got military pay it's gonna be a very

basic down and dirty of what to expect

when getting paid and how much you know

you're actually gonna be getting and

take a comb each and every two weeks so

guys I know it's a little bit different

than my degrees I'm not big on a we're
[16]
out but you know you gotta work with
[17]
what you got right so you got base paid
[20]
right so base pay is basically a month
[22]
what can you expect from the government
[24]
for being in the military you got
[26]
duction so you got what's gonna be
[27]
actually to take an occupation you gotta
[29]
get a little bit of something out of
[30]
your paycheck each and every month like
[33]
for me you got servants you got federal
[34]
tax state tax you got Social Security
[36]
and some other stuff that's coming out
[38]
and over here I got what you're actually
[40]
gonna be bringing home a Belize right so

with that as an entry level private
[45]
right so what are you going to be to get
[47]
that boot camp so for less than four
[49]
months of active duty service you can
[51]
expect one thousand six hundred and two
[53]
dollars and 36 and this $230 is just
[56]
when I basically been going to take them
[58]
out of each paycheck every two weeks
[60]
so you divide this number by two
[62]
subtract that and you would get five
[64]
hundred seventy one dollars and fifteen
[66]
cents so that's what I was basically
[68]
making every two weeks in glucan was

like your second of those fifteen cents

now you're going to get out you're gonna

be an answer why it's a why is two

months long so you basically at the end

of Sol you'll hit that four month mark

right and you'll be hitting the fleet so

for someone that's been in and serving

for greater than four months and there's

still that entry-level evil in private

it'll be getting paid one thousand two

cents divided by to do all that we begin

particularly given that now you hit the

fleet been doing your job for a little

service so you're gonna hit e - it's a

PFC you're going to be getting paid in

all that stuff you're gonna get paid

before your two-year mark know you've

been in for a year so you're gonna take

your two-year mark and you get your to

your heart and so you pick up at the

same time so you'll now be at e3 as a

lance corporal you can get paid two

thousand and forty two dollars and

seventy cents you do all this good stuff

you can get paid seven hundred and

ninety one dollars and 35 cents now this

right here is all based off of serving

for two years or less now I'm gonna

and basically on there it's a big old

chart and basically so the more time you

serve the more you get paid right and

that pay chart is going to tell you what

to expect what's your face pay going to

be with your time and service right what

can you expect to get paid now for a

year right for a year what can a lance
[168]
collimate that's been in it that's
[170]
served for two or less years right with
[172]
that 2040 2007 sense what can he be

looking at a year looking at a year it's

about eighteen thousand nine hundred and

ninety two thousand forty cents right

now I have this example down here it's

got a kind of open your eyes a little

bit to what you're you know weren't

really working within the military right

so for a minimum wage job right I mean

this is 95 minimum wage job they have

some ways like seven thousand

twenty-five cents so you got an

eight-hour workday you work five days a

week

bi-weekly without taxes anything second

out you get paid five hundred eighty

dollars so a year you looking at $13,000

and then $20 right now let me give you a

big kicker when it comes down to all of

this guess what this military guy you

just have to pay for a mortgage his

favorite utilities he's not paying for

you know food if you single so all those
[216]
things if you singles not paying you
[217]
that well I guess what there's another

kicker if you're not single so let's say

you married to have a family right now

you get paid for having kids you can
[225]
take picture married so that means you
[227]
got out of house I got paid for a house
[228]
they got to pay for foods and so that

I'm feeding so you're making even
[232]
on top of your monthly pay guys and
[234]
that's a really big like thing about the
[237]
military it's a very secure you know job
[240]
it's a very stable job if you don't have
[242]
that same ability yet in your life and
[244]
you want it the military is a way to go
[246]
like financially if you want to know a
[248]
little more stability in your life
[249]
because you know as a 17 18 19 kid
[252]
making 500 some college 600 700
[254]
something dollars every two weeks and
[256]
you're not paying for mortgage time
[257]
paper utilities you probably don't have
[259]
a car yet you're not paying for cargo
[260]
car insurance that's a that's a decent
[262]
amount when it's a big chunk of money

and that's why I made that video I made

make the same mistakes that you know

everyone seems to fall into I'm not

saying you lick this oh come in military

you're gonna be making like boo-boos and

money no it's not that's not necessarily

the case but you do be compensated for

being a military and for your service

you do get you know treated pretty good

you know with you know your paycheck it

is great in place you get paid any first

and 15 like I said you talked about

stable that's very stable you know

exactly when you get paid and you're

going to get paid no matter what unless

the government's just down then you like

the old for grabs but don't worry money

of that it's a whole different story
