hi friends i saw this reply to my tweet and聽 i thought it is a good idea considering the聽聽
[5]
market situations now frankly there are some聽 bad indicators for the stock market happening聽聽
[11]
right now mainly 4 and i'll cover them聽 in this video appreciate an early thumbs up聽聽
[16]
last week i did a video talking about the聽 usd getting stronger i'll link it up here聽聽
[21]
a strong dollar in economics is bad for the stock聽 market a strong dollar means that export gets more聽聽
[28]
expensive thus less export will happen for the聽 country this is the daily candle for the us dollar聽聽
[35]
if you draw a straight line across you'll notice聽 that the us dollar has broke two different kind of聽聽
[40]
resistance so i'm just going to draw two basically聽 this is a downtrend and you see the u.s dollar has聽聽
[46]
broke out of a resistance over here you see it聽 went out and regarding this line over here you聽聽
[51]
see there was a bounce here and a bouncer and聽 finally it broke out us dollar has broke out聽聽
[56]
of two different resistance points and i believe聽 it's going to get stronger from now if you take a聽聽
[60]
look at the longer term approach by clicking聽 all you're looking at data scenes like 1986聽聽
[66]
you notice this thing which i like to teach you聽 guys all the time which is a wedging you'll notice聽聽
[71]
there's a very big wedge over here and every time聽 there's a wedge sideways and it bursts out of it聽聽
[78]
overall it looks like a uptrend to me again聽 i personally think that it's going to be the聽聽
[84]
short squeeze of the century for the us dollar聽 and probably it may happen in the next five聽聽
[89]
to ten years unemployment rate has never been聽 higher in history i do not know about you but聽聽
[95]
this can only keep up for so long something's got聽 to give the default rates are not skyrocketing聽聽
[102]
now due to the government interventions this聽 applies to outside of the usa too it's like my聽聽
[108]
uk company have access to so much credit now it's聽 so easy and it's crazy in singapore i used to pay聽聽
[115]
like three thousand eight hundred dollars a聽 month for mortgage now it's like a thousand聽聽
[119]
plus many businesses can choose not to pay rent聽 and have access to certain kind of relief package聽聽
[126]
and at this point it's really hard to SUE a聽 business for no payment if the government removes聽聽
[132]
this protection it's going to cause a domino聽 effect so the renters can't pay the landlord聽聽
[138]
gets into trouble banks can't receive payment聽 force bank sales is going to be a [ __ ] show聽聽
[144]
the good news is the government knows this and聽 i'm sure they're going to do something about it聽聽
[151]
this is the s p 500 and if you were to take a very聽 long term view this is all the way back like five聽聽
[160]
six years an epic pattern is forming聽 right here is called a megaphone pattern聽聽
[168]
does it look like a megaphone to you it's聽 either going to be the most bullish megaphone聽聽
[171]
pattern ever or it's going to be a epic crash聽 of the century i'll just draw some illustration聽聽
[177]
a bullish megaphone pattern looks like this it聽 breaks the megaphone line here and it continues聽聽
[182]
going up or or it's going to come crashing down聽 like this and we all can kiss our money goodbye聽聽
[189]
if the second scenario happens don't worry i have聽 a solution for you i'll cover it towards the end聽聽
[193]
of the video but i think the scenario that's聽 going to play out would be the bullish megaphone聽聽
[198]
in the fourth point let's talk election this is聽 the thing most of you want me to talk about first聽聽
[204]
i would like to say i don't have a preference聽 on who wins election should have three voting聽聽
[210]
options trump biden or neither of the above聽 this is how i feel regarding your elections from聽聽
[217]
halfway across the globe america is an amazing聽 country with so many amazing people around聽聽
[224]
and the best two you can come up with is trump聽 or biden you have 331 million people to choose聽聽
[232]
from i'm very very sure there's one person who is聽 smarter more inspiring great leadership selfless聽聽
[239]
cares for the world and above all in a very pretty聽 package single but not available Ooooooof... a trump win means聽聽
[249]
more deregulations and deregulations is always聽 better for business thus the stock market is going聽聽
[255]
up abiding win means more regulations which is bad聽 for business however if biden wins i'm pretty sure聽聽
[263]
that america will sort itself out after a while聽 and the stock market will continue after a small聽聽
[270]
correction innovative companies need deregulations聽 and it's a fact that regulation slows innovation聽聽
[277]
while the four points above is something to take聽 note of i'm not bearish about the stock market聽聽
[283]
and here is why. Ticker symbol TLT this is a chart聽 for bonds generally bonds coming down is good this聽聽
[289]
means money moving away from bonds to the stock聽 market if you take a very long term view of bonds聽聽
[296]
and this is i believe this is not my first time聽 showing you this chart this is all the way back to聽聽
[300]
year 2005 2003 generally the bonds move according聽 to this channel if you are looking at bonds now,聽聽
[306]
it is at the upper channel and there is a higher聽 probability that the bonds will come down here聽聽
[313]
than going up here if the bonds come down here聽 this is good for the stock market because lots聽聽
[319]
of money is being pushed out of the bond market聽 to invest into the stock market. Evaluations now聽聽
[325]
are reasonable i know many value investors are聽 going to disagree but if you look at the sp 500聽聽
[331]
p e ratio for the past 90 years you notice that it聽 is not at its all-time high the dot-com bubble was聽聽
[338]
worse the 08/09 crisis was worse so the truth is the聽 stock market is not overpriced the interest rates聽聽
[344]
are very low and you look at the current like聽 average p e ratio is about 22 23 the market is not聽聽
[350]
expensive anyway since i'm at the charts i'll just聽 take one to two minutes because you guys love this聽聽
[355]
tesla q3 earnings is upcoming in like two to three聽 days and let's take a look at tesla charts since聽聽
[361]
my last video tesla has broke out of two wedges聽 the long term wedge here which is the orange wedge聽聽
[366]
and the short term wedge which is the light blue聽 wedge also our friend vincent from tasmanian.com聽聽
[372]
he sent me a chart on the reverse head and聽 shoulders so this is a very very bullish pattern聽聽
[378]
the chances of tesla spiking up to the next level聽 should be really very high wrapping up this video聽聽
[383]
we know there will be a crash eventually but all聽 crashes always lead to a higher market the low聽聽
[390]
will always be like a higher low because it goes聽 up like that the best way to position is to invest聽聽
[396]
in innovation this strategy has never failed聽 i did a video on this i'll link it up here聽聽
[400]
so what if the stock market corrects 50%? you聽 know exactly what to do i've done countless聽聽
[406]
videos on this my portfolio holdings haven't聽 changed and i don't intend to change it i've聽聽
[410]
done videos previously back testing markets and聽 research showing that the best thing you can do is聽聽
[416]
investing is to like buy hold dollar cost聽 average into innovative companies and you聽聽
[421]
outperform the best fund managers everything聽 else are noises and that doesn't matter i hope聽聽
[428]
this video helps you a lot in your investing uh聽 appreciate your thumbs up invested and don't be uh
