Many of you have heard that

that a sbi po become a chairman in their further life

So for example aditi Bhattacharyya she was a chairman and currently Dinesh khara he was also joined as sbi po

So many of you asked me that sir how can we become chairman and what is the process of it and what's time it takes or how many years of promotion

So I going to tell yo in this video about the procedure that how can we become a chairman not only for this but also other banks like ibps and etc

So before I will show I will take term that you will understand what I am saying fir it which show on screen

As you become a po after this you become assistant Manger and after agm

So this is how the process works upon it

So generally other government job like CGL ssc it works slow as per this one

But in sbi po it take 4 yr if promotion if you work good in this and do everything on time

So if you joined sbi po as new so I will explain the process of becoming chairman ok

So let's take example that you become sbi po you are assistant Manger scale 1

So if I take word for 4 to 4 yr you get promoted and becomes agm dgm gm and then CGM

And generally what happened that the among many sbi po only 1 will be chairman or md

So maximum po retired on agm or DGM ok

SO LHO is very good post if you know that sbi have 17-18 lho head office like in delhi ahemdabad so like this the person becomes a lho and lho is great post in itself

But you can be a chairman if the process of your work will be fast and + if you have joined earlier then it will be best

So if someone joined 28-29 their period will be move according to time but Id you joind in early age like 21 then

So If you joind po then after 15 yr will become AGM

So if you joined it on 22 after 15 yra you will become AGM and after that dgm gm and CGM is everything goes on smoothly

So at 50 you become CGM then luckily you have 10 yrs
