In this video, I will answer some of your questions related to my land.

Let me show you around the property once again. It looks different around here in June.

The grass is really green now.

I try to visit here every month.

This place is 5 hours away from where I live.

Therefore, I can't visit here every day.

This is why it takes so long to make a video about this place.

One of you said in the comments that this place looks like mars.

I agree. This place does look a little like mars. When I moved to America, I moved here as a student.

My student visa said the words "Non-Resident Alien" on it. I've literally been called an Alien since I moved to America.

Some of you said in the comments that my land is actually barren.

The drone shots in my previous land videos were taken during the winter. It may have looked like nothing could ever grow here.

It looked like the entire property was barren.

This is not correct. Actually, look at all the grass here.

There are some flowers here as well as many different types of grasses.

They are very beautiful flowers.

So this land is not barren at all. I can feed this grass to cows, goats, or donkeys. Some of you have called me a jackass. Even I can eat this grass.

Today is Sunday. I drove for 5 hours just to come here and enjoy my land over the weekend.

One of the questions you asked was, "What do I plan to do with this land?"

I have a lot of plans and ideas.

If you live in the city, you may have noticed how crowded it can be during the pandemic.

Not everyone enjoys living among the crowds. I love nature and room to roam.

I love peace and quiet which I can get out here on my 60 acres.

I don't have any neighbors here to have any disputes with.

However, please don't misunderstand me. I'm not trying to tell you how to live. These are just my personal choices. Everyone is on their own journey.

I plan to make this place my home.

I also want to farm here. Drive a tractor. Raise cows for milk, chickens for eggs, etc.

I want to design a life with minimal stress.

I'm interested in simplifying life. I don't want to complicate life too much.

My land was very cheap which I paid for in cash. I don't have any stress of a mortgage or loan.

My ears are very itchy these days. I don't know why. Leave me a comment if you know what I can do to fix.

You will think Himanshu has totally lost his mind in America. Actually, you are right. I'm totally crazy.

America is full of crazy dreamers like me.

Let's go check out my pond.

Look at all the tall grass near the pond.

There are likely a lot of snakes here. I'm not scared... I'm a lion.

I showed you this pond a few months ago. It had a bunch of water here.

And now, there is just tall grass here. What beautiful grass too.

Eventually, I plan to dig this pond even more and make it a big beautiful all-season pond.

The water is gone but this grass is so beautiful.

I can fatten up many animals with this grass.

I don't know the names of any of these plants. But look at these beautiful wild plants.

These are all wild plants growing here naturally. There are some flowers growing over there as well.

One of the questions you asked was, "What is the deal with water on this land?"

Actually, I will need to get a well dug here.

I nearly fell. haha

So I will need a well here.

I will then use a solar panel to power a pump that will bring the water up to the surface. That water will then be stored in a large tank.

I will cross the fence right there.

So I have just crossed the fence to arrive on my neighbor's land. The neighbor already has a well and tank setup which I will show you now.

The neighbor has a large tank with solar panels.

Let me show you the well first.

So this is the well. This little thing. This pipe goes 300 feet deep into the ground.

These are the electronics that are powered by the solar panels and bring the water up from the ground and store in the tank.

This tank can store up to 6k gallons or 20k liters of water. 20-22k liters. My math is not that great which is why I had to move to America.

Some of you asked me about my height. I'm 6 feet tall. Notice how much bigger this tank is compared to me.

It is a 6k gallon tank. 1 gallon is almost 4 liters.

I'm not sure if you can hear me very clearly.

My throat is starting to hurt because I'm shouting. It is very windy here.

Although, no one will ever notice any screaming here.

One of the questions was, "Why is land so cheap in America?" There are many reasons for this. One of them is...

This is farm land away from the city.

The nearest city is 1 hour drive away from this land.

Agriculture land is usually cheaper than land in the city.

The second reason is that America's population is only 330 million vs India's 1.4 billion. The land area however in the US is 3-3.5 times that of India.

As you can imagine, demand and supply determine the price.

There is a lot of land and few people. This makes land affordable here.

Another question was, "Can a foreign national buy land in America?" And the answer is...

Absolutely! Anyone with money can buy land in America. There is no restriction based on nationality.

Many of you wanted to know if buying land will help you get a green card or permanent residency in America.

Dear friends, there is no relationship between buying land and getting a green card.

One can buy land in America even if they are in India or anywhere else. If you want to buy, let me know in the comments below.

But I want to ask you, if you don't have a green card or American citizenship, what will you do with land here? I'm not sure what you could do. Let me know.

Actually, I am from the Himalayan ranges in India. I grew up in Chandigarh but my heart lives in Himanchal Pradesh.

So, I've moved a lot of spare building materials from my house. I can use them for projects on this land.

I used my trailer to haul all of this stuff here. I could not film that process however. I'm doing everything alone so I can't always film.

I've just woken up.

It's not so windy anymore. It's Sunday today. We came here yesterday.

I slept in the shipping container. I did not setup a tent outside because it was too windy yesterday.

Look I found a bone.

I find a lot of these around here. There is plenty of active wild life around here.

I was telling you yesterday why I bought this land. It's because my heart is with the earth, the sky, the trees.

It's not in the city.

I dislike the city traffic and the city air. The air here is incredible.

If you are familiar with the air quality index...

Delhi's AQI can reach as high as 600 which is very dangerous.

The AQI here is only 23.

One of my friends who lives in Delhi, has an air purifier in their home. The AQI after the purification is 58.

The AQI here is 23 without the air purifier. Meaning the natural air quality is incredible.

I want to say something. I'm a little hesitant to make this video as well.

I can empathize with the suffering in New Delhi right now because of the shortage of oxygen and clean air during the second wave of the corona virus.

I'm not trying to brag about my clean air. Just trying to share why I have purchased this land in the middle of nowhere.

I have bought it so that I can get clean air for a long time. If my lungs get clean air, my body will be healthy.

I need a healthy body to pursue any of my dreams in America.

As they say, "A healthy body can build the world."
