And they go so far into it to even

show that there's an individual

that's working behind SB tech

that even wanted to break apart to start

an unnamed company, basically working

in the blockchain and gambling space.

So no one knows what it's called, but in

the longevity of it, SB tech broke off.

They started a new entity down the road.

From where they operate SB tech

employees at SB tech always

thought they worked for SB tech,

so instead of having everything under

one umbrella, they decided to distance

themselves and try and make it where

it was two different operations.

But the employees at the time had no idea.

They just thought that what

they were doing was working

for one company the whole time.

So look, it's a pretty sticky situation.

What is going on right now with

draft Kings and this is the news

that I present to you and you can

definitely go check out the Hindenburg

researcher report for yourself.

If you like, but keep in mind that this

just might be a small little hurdle and.

Forward-looking draft kings actually

might be okay from this simple as that

they could just break apart from SB

tech, find someone else to partner with.

And figure it out, moving forward.

Yes, it's going to get ugly.

But then to the day, I still think

that Draft Kings has a great

longterm value and can be a great high

growth stock in a gambling industry.

That's opening the doors every

single day when new opportunities.

So this might just be a bump in the road,

but what Hindenburg research has done.

Is basically pointed out something

that shouldn't have never truly

happened in the first place.

Beside the fact let's go

over some statistical data

and analysis of draft kings

All right.

So let's go ahead and look at

the DKNG analysis on this stock.

These two arrows right here.

Don't mind them.

That's just for reference on the last

play that we did on this channel for

DKNG calling out that it was a great
[160]
time to buy a call and we knew that it was
[163]
going to basically take off which it did.

So I'll just go ahead and delete

this box right here, because

it'll just be a lot cleaner now

looking forward or looking forward.

There's some main points
[176]
I want to point out.
[177]
So a quick bears crossover yesterday
[179]
DraftKings was looking pretty great.
[181]
It was sitting in on top of
[183]
the 20 day moving average and
[186]
all of a sudden it has now.
[188]
Tanked below the 200 day moving average.
[191]
So that is concerning.
[193]
And if we scroll out a little bit,
[195]
last time the draft Kings went
[197]
under the 200 day moving average.
[199]
Was on May 10th and it took 10
[203]
trading days for it to go back
[205]
over the 20 day moving average.
[208]
So it took quite a bit of time for the
[210]
moving averages to get back to a nice
[214]
position where it started consolidating
[217]
the price started consolidating and.
[220]
alerted it was going
[221]
to take off on June 7th.
[223]
Beside the fact right now, it is
[226]
under the 200 day moving average,
[227]
statistically, how well does draft
[230]
Kings do after large price drops?
[232]
If you look at it from a.
[234]
Three days after it goes
[237]
up in price, plus 3.7%.
[240]
This is looking back all the
[241]
way to last year, June, 2020.
[244]
So two weeks, one week, plus 1.9%,
[248]
nothing too crazy, but DraftKings does get
[251]
pretty streaky and has some pretty nice
[254]
weeks in the process after large drops.
[257]
So to give you some perspective, the
[259]
best weeks that draft Kings has ever
[261]
done after large price drops such as
[264]
the one that we've had going on today
[266]
is September 23rd, 2020, August 28th.
[270]
And the 10th 2020 and July 13th, 2020.
[274]
Draft has gone anywhere from 13
[277]
to almost 20%, two weeks after
[281]
those four times out of 12 times,
[284]
looking at how well it does now.
[287]
From a conservative standpoint,
[289]
I've already showed you the
[290]
statistics on how draft kings
[292]
does looking at this past year.
[295]
Ultimately it does have more average,
[298]
positive price changes than it does drops,
[302]
go ahead and talk about the DKNG
[304]
Draft Kings options, just in case
[306]
you want to take a leap of faith.
[307]
And you personally don't think that
[309]
this Hindenburg research is going
[311]
to hinder the stock moving forward.

I just want to give you the best idea,
[316]
best probabilities on what you can do.
[319]
Moving.
[320]
Forward with draft kings
[322]
if you want to play the option,
[324]
statistically looking at it, the
[326]
best thing to do would be to buy
[327]
on the day of the large price drop
[330]
such as today and hold it no more
[333]
than three days after statistically.
[335]
This will give you the best chance
[337]
of bringing in some nice cabbage.
[339]
To your pockets, but ultimately that's
[342]
because the average price change is always
[345]
better three days after the large drop.
[347]
And that is the best statistical
[349]
performance for DKNG in times like this.

So.

Looking back at the
[354]
last 12 big price drops.
[357]
We can see that six out of the 12
[360]
times have led to positive occurrences.
[362]
This is basically an all or
[364]
nothing kind of strategy.

If you do go ahead and look at a 25 Delta
[368]
call option, you would know that you're
[371]
not paying as much as you would with
[373]
an at the money call options strategy.
[375]
You should always be using
[377]
a stop loss, but you should.

Just kind of keep in mind that if

you're going to put that money forward,
[383]
that you are willing to lose it.

And these are cheaper contracts with

a higher chance to make more profits
[391]
off of these types of contracts.

The average strategy return.

Would be plus 62% looking at
[399]
some of these option plays.

If you go back and look at the
[403]
weeks that I presented to you
[406]
previously about the September.
[408]
The August and July of 2020, those
[411]
contracts brought in anywhere from
[413]
a hundred to 800% give or take
[416]
so.

It could
[416]
boom, bop, bing do really well for you.

The question is, do you have what it takes
[421]
to get into the strategy now than to the
[425]
day you could just sit back and take it
[427]
easy and just let it unfold and see what
[430]
happens with draft Kings moving forward.

But again, I just give you the statistical
[435]
data because I don't want you to get in.

And not know that the best probability
[441]
was to either sell three days after,
[444]
or two days before, one day after and
[446]
hold, let's say three days after, or
[448]
four or five, two weeks, whatever it
[450]
may be now, Draft Kings can ultimately
[453]
climb up and keep doing well.

We will just have to see what happens.

I mean, it is summertime football's
[459]
around the corner and that's the
[461]
biggest season for draft kings
[462]
Play for what it is, but this big drop
[465]
might've just made for a big opportunity.
