BEST WAY to track DeFi Portfolio! - YouTube
Channel: unknown
[0]
Hi, I'm Olga and nice to see you in another
video on my channel!
[3]
Today I would like to show you how you can
track your portfolio in real time in a very
[8]
easy way.
[9]
Considering the high volatility of cryptocurrencies,
as well as holding them in many wallets and
[15]
exchange accounts, in different cryptocurrencies,
such a possibility will certainly come in
[19]
handy for anyone who wants to know how much
their portfolio is worth at any given time.
[24]
The app i’m going to tell you about today
is called Coinstats and it works perfectly
[28]
for this.
[29]
It allows you to keep track of your wallet
using just one application.
[33]
If you are interested in this topic, leave
a thumb up and let's get started!
[41]
The whole operation of the app is extremely
simple, and you can connect really many exchanges
[46]
or wallets to it.
[47]
But before we go to the actual part of this
video i would like to tell you that by registering
[51]
from my link you will get 40% discount, so
i think it's worth to use it.
[56]
Let me now turn to the Coinstats app itself
and tell you how it works.
[60]
When we open the CoinStats app, we will be
shown a ranking of cryptocurrencies.
[65]
In order from highest to lowest market capitalization,
all cryptocurrencies will be displayed.
[70]
Next to each of them we will find information
on how much their prices have changed in the
[75]
last 24 hours, as well as how much each of
them costs at the moment.
[79]
If we are not interested in the price of bitcoin,
ethereum and other top cryptocurrencies, we
[85]
can set our own favorite cryptocurrencies
to monitor in the „favorites” tab on the
[89]
home screen.
[90]
In the next tab we also have information about
changes in the overall market in the last
[96]
24 hours, as well as statistics of cryptocurrency
exchanges.
[99]
By default, all prices are displayed in US
dollars, which can be changed by clicking
[104]
on USD in the upper right corner of the screen.
[106]
However, the feature that allows you to track
your portfolio is worth a look.
[111]
In this tab (marked with a briefcase icon
in the bottom menu), we can manually add the
[115]
cryptocurrencies we own, along with how many
units of each cryptocurrency we have and how
[121]
much we bought them for.
[122]
This will allow the CoinStats app to calculate
for us how much percentage profit or loss
[127]
we have on a particular investment and how
many dollars or bitcoin it is.
[131]
If you make a lot of moves, manually adding
and deleting information about your purchases
[135]
would be inconvenient.
[136]
This is where the feature to automatically
link our CoinStats wallet to our stock market
[142]
account or wallet comes to the rescue.
[143]
All we need to do is create an API key on
our exchange account, such as Binance.
[149]
Once it is created, we scan the QR code displayed
in Binance with the CoinStats app.
[154]
This way the application has access to our
Binance account information and loads the
[159]
data about the holdings and purchase prices
of the given securities by itself.
[164]
If we buy or sell something on Binance, CoinStats
itself will update this information using
[169]
the API information channel.
[171]
A really great option, right?
[173]
Coinstats also offers a news aggregator.
[175]
We can receive information directly from the
teams of the cryptocurrencies we own or we
[180]
can decide ourselves from which media we are
interested in the information.
[185]
Moreover CoinStats has a built-in calculator
which will help us quickly convert the value
[190]
of e.g. some part of a bitcoin to dollar.
[192]
Finally, the application will notify us if
the price changes in a given direction by
[198]
a given value when we set an alert.
[200]
If something important happens, we can also
be notified immediately by CoinStats.
[205]
In my opinion, this is a very useful application.
[209]
First of all, it helps to manage our wallets,
keep them in order, track price changes, as
[213]
well as conveniently and quickly check the
exchange rate of other cryptocurrencies and
[218]
stay up to date with the most important events
in the crypto world.
[221]
I use the coinstats app myself because i use
a lot of wallets and it takes a really long
[226]
time to check each one.
[228]
The combination of all the options like calculator,
news aggregator, and portfolio tracking is
[232]
really very helpful and i encourage you to
check out this app.
[237]
You can download CoinStats app for your IOS
phone, android phone, and mac.
