To review some of the numbers and statistics for聽our Luxury Carlsbad homes. Uh, Jared, I've informed you

That I may use this on some of my social tunnels,聽and things like that, can you just give me a verbal

Yes, okay, all right. So, um, the site that we built,聽we launched about five months ago, Jared's question

Was, well, how well is it performing? He is a, he is聽a real estate person, I won't identify his market

But he is considering propping up one of these聽websites, so, before he makes that decision, he's

Asking me to go ahead and review my numbers, my聽analytics with him as I oftentimes do with many of

My clients as part of my sales process. I'm usually聽showing them not so much how the website looks

But how it actually performs in terms of how聽people are using it, how they're digesting it.

How many pages do they look on it. Now, some of my聽competitors have really good numbers in this.

This area like real estate webmasters, and um, and Sierra聽Interactive, but many, if not most of my competitors

Don't have very good numbers in these, in these聽arenas. If you ask them to do the same thing

They would probably come up with an excuse about聽why they couldn't, or won't, or shouldn't, and the

Reason for that is typically speaking, they're聽not focused on high-quality end-user experiences.

And so, they don't have really great numbers聽on their websites. I didn't know when I built

Luxury, the luxury site, how it was going to聽perform, I just felt like I was making improvements

On some existing things that we've done. So, I聽did feel like it should perform well, that's

That's what Jared was left with the last time聽he talked to me, is that it should perform well.

So here's 28 days we still aren't getting a lot of聽visitors, but the visitors are going up, and here's

The thing; the client, this client, the person who's聽owned this website has done no promotion, none

Whatsoever; no email; no. So, actually, she's posted it聽to some of her social channels a couple of times.

The average time on site is four minutes,聽the average time for a real estate website

In general, is about 30 seconds, so we're kicking聽the absolute dog snot out of what the average is

On a real estate site. Some sites, such as Sierra聽Interactive have about a minute 20 seconds

26 seconds as an averaging time. Real聽Estate Webmasters might be around the same.

When we go back for 90 days, since we launched the聽site, now this is looking at the five months since

The site has been launched, it's comparing聽the last 90 days to the previous 90 days

And you'll discover that we've had about 300 users,聽and the averaging time is actually up. It's five

Minutes per, per page, which beats anything I've聽ever built by miles in terms of user engagement.

My best in this category is usually two to three聽minutes of hang time, so my other sites, which by

The way still kick the averages in the teeth, um,聽but they don't destroy it the way that this site is

So, when we go to client acquisition, which is聽another thing that somebody should be talking

To you about if they're going to do this kind of聽video, or have this information. So July to January

We propped the site up in August, so this聽definitely covers the entire website history

So, you can see here we've had 344 users,聽the bounce rate remains consistent

Sessions. Almost every user that comes to this site聽actually comes back to it again, which is crazy.

344 new users, but 649 sessions, that means that most聽of these people came back twice. Now that's not the way

That statistics really work, probably 150聽of those users came back, but they came back and

Visited an average of four pages, that's probably聽more what's accurate. So, the average session

Duration for all visitors since this site went聽up is four minutes and 46 seconds. We've already

Got 95 people coming in from organic search聽since August, that means that somewhere, somehow

This site is already ranking inside the search聽engines, which is crazy, that's crazy fast, direct

Another really big number; what does that mean for聽
all of my viewers? What's direct? That means they

Have your address, that they bookmarked it, that聽they memorized it, that's why I usually select

The domain name for my clients. It needs to be聽something simple, memorable, and direct so that

They can literally probably recall it just based聽on the website experience like there's nothing

That they need to know beyond the fact that they,聽that they're, that, that, what the domain name was.

Many of you will remember like will聽appreciate that experience because

You and I both know that oftentimes, you vaguely聽remember what the domain was. You kind of search

It and then figure it out; that's direct,聽it's all direct. This number is gigantic

For this website. Jared, yeah, this is聽a brand new website where 185 people

Have already memorized the domain name, so that's聽[ __ ] stupid in terms of numbers. So, for those of

You may not have seen it, this is a site that聽we built. It looks okay, it obviously has a

An agent with a memorable appearance as part聽of the site, but you also got strong, strong

Like landing pages, like this one with very customized content throughout

That we're writing all the content is what聽we're writing; that's what we're making聽

Is making the site so sticky, is the internal聽navigation. All these pages reason that people

Keep coming back to them as I built the best page on Arroyo. Looks the best, operates the best.

Okay, takes you to wherever you want super fast.聽That was a five-second trend, like Journey that

Everybody just watched. All of these are people who聽like Overroy, this also like these neighborhoods, so

This site is a niche site designed for luxury and聽only luxury, and, so, uh, we've done a very good job

Of making sure like these are the schools,聽every single one is a clickable link, all

This interactivity on these pages. Ladies and聽gentlemen, the people watching it is all seo

[ __ ] It's all ways to rank these pages, so聽I do, I know specifically which one of these

Pages are already ranking. Jared, no, I do not,聽but do I know that they are ranking? Yes, I do.
