Show me the money.
[3]
Oh, wait, you don't have any money.
[7]
"OooOoo, money, money, money."
[8]
That's where Ramsey plus is going to help
[10]
Money struggles are universal.
[13]
Whether it's for you and your family, for your business, or you're a YouTuber and you're
[16]
trying to figure out how to make money or how to get out of debt.
[19]
It can be really, really stressful.
[22]
So that's why I'm excited in today's video to talk about a money management resource
[26]
called Ramsey Plus.
[27]
Specifically, I'm going to talk about: 1.
[29]
What is Ramsey+?
[30]
2.
[31]
I'm going to give a deep dive into all of the different aspects of Ramsey plus.
[34]
3.
[35]
And I'm going to give my honest review and opinion of the service.
[38]
Now, full disclosure: I was gifted a one-year membership to Ramsey plus by the Ramsey Solutions
[43]
team.
[44]
This was in exchange for my complete honest review.
[46]
So don't worry.
[47]
I'm gonna be giving the pros and the cons.
[48]
What I like, what I don't like, but what is even better is they also gifted me two one-year
[53]
memberships to give to you guys.
[54]
So if you want to win, make sure to give this video a like, subscribe to my channel and
[58]
watch the entire video for the secret code word, which you will use to enter the giveaway.
[63]
So without further ado, let's jump into Ramsey plus.
[66]
So first, what is Ramsey Plus?
[68]
Ramsey+ is an all-access membership to the best money tools, apps, and courses that comes
[73]
from Dave Ramsey and his team at Ramsey Solutions.
[76]
If you're not familiar with Dave Ramsey or uncle Dave, as I like to call him, he basically
[80]
is one of the biggest financial gurus in the world.
[83]
And there's a reason for it.
[84]
Over the years through his plan, he has helped people pay off hundreds of millions of dollars
[89]
of debt.
[90]
So yeah, his plan works.
[91]
And what I love about it is that it's so simple, it's easy.
[94]
And he has broken it down into these things called the baby steps.
[97]
Now these are things that he teaches in his books (the Total Money Makeover) and on his
[99]
podcast and in Ramsey Plus, so let's dive into Ramsey+ right now.
[103]
So Ramsey Plus is a website portal where you're able to go and there are three different sections
[107]
to this: learn, budget, and track.
[109]
In the learn section, this is where you have access to all of his different courses over
[114]
the years.
[115]
And there are different courses depending on where you are in your financial journey,
[118]
whether you are just started out and you have no idea how to get out of debt and how to
[121]
budget, or maybe you are out of debt and you want to start building wealth.
[124]
Wherever you are, these courses will help you get there.
[127]
But my favorite course in Ramsey plus is Financial Peace University or FPU.
[132]
I think it's really cool that they included Financial Peace University in here.
[134]
Because back in the olden days, you would have to go, you'd have to pay $129 to take
[139]
Financial Peace University at your local church or community center.
[143]
But what's really amazing about the way that Financial Peace University is done through
[147]
Ramsey Plus is that you still have the option to go and take it in person.
[151]
Or if you're not comfortable with that, or you don't have the time, then you can take
[154]
it online.
[156]
Whether you're taking FPU in person or virtually, you are going to meet once a week with a group
[160]
of like-minded people, people who are on the same journey as you, you have an instructor
[164]
who leads the class, who teaches the principles, and then you meet for nine weeks.
[168]
And Financial Peace University really is their flagship product.
[172]
So I love that there are so many options for people to take it.
[174]
And what's really cool and encouraging about Ramsey Plus is that on average during the
[178]
first 90 people pay off $5,300 in debt and they saved $2,700.
[183]
During the first 90 days!
[185]
So if you're struggling with money, this is the roadmap.
[188]
This is the formula that will get you there.
[189]
For Financial Peace, not only can you access it on the website, but they also have a Financial
[194]
Peace University app.
[195]
All right.
[196]
So let's move into the second part of Ramsey+, and that is the budget section.
[200]
So with the budget section, you get one year access to the premium version of Every Dollar
[205]
(Every Dollar Plus).
[206]
Like I said before, I absolutely love Dave Ramsey and I love Every Dollar.
[209]
And actually one of the very first videos on my channel was a full review and demo of
[214]
how to use the EveryDollar app.
[215]
So definitely check that video out.
[217]
Now, there is a free version of E.ryDollar and there is the premium version of EveryDollar
[221]
(Every Dollar Plus) and with the premium version of EveryDollar, that's where you'll be able
[224]
to connect it with your various bank accounts.
[226]
So that way you can automatically import your various transactions.
[229]
The free version of every dollar.
[231]
It doesn't do that.
[232]
You have to manually put in all of your transactions.
[234]
And that can definitely add up over a month's time and take a lot of time.
[237]
So you save so much time by just using the premium version.
[241]
And to purchase a standalone membership to every dollar premium.
[244]
It will be over $100 per month.
[247]
So not only are you getting Financial Peace University, you're getting the premium version
[250]
of EveryDollar.
[251]
You're getting so much more bang for your buck than if you were to buy each of these
[255]
individually.
[256]
And now to the third part of Ramsey+, which is the track section.
[260]
Basically this is the baby steps, which is so important, no matter where you are in your
[264]
financial journey, you are going to be on one of these seven baby steps.
[268]
So through the website, you're able to put which baby step you're on and you're able
[272]
to track your progress.
[273]
So if you're in baby step one, that is save $1,000 in your emergency fund.
[278]
And so you'll be able to track, "okay, I have $500" and each time that you are adding more
[282]
money to your emergency fund, you can track that there.
[284]
They also have a corresponding app was you can do it on that app.
[287]
So not only do you have this website portal, but you have the three different apps that
[291]
are all included.
[292]
You have Financial Peace University app, you have EveryDollar Plus app, and then you have
[296]
the Baby Steps app.
[297]
Another really cool feature of Ramsey Plus is they have these action steps at the top
[302]
of the page that help keep you accountable.
[303]
They help keep you on track.
[305]
So over the course of 12 weeks, you can set up to 10 different action steps.
[310]
And these things are very small.
[311]
Dave Ramsey is all about baby steps.
[314]
So they are broken down into little bite-sized pieces.
[317]
For example, watch video, one of the jumpstart program, open a savings account, find out
[322]
what baby step you were on.
[323]
These are very, very small, but it makes it very attainable, which I really, really love
[328]
because if you are in debt or you're just getting started on managing your money, this
[332]
all can be really overwhelming.
[334]
It can be a lot and they know that.
[336]
And so they've just chunk it down for you that way it's super easy and attainable to
[339]
do.
[340]
And who does it like to check off an action step every time they do it.
[343]
There also is this member benefits section, and it has a whole bunch of other perks.
[347]
For example, you can file your federal taxes for free using Ramsey SmartTax.
[351]
You can make your will and get discounts on the MamaBear legal forms.
[353]
You get a free audio book.
[355]
And the last one is you get to talk with a financial coach for free.
[358]
So what this talk to a coach section is, is you fill out this form and then you get to
[362]
have a free 15-minute coaching consultation.
[365]
About three different coaches will reach out to you.
[367]
You can have your free consultations to talk about your money and where you're at.
[371]
And then after that free call, you can then sign up for one of their coaching programs,
[375]
which is an additional fee.
[376]
So it really, this is just a feeder into the Ramsey Preferred Coach program, which is totally
[382]
fine.
[383]
If you've gone through Ramsey Plus, and maybe you've gone through Financial Peace and you
[385]
still need additional help through a coach, this is a great way.
[388]
And I love that.
[389]
It's a way that you can go through someone who's certified in the Ramsey method.
[393]
So they're not trying to teach you other principles that maybe don't align with what you learned
[396]
here in Ramsey.
[397]
Plus now for my final thoughts on Ramsey+.
[400]
I think Ramsey plus is a must have for anyone who is just getting started out on their financial
[406]
journey, whether you are just getting started out on managing money, or you have a lot of
[410]
debt, or you just want to change your view of money and you want to be more financially
[414]
free Ramsey Plus is definitely for you.
[417]
I think Ramsey plus is now my go-to wedding gift for anyone who's getting married, because
[422]
we all know that money problems and struggles are the number one cause of divorce.
[425]
And a lot of times when two people are coming together and getting married, they have completely
[429]
different views and mindsets on money.
[431]
And through Ramsey Plus it can help couples and people get on the same page and it helps
[435]
them work towards a goal, which is financial freedom.
[439]
It's not just get out of debt, i's not just pay off your house; the ultimate goal is to
[442]
build wealth and give.
[444]
That is baby step number seven.
[446]
I was really impressed with how everything was laid out.
[448]
It is really simple to navigate.
[451]
And overall, I just love that you have the freedom to choose in-person Financial Peace
[455]
or online.
[456]
I love that.
[457]
And I think Financial Peace really is the core parts to having success in the Dave Ramsey
[461]
plan.
[462]
And then they do pair that with the apps that make that possible.
[464]
I am the biggest proponent of Every Dollar in the world.
[467]
So even if you just wanted to buy Every Dollar, you should just buy the membership to Ramsey+
[472]
because why not?
[473]
It's the same price and you get all of these other things.
[475]
You get all the free courses, you get the videos, you get it, you get it all.
[479]
So now if you're interested in checking out Ramsey Plus I have a link down below, so you
[482]
can get a 14-day free trial.
[485]
So you can test it out to see if it's for you to see if you like it.
[488]
To try out the app, to check out some of the lessons.
[490]
And as far as pricing goes, it's pretty reasonable for a three month membership.
[494]
It's $59.99 for a six-month membership.
[496]
It's $99.99.
[498]
And obviously the best value is a 12-month membership at one $29.99.
[502]
Now I get it, if you're in debt, that might seem a lot, but I'm telling you just the budgeting
[507]
app alone saves myself at least a hundred dollars a month because I'm tracking my money.
[512]
I'm conscious with my money and I know where everything is going.
[515]
So for me, paying for this membership is a no brainer because I save that much money.
[520]
Literally I saved that money in my bank account and more just by using their apps.
[525]
All right.
[526]
So now for the big giveaway!
[528]
Like I mentioned before, I have two one-year memberships of Ramsey+ to give away and I
[532]
am so, so, so excited.
[534]
So all you have to, to enter is to like this video, subscribe to my channel and leave a
[538]
comment down below, letting me know why you would want to win this one-year membership
[543]

[544]
Another big, thank you to the Ramsey Solutions team for allowing me to have a membership.
[548]
So I could try this out and give you guys my review.
[551]
But before I go, if you're still interested in more check out this review of the every
[555]

[560]
to get started.
[561]
So check that out right now.
[563]
That's all I have for today and I'll see you next time.
[565]
There was a plane flying overhead, but my favorite course in financial peace university,
[569]
I gave it away.
[573]
I was playing very loud playing at that.
[574]
I will take a sippy sip.
[575]
To purchase, the standalone version of the premium version.
[578]
That's a lot of versions.
[579]
No whistling!
[580]
I don't know what's happening.
[583]
There's just so many noises.
