million shares at a fixed price in the essentially  that's how it came about it's largely been a  

response to high-frequency Traders basically  know your intention and therefore go against  

you now you think because there's a 50 of them  at a registered with the SECC so these official 

once there's three types of those the  first one is the broker-dealer doctor also  

and I basically set up by brokers like Credit  Suisse goldman's they have a sigma ex Stockport  

Citibank as a City match TA21 Stanley has  an MS pool and their uses for the own trades  

but they also allow their customers on a soap they set their own prices so it's nothing to do  

with you and I see on the stock market it's  entirely to do with what's a Morgan Stanley  

things the order flow is in their particular Dr  there are two more types of his all registered  

that weird thing is Kept Secret from us but the  regulators not all about it and they are agent  

essentially agent dark pools they also offer known  by exchanges so this is really weird one example  

of the New York Stock Exchange euronext have their  own Jack Paul and they are typically set at the  

midpoint so that is national best bid and offer  midpoint there's no kind of negotiation or price  

Discovery here it's just always the midpoint  from the from the bits and the and the office 

benefit from this and how we can  preview what's happening here 

what they call electronic market  maker poles so these are offered by  

companies like get care and night who who basically run their own accounts  

and again their transaction prices and  nothing to do with the market building  

offer price is everything we see there's none  of that is just whatever is agreed privately  

so you can see the big advantage he really is that  

you could sell or buy a million shares in nio  and not have any impacted toll on the market  

and especially when you're selling at suppose  very very good also if you're saying I want  

to build up a lot of position I don't want to pay  you no more and more and more for this as we go on  

my microphone she saying get to the point Felix so therefore the stock prices that is you and I pay  

don't really reflect the actual market right so so how can we benefit from this well before I  

show you the indicator that you  can use on the chart for free 

if you put your money into a fund into an ETF for  an actively managed fund will use the dart boards  

so in that sense as a retail investor you can  benefit from it when you buying shares directly  

you have more of an issue because somebody  might have thought 2 million shares  

or say the other way around so your big fun don't  you millions of nio they decide to sell those 2  

million shares in a jackpot we don't know anything  about the wiser so we can buy nio and then it  

becomes public knowledge and then the stock goes  down but we didn't know about it when it was  

happening so it's definitely hugely unfair on your  retail investors directly buying shares and it's  

really something to think about whether certain  funds might not be better because they have access  

to this for that very reason and I let me show  you here and I'll be able to talk about is the  

government going to do anything about this or not so at the top here I've got to be the new stock

entirely free I would recommend you check it out I  think it's pretty much the best charting software  

out there that is entirely Al battery-free and  very very flexible and has a nice community too as  

well and then what have I pulled up down here it's  an indicator called deix Dark pool oscillator and  

what it does is it tracks essentially Deadpool  vol now we don't get a Deadpool volume really  

for each stock it is always a bit of an estimation  based on what's happening overall in the market so  

do take indicators always with a bit of a pinch  of salt at some of my health warning here but what  

can you see you can see quite clearly that down here from December 

early December to beginning of the first week of  January we had a reduction to the green lines are  

dapple purchase volume for the indicates the  red ones at postal so you could see the volume  

was falling off it right it's basically when 20  and what happened to the stuck at the top well 

put a line in here that little thin red line and that  

tells you where we went from 20 volume off  just the first day of negative Dr volume and  

while this was happening the whole time the stock  was actually going up and it continue to go out  

for one two three more days so the dark pull  chaps were selling out at $52 and the stock went  

as high as 67 66/99 if you want that so have you known this was happening  

you probably wouldn't have chant in at nio at  the high 40s 50s and then and then left as a bag  

holder with your $60 nio stock which was followed  by a massive massive sell-off it I say this whole  

period and here is basically sell off and he  loves them kicked in eventually because eventually  

there is a spillover from the play birth of the cruel world  

to the real world just because the seller  volumes are so strong people even in the  

dark pool will agree lower and lower prices as  they're selling more and then at the top here  

you get that massive sell-off basically so is this  market manipulation well the bank is would say  

and the fans would say in a we just protecting  yourself from predatory high-frequency Traders  

he would otherwise be fun running out raid  so actually this is caused a small market  

efficiency and now I would say it from being a  retail investor I would say this is massively  

unfair and we already have a huge disadvantage  in that we don't know when fans and big investors  

trade till like 45 and 90 days afterwards as  the filing is so rubbish where is if you are  

JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley and you're executing  a lovely straight your brokerage desk knows what's  

happening in the Market Way way way before we  do this on top and we are basically blindfolded 

Def Jam and just running in the dark from from  this point of you now then look at the next party  

put me on another line hear the arrow pointing  at you can see that on here from the 20th of May  

in fact earlier really early may you can start  to see a very substantial shift in trend right  

the cell of the clients and then on the May  18th also we going to green buying territory  

and what is that due to the Stockwell the stock  rallies from its low of 30 bucks and goes upper  

back into the 50s so again it would have been a  really great indicator to look at and I didn't  

know about the Syndicate so I've been doing  something in some research as I'm glad I found  

this now what is the telling us what's happening  right now well actually will be seeing down here 

you can see eight very very substantial by  inventor tuitions now this data is based also  

on what's happening with the Universe by Keith you  and so on so if you look at the calculation of it  

so it's basically saying the smart money is  buying with the markets down it's very very simple  

and they do the opposite with the markets app  so everyone is freaking out in the retail space  

all the headlines all the YouTube commentaries I  like you know the crash is coming the end is near  

a digger hold your cash by gold switch off the  lights and and all that sort of nonsense and it  

keeps retail investors like you and me from  buying and it's in my view the exact same  

thing to do when you can see what this  man is doing their buying more and more  

and more and the stock is moving and that's the  amazing thing really right if you look at putting  

a third line of you're going a little bit close-up so you can see what I'm talking about between  

the first Red Line here and the second red lines  are the stocks actually declined we went from $37  

to 35 while down here you can see me massive  in the dark pool world and it's stock price  

isn't doesn't reflected and that's of course  brilliant institutional investor because they're  

picking up nio at cheap prices and they're  not making the stock move at all so unfair yes  

but we now have a little bit more data we have  at least an indicator we can use as part of  

everything that goes on in our minds I wouldn't  put my entire trading strategy on this but I  

think it's definitely something that takes us  to complete Darkness to give us a little torch  

into this crazy world of dart boards now is the  government going to do anything about this no 

this is a from the SECC from 2015 a public  statement shedding light on Dark pulse  

so in 2015 that's like in a 67 years ago they were  whinging about this and am I going through it and  

now it's unfair in and all that kind of staff and  you no more regulation but as anything happened no  

course not likely to I I would say and unless you  know that I've been really grow some you know what  

which I don't know that's going  to happen to take on Wall Street  

soap what are we left with therefore I think be smart think about not the daily noise  

not the daily headlines but actually but actually fundamental stuck that are you  

oceans what the companies are doing how good is  it management what is there note how are they  

growing in terms of Revenue and margin and  so on one of the risks that look at those  

fundamental things and I just simply by every  single month those good stops if you want to know
