The UNTOLD Truth About Credit Repair (This could cost you!) - YouTube

Look, I know like I'm superwoman and I wear mad hats and all that
[4]
kind of stuff. And I do some really awesome stuff, but I
[6]
don't have the key to fix credit instantly. Right. Just as a
[11]
business owner. Right. Just for anything, any type of thing.
[14]
Right. As a business owner, if I had some way to give you exactly
[19]
what you're looking for, that overnight process, immediate
[23]
instant fixed to bad credit, right? Remove your negative
[26]
items virtually instantly. Don't you think I'd give it to you? Or
[33]
do you think that I've spent eight years creating 800 videos?
[39]
Proving that there's no shortcuts because I want to tell
[44]
you, no, I wanna tell you what's hard. I wanna tell you that it's
[46]
going to take time and energy and that you're gonna have to
[49]
put just a fraction of what you put in to screwing up your
[52]
credit to fix it. I would have to say that logically just
[57]
logically and it's because it's true right now. Here's the deal.
[62]
The reason I'm making this video is because I had a conversation
[64]
with someone yesterday. I wanna share this conversation with you
[67]
because I know that there's so many people in the same boat
[71]
with the same thoughts and expectations, and it's gotta
[73]
stop. There's no overnight process. There's no 14 day
[76]
process. There's no six day process. There's no 90 day
[78]
process. You have to put just a fraction of what you put into
[82]
initially building it and then screwing it up and then waiting
[86]
right. To be able to fix it. And that's it. Then you can move on
[90]
with your life. You can move on and get those mortgages and
[92]
those vehicles and all these different things that you want.
[95]
But first you have to go through this. There's no going around.
[98]
There's no going under. You have to go through. And when you do,
[101]
you're gonna make it to the other side. And you're going to
[103]
be glad that you did it the right way. Instead of trying to
[107]
find all of these different shortcuts that are going to do
[109]
nothing other than lead you back to where you started. But now
[113]
you've wasted time. You've wasted money and you're further
[116]
back than where you even started. Right? Okay. So this
[119]
phone call I had with this person yesterday, so they're in
[123]
a debt settlement program, whereas they called it a debt
[127]
management program right now. They've been in it for however
[131]
long, 12 months, 24 months. So normally about what? 24 months.
[134]
Right. And obviously these things have to be paid. And just
[139]
in case you didn't know the way that that works is that even
[141]
though they're paid, they don't come off your credit report.
[143]
Right. So this person already knew that he's gotta be
[147]
important because I have to pay them. So I don't get sued.
[149]
Right. And then furthermore, besides being sued, now I have
[155]
all these different things, all these collections in charge offs
[158]
on my credit report that obviously I can't even pay to
[162]
remove because I already paid them and they're still on there.
[165]
Right. So they've gotta be important. They've gotta be on
[167]
there for a certain reason. So their question was, why is it
[170]
going to take an average of eight months to remove these
[174]
accounts? Well, Hmm. Why do you think they're still on there? If
[179]
they're so inconsequential, why are they still in there? Why
[183]
isn't it that you could've just paid that debt settlement or
[186]
that debt management or that debt, whatever program that,
[189]
that consolidation program, that it would've just come off at
[192]
that time. Don't you think it would've been that simple, but
[196]
no credit is something where, unless you have an agreement
[199]
with them and it only happens with 2% of companies that you
[201]
can't even pay to remove these things from your credit report.
[205]
Right. So is it important? Hmm. I would have to say so. Is it
[212]
gonna take time? Yes, I would have to say so, because if,
[217]
again, as a business owner, there was a way to give my
[221]
customer or my client. Exactly what they're looking for. Don't
[225]
you think that I would give it to them? Yes, dude. I would give
[229]
it to you. I would give it to you. Right? But this process
[234]
isn't like this because it's for you. This process is like this
[237]
because it's for them, the bureaus, the creditors, the
[239]
collectors, and everybody else that's involved outside of you.
[242]
This is their process. And it wasn't made for us. It wasn't
[245]
even made for us, the consumer, right. It was made for all these
[248]
businesses to get by and all that kind of stuff. So we're not
[250]
getting into that conversation, but we are talking about as
[252]
realistic expectations. There's all these videos and all these
[257]
courses and all these people out there that want you to believe
[260]
that just because a law exists, that the bureaus are going to do
[265]
what they're supposed to. Right. And it has nothing to do with
[268]
the law. It has to do with what you can prove. So yes, it says
[271]
if they don't respond within 30 days, that they have to remove
[275]
the negative item. But what are you going to do? Who are you
[278]
that you can force them, right. To remove from your credit
[283]
report. So let's just say, because this is exactly what's
[286]
gonna happen. You'll send a dispute. The bureaus don't
[288]
respond. And that thing is still on your credit report. What do
[290]
you do now? What are you and your infinite wisdom going to do
[295]
to force the bureaus, to remove it? Cause you have to do
[299]
something right now. Obviously you can take 'em to court,
[304]
right. But it's gonna stay in their system that they did
[309]
respond. I was gonna say in their system that they did
[312]
respond and you're gonna end up going in this circle of you
[316]
didn't respond. Yes we did. You didn't respond. We already said
[319]
we did. You didn't respond. We're not gonna reinvestigate
[321]
Sue us. Okay. Well, you know, uh, Kate, your honor. Well, I
[325]
sent a dispute. They didn't, you know, respond and uh, well, no,
[329]
your honor, we did respond. And it says right here on, you know,
[332]
page, blah, blah, blah, on our system that we responded and
[334]
well, we don't send these out things out certified to the
[336]
consumer. We're already paying $765,000 in postage, you know,
[340]
for one rounded disputes just to, you know, reply and say, oh,
[343]
we got your dispute as you know, verified. So, you know,
[346]
unfortunately we can't send it out certified, but yeah, it says
[348]
right here in our system that we responded now, here's the thing.
[353]
Wouldn't you rather have a process that you know, is going
[356]
to work instead of trying to make them do things that you
[360]
have absolutely no control over you. Can't worry about what they
[364]
do. What they're gonna do is frustrate you and get you to
[367]
stop, right? They're gonna try to scare you and all these
[369]
different assault tactics and the same conversation that this
[372]
person had with me yesterday. They said, I received a letter
[376]
that said, Hey person, we are no longer going to reinvestigate
[382]
unless you have new and relevant information, something from the
[385]
creditor or something from the court. And I said, Hey, you know
[387]
what, not a problem. I know exactly how to handle that.
[390]
Obviously they didn't right? Because they got frustrated and
[393]
I got scared and all that kind of stuff. And they're still
[394]
saying, well, it's gotta be super simple, right, dude,
[399]
they're already rejecting you. They're already saying we're no
[403]
longer gonna do anything for you. But now all of a sudden,
[406]
because you're at the point where you have no idea what to
[409]
do that now it's just supposed to be simple. No, no, no. You
[414]
spent all this time building your credit. Whether it's four
[417]
months, two years or five years or 10 years or 20, then you
[421]
spent all this time getting late payments and the collections and
[424]
charge us and repossessions and bankruptcy and all of that. Then
[426]
you spent all that time doing absolutely nothing about it. And
[429]
then you find someone who is going to help me. And you're
[431]
like, Hey, I want these things off in 30 days in 60 days in 90
[435]
days, like, dude, are you kidding me? Are you for real?
[438]
Why is it that credit is the one thing that determines where you
[442]
live, where you work, what you drive, how much money you have
[446]
in your account, how much money you're paying for, you know,
[449]
your car insurance, your homeowner and insurance, all
[451]
these different things. It is your credit that stipulates
[453]
this. So if it were as simple as just sending out one or two or
[458]
whatever, rounds of disputes, then credit wouldn't be the
[460]
determining factor. It would be something totally different. It
[463]
would just be based off the money that you make or you know,
[466]
how good of a person you are or whatever it wouldn't be based
[468]
off your credit. Okay. So with credit being that determining
[472]
factor, don't you think that it's not gonna be as simple as
[474]
just way ma'am thank you. Ma'am you know, whatever. Now I have
[478]
my collection, my charges, my and all that kind of stuff off.
[481]
Now, am I telling you that these things can't come off? No, I'm
[486]
definitely not telling you that. What I am saying is that each
[489]
type of negative item has its own average length of time for
[491]
removal, right? Medical is easier than late. Payments is
[494]
easier than charge. Offs is easier. The student loans is
[497]
easier than bankruptcy, right? And there's other things
[499]
obviously in between, but this is just an example. So wherever
[503]
you things fall on these, you know, on this scale is going to
[508]
determine generally speaking, how long it's going to take
[510]
right? Anywhere from 30 days to 12 months or not at all, because
[514]
there's certain things that either eight shouldn't be
[516]
disputed or B are just not going to come off. Okay? Because this
[520]
is a process. And most people do not know how to use this process
[523]
or go through it or understand it or whatever. So I'm not
[527]
telling you that these things can't come off, but what I am
[529]
telling you that number one, it's going to take time. Number
[531]
two, it's gonna take the right process. Number three, it's
[533]
gonna take patie. Number four, it's gonna take persistence. And
[536]
number five, it's going to take you understanding or going to
[542]
someone who actually understands exactly how to beat the bureaus
[546]
at their own game. And there is a way to win. There is a way to
[551]
beat them. There is a way to create your arguments, using the
[555]
information that they report. This is common sense. This is
[557]
the whole common sense factor in this, right? Why would we do
[561]
anything other than use their own information against them?
[563]
It's right there on the criter report in front of us. And yes,
[566]
today I am yelling at you. I'm saying, wake up, wake up.
[571]
There's a way to get these off. And it is the short day. It is
[575]
the fastest way. It is legal. It is permanent, but you do have to
[579]
do it the right way. And the only way to do it is factual
[582]
disputes, right? And of course, Metro tune and all of that,
[584]
that's all in factual disputes. You should not be sending out
[587]
templates. The bureau is already getting 1.5 million times per
[591]
month per bureau. Why? Like, what are you doing? That's gonna
[595]
make you stand out. Why? Because you bolded this and you switched
[599]
these paragraphs and you said more law, dude. I've been there.
[603]
I've been there. I've been there. I've been there. I've
[605]
been there. I did all of that stuff. Thinking that I was, you
[608]
know, mad, cool, like, oh, well, you know you into that with this
[610]
paragraph up here, I'm gonna move that paragraph down here.
[612]
And I'm gonna bold this. I'm gonna add a line right there.
[615]
I'm gonna make four pages, not the three that you sent out. No,
[618]
it doesn't work like that. We sent one simple page using the
[622]
information directly off the credit report. And you need to
[624]
know exactly how to use that information. It's not just about
[627]
inaccuracies. It's not just about violations. You need to
[630]
know exactly how something should and should not report.
[635]
Right. And on that, that is where I come in. I have 800
[642]
videos going back to July, 2015, that explain exactly how to do
[646]
this yourself for free. Right? And for those of you who don't
[649]
wanna do it themselves, or don't wanna do it alone, I have other
[652]
resources use the links in the description, cuz that is what
[655]
the description is there for. It's there to tell you
[657]
information about the video and to tell you where else you can
[661]
find more information, right? Such as my offers page that has
[664]
a bunch of downloads and courses and sophomore and apps and all
[667]
these other things that are gonna help you to do this the
[669]
right way. Because it's not just about inaccuracies. It's not
[672]
just about any of that stuff. It's about knowing exactly how
[675]
something should be reported. So that it's about knowing exactly
[678]
how something should be reported so that you can get off the
[681]
things that are not reported the way they're supposed to be. As
[684]
simple as I sound, there are links in the description that
[687]
are going to show you exactly how to do this yourself. Okay.
[689]
And if you don't wanna do this yourself, if you want to see if
[692]
I can do it for you head over to nine, seven thirty.com, the link
[696]
is in the description. The link is on literally the screen that
[698]
you were looking at. And I will see if I can help because
[701]
obviously I don't even know if I can help you, right? So I can
[704]
give you pricing. I can't give you length of time. I can't give
[706]
you any of that because I need to know that I can help you. And
[709]
guess what that's called, not fishing. You can go to someone
[711]
else's website and just sign up cuz they take anybody. Not me. I
[715]
need to know. Number one, that I actually can help you. Number
[719]
two, that it's affordable. Number three, it's ethical
[722]
number, you know, 85 million that these things can come off
[725]
your credit report. And then, and only then will I offer
[728]
services to you? Okay. So if you wanna find out if this is
[732]
something that I can do for you, because I know exactly how these
[736]
things work, right? And I don't get frustrated, I don't let the
[738]
bureaus win. Then head over to my seven forty.com, schedule a
[742]
call with me and I will see if I can help, but otherwise, 800
[746]
videos, eight years links in the description and do this the
[750]
right way. There are no shortcuts. I will see you later.
