacturing. Now, there's definitely

some cons to outsourced manufacturing. The type of outsourcing that I do is I

hire graphics designers, I hire video editors, I hire bookkeepers, I hire

project managers, I hire thumbnail designers. But only last year on a

visited my team in the Philippines for the first time did I realize that they

see outsourcing as a huge blessing as well. -Outsourcing is our life. Outsourcing

is an incredible blessing. -Outsourcing means more time for your hobbies.

-Outsourcing is my life. -Outsourcing means you creating money while you're asleep.

-Outsourcing makes me live my life more. So, how is it a blessing to me? Well, I get

to leverage my time. I get to hire another employee. So, with one employee, I

really get to double my productivity and I get to do it at a fraction of the cost

of what I'd have to hire somebody for in America. Which means I probably wouldn't

do it or I wouldn't do it very often or I would or would only be able to do it a

small amount of times. I've got 14 full-time employees in the Philippines.

That allows me to accomplish a huge amount to really provide amazing

services to my clients and be really thorough.

Because my team lives on the other side of the planet, completely different

timezones, it means I can work throughout my day. Assign my team tasks. When I'm

done, that's when they're starting their workday. And so by the time I wake up,

everything that I asked them to do is already done. Now, if I modify the

question and I say outsourcing means... I think what is outsourcing mean... And I think

how sourcing means this.

So, I'm physically here in the Philippines because a few days ago, we

met for dinner. We met the next morning and did a Breakout Room. We went for

lunch. We did another Breakout Room or Escape Room is totally fun. Me and 3

other of my team members went and got a massage. They're the ones that have

been with me the longest. And then I came out to this island. I had to access this

island by boat and I've been here for several days. Going to be here for several

days more. This is what outsourcing means to me. It really means freedom. It means I

get to create. It means the leverage. Do you know what leverage means? If you

don't know what leverage means, definitely study that word. Lookup books

on learning how to leverage. Outsourcing is the ultimate form of leverage.

You know another thing the outsourcing means? Outsourcing means family.

-Outsourcing means family and money. -Outsourcing means more time with my

family. -It's spending time with family, of course, yeah. I get to spend a lot of time

with my family. -Outsourcing is awesome. -Outsourcing is the

best. -Outsourcing is the way to go. -Outsourcing means you have flexible time.

-Outsourcing means no traffic. -Outsourcing means more time to play

games. -Outsourcing means more sleep. -Outsourcing

means financial freedom. Outsourcing means money, right? And money is an

exchange for value. We use money just to trade value and I keep talking about how

I get to hire somebody for such a low price compared to what I'd have to pay

in America. But yet, my Filipino team, they see the money side of outsourcing for

them as a benefit as well. -Outsourcing miss flexible time and income.

-Outsourcing is great for the economy. -Outsourcing is cost-effective.

-Outsourcing is fun and money. -Also, outsourcing is totally fun. Being able to

interact with another culture, my team is fantastic. It's been a lot of fun coming

here for the second year in a row now. And I highly recommend you learn more
