Hi friends. It's me Simply Cherie,
[18]
helping you stop living in chaos one organizing project at a time.
[23]
In this video,
[24]
I'm going to show you what I've stocked up on with canned seafood from
[29]
Walmart.
[30]
Now note that there are a few things here that I actually also saw at The
[35]
Dollar Tree.
[35]
So those were a dollar and these were a little bit more than a dollar.
[39]
So that's something to look at.
[41]
I think this four-pack of chunk light tuna in water is
[46]
a good buy. It's also wild-caught.
[50]
So I got four of those. So those are 16 cans.
[54]
And then I got clams because I do make clam chowder.
[59]
And this is also something that, of course, I can put in my food storage.
[64]
And note so they're already chopped clams, and they are in clam juice.
[69]
The other ones are these Kipper snacks,
[71]
which have been recommended by other preppers.
[74]
So here's a smoked boneless filet of herring.
[78]
I got six of these. They stacked really nicely,
[83]
so they'll be easy to store.
[86]
And then the same brand salmon fillet. Okay.
[91]
The same brand again. And they are smoked boneless herring fillets.
[96]
So, yes.
[98]
I'm excited about this because I already have.
[101]
One, two.
[103]
Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine,
[107]
nine varieties of canned seafood. I think that's a good
[111]
mix there and then smoked oysters.
[114]
So you can even see the picture here of how you can set that up. Of course,
[118]
you could just grab your crackers and put the smoked oysters on
[123]
top. That would be a nice snack.
[125]
And let's see the expiration date for these things. Okay. August 2024.
[131]
So that's like four years.
[134]
Okay. And this one is.
[139]
December 31, 2024. Again for four years.
[145]
June 20, June 2023,
[150]
three years. April 11, 2023.
[156]
So.
[156]
About two and a half years. Yes. Okay.
[158]
Okay. Let's check this one out. So that's, you know, so.
[163]
These are great for longterm food storage past one year.
[168]
There, 2024.
[170]
And then giant spiced calamari in marinara sauce.
[174]
That sounds actually.
[177]
Well, these are all yummy to me. I love seafood. Okay.
[180]
October 2023. Got four of those. Oh,
[184]
I got three of these. Got four of the smoked oysters,
[187]
four of these sardines and four of these sardines.
[191]
So these sardines are wild-caught in extra Virgin olive oil.
[196]
The brand is King Oscar. All right there.
[199]
I have to look for the expiration date. So it stamped there on the plastic,
[202]
August 2024. Okay. And same brand,
[207]
wild-caught sardines. These are with hot jalapeno peppers.
[211]
I love spicy things. And let's look at
[217]
the expiration date March 2025. Okay.
[222]
That's good.
[240]
[Music].
