We have roasted the dried and solid coriander
[106]
Later on, filter it in a strainer
[108]
Roast coriander while continuously stirring it until its colour changes or there
[112]
is a soothing fragrance
[113]
Keep the flame on medium
[117]
Its colour has changed, there is a soothing fragrance because it has roasted
[122]

because in the end, I have to mix all the ingredients.
[129]
Add all the roasted ingredients in a big bowl

[209]
Add dry fruits to the milk
[213]
Add 2 tablespoons of Chironji to it
[217]
Now, we will cook the milk until it reaches to the thick consistency
[220]
You can increase or decrease the quantity of dry fruits according to your taste
[224]
We will stir the dessert in intervals
[227]
to avoid it from burning from the bottom

Roast while continuously stirring them until there colour changes and they expand
[283]
Keep the flame from medium to high
[286]
The seeds have started roasting, there is a popping sound
[290]
While popping somtimes the seeds jump to a distance
[293]
that's why we will place a lid over the wok so that seeds bounce back to the wok
[297]
that's why we will place a lid over the wok so that seeds bounce back to the wok
[300]
The seeds appear expanded to us
[303]
I will switch off the flame because seeds have roasted
[306]
3 minutes was consumed to roast these, these roasts very quickly
[308]
I will remove these from the pan, we don't have to roast these dark.
[314]

[316]
Here, we took a cup of sugar
[319]
Add a 1/3 cup of water to it
[322]
Cook until the sugar dissolves in water
[326]
We will grease the plate with clarified butter to set the Paag

[377]
Switch off the flame
[379]
Keep on stirring it for a while
[382]
so that after cooling down it coats the seeds well
[392]
The sugar syrup has cooled down and has coatted seeds well
[402]
We will let it rest for 5 minutes to set it
[406]
The Paag has partiallly set within 5 minutes
[409]
Let us mark the cutting areas
[412]
because once it dries, it becomes slightly difficult to cut it
[419]
Now, let it rest

[484]
It is 100 grams of sugar candy
[487]
We have breaked the sugar candy into the pieces
[489]
