Airbnb will charge only 3% per booking

It is their commission

Means if the rent of your property is 1000 rupees per day

So Airbnb will charge you 30 rupees

Same if the rent is 500 rupees per day

So Airbnb will charge 15 rupees

Obviously these 30,15, 100 rupees can't cover their expensive

It collects the remaining charges from the customer

As a customer, you can visit their website or app

You can choose any location of the world

Prag

USA

New York, Washington

Any country in South Africa

You can choose Kullu Manali

Value of any property would be given there

As you click there you get to know what charges it collects from you

As a customer

Same, The properties which are already listed there

either 1000 or 2000 or 3000 or 500

So Airbnb charges 3% from the owner according to this

And it takes 2-3 days to reflect the payment into your account

through PayPal or wire Transfer

You get the acknowledgement very quick

2-3 days later you will get the bank notification

that your money has been credit

And you can charge 1000 rupees per day for every room

You can charge 500 rupees per day

If your property is near to any tourist location or destination

So It is more positive

Because commute with tourist is easier

OYO is just famous in India

And Airbnb is worldwide famous

So the foreigner first search from Airbnb

then the tourist search for Zostel, OYO

But to do the booking with Airbnb is very convenient and easy for foreigners

If you are thinking to buy a property for Airbnb

So I will not recommend this

this is for those who already have a property

If you live in that property

Consider you have a 4 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK

If you live in that property so you can give one spare room of that property for Airbnb

It also works like this

You can tell in the listing whether you or your family live

And there is one room for Airbnb guest

Smoking is not allowed

Loud music is not allowed

You provide Wifi and parking

With this, if you have a spare car
