stimulus package time line so I ll go over

about student loan debt so I ll go over those

DC I can barely keep up so I ll update you

Earlier today the senate held a vote on the
$1.2 trillion spending bill or American Jobs

Plan.

It pass with 67 yes s and 27 no s.

The bill had 18 republicans join the democrats
on this historic bi-partisan bill.

This bill will lead to lots of new good paying
jobs, safer roads, highways and bridges and

access to faster internet at better prices.

It will lift all Americans in one way or another.

Remember two weeks ago when they voted for
the right to vote.

Well today s vote wasn t that but it also
wasn t the final vote.

What they are doing is locking in key pieces
of legislation that they can t go back on.

The final vote is expected to happen tomorrow.

If all democrats vote and 10 republicans vote
yes then this bill is done.

Here s where it could fall apart.

Some republicans say the white house is trying
to sabotage the bill while making it look

like its republicans fault.

However senate majority leader chuck schumer
said this,

"We can get this done the easy way or the
hard way," he said.

"In either case, the Senate will stay in session
until we finish our work.

It s up to my Republican colleagues how long
it takes."

So its likely this is a done deal with 18
republicans on board but I ve seen crazier

things.

Regarding the potential 4th stimulus check.

I ve seen thousands of comments saying you
have talked about the 4th stimulus check in

days.

What s going on.

I just had so many other items to cover that
need to happen before

the $3.5 trillion stimulus package passes.

Now on Youtube and the media I am seeing major
differences in opinion.

Some are saying it will absolutely not happen.

Some are saying its possible but not probable.

Others are saying it will 100% happen.

Here s my thoughts on a 4th stimulus check.

The $3.5 trillion stimulus package isn t written
so how can anyone say it will or will not

happen?

Next Senator Sanders has been put in charge
of the stimulus package and the anti poverty

task force.

He s also called for a $2000 stimulus check
and he s the reason why you got a $600 check
[410]
and partially the reason you got a $1400 stimulus
check.

Now I do Not believe 167 million americans
are going to get a 4th stimulus check.

Some people are saying it can t happen because
it would cost $400 billion to do.

But that s only if they do $1400 to 167 million
people and kids.

However, if they did $600 that would be closer
to $100 billion.

If they did $2000 to 25 million americans

that s only $50 billion.

So the people saying it won t happen are still
thinking in terms of 167 million people getting

a check.

I m thinking more like last year when they
said people making under $50,000 will get

a check and it would cost around $100 billion.

I m also seeing over and over again that only
about 25 million might need a check which

at $2000 is $50 billion and at $1000 is only
$25 billion.

These are very realistic numbers so for that
reason combined with 80+ members of congress

asking for a check, Talib calling for checks,
Omar calling for checks, UBI and Cash payments,

I am still optimistic a check could happen.

But it isn t going to happen for 167 million
americans.

I hope this makes sense and also gives you
a very logical thought process

on why it could happen.

If you don t want to hear that then there
are channels that will tell you it won t happen

because it will cost $400 billion.

If you do think it will happen and want to
live on hope there are plenty of channels

that will tell you 100% guaranteed to pass.

However I am in the middle but I ve also give
this lots of thought based on hours and hours

of research.

I m also humble enough to admit I could be
wrong and I m smart enough to admit I can

t read congress s mind or tell the future.

So I hope this helps with my opinion on the
4th stimulus check.

Well it seems Miguel Cardona finally spoke
with President Biden.

They ve decided to extend the student loan
deferment until January 31, 2022 so 137 more
[642]
days or help and assistance.

If you can t pay your loans right now, this
is a blessing.

If you can but they won t make you, honestly
I d take advantage of this opportunity and

pay down some of your other debt as fast as
you can.

Its not every day the government protects
you from paying a loan so use that payment
[669]
to chop away at other debt.

Mr.Cardona said, The payment pause has been
a lifeline that allowed millions of Americans
[678]
to focus on their families, health, and finances
instead of student loans during the national
[684]
emergency, As our nation s economy continues
to recover from a deep hole, this final extension
[690]
will give students and borrowers the time
they need to plan for restart and ensure a
[696]
smooth pathway back to repayment.

Now this is good news for student loan debt
holders.

However, the president and Cardona must have
forgotten to talk about the $10,000 of student
[710]
loan forgiveness Biden promised while running
for president because they were completely
[716]
silent on
this topic.

Senator Schumer picked up on this and said
although this was a smart move the President
[733]
hasn t gone far enough.

We have a broken loan system bogging people
down with debt.

Heck even Republicans aren t fighting the
$10,000 of student loan forgiveness.

The only one opposed to it is House Speaker
Nancy Pelosi.

debt forgiveness as it affects 43 million
