only 50-60 people got transfer to foreign

must get the practical picture in your mind

and bangladesh too

second, procedure for doing so.. is
there are two types of exams for this

JIBO and SIBO and then an interview
one written exam that is jibo or sibo

so who are eligible for it.. see
when you go into the bank

you should be the confirm employee of
the bank.

second you should be employee of officer
level, so does it mean that

clerical level employee are not eligible.
so those clerical who just joined and then

got promoted as an officer then they

be on officer level

and the 3rd condition is,that you must have
assigned in rural area for 2 years

so, what is rural assignment?
see it is very important in bank

it helps in two things one in further
promotion

JIBO and SIBO it is mandatory

you must serve 2 years in any rural area

so, when yoiu have completed all your
eligibility criteria

you are on officer rank, and also in
some banks there is some minimum years of

like may be 3 years for SBI

assignment,age should be above 25 years

syllabus?

whatever you learn in banking like
treasury

less exposure of retail banking and more of
remaining credits, loans like SME loans

because the people who are posted there

level, because they will recruit local

second what is JIBO and SIBO

JIBO is junoir india based officer, this
exam is for lower level officers

like scale1 officers(me), scale 2 officers
deputy manager and scale 3 branch manager

and the upper authorities like CM,
AGM GM, SIBO for these people

and second thing is that if you came
through JIBO, then it will help you in

becoming SIBO. now see the whole exam
pattern is like,you have done the paper

that exam,so if you have learnt seriously

or worked for 5 years then you will clear
written, then comes mains,sorry interview

So, interview is awesome, first thing is
panel members are DGM or GM

and then more of your interview will be

based on personality because they have
already tested you knowledge through JIBO

in personality they will see your conduct
towards customer

they will ask to branch manager about

country by the name of INDIA

proficiency test),whichever country you're

get more chance to be selected

mentioned in this area, so,

travel, rent, Food and even for

car to go from your house to office

and awesome opportunity

and one more thing you will ask that can

like i told you you've 3 year assignment

at that time if you get married to someone
from there

like your spouse is from that country

then maybe they will consider you
for living there,like you got the visa
