get to know about your project could you

maybe introduce yourself a little bit

for our viewers sure so my name is Todd

Crossland founder and CEO of coin zoom

we're a us-based cryptocurrency exchange

but actually global in nature and have
[39]
lots of experience in Korea and it's
[41]
happy have to be back in home so to
[44]
speak in Korea so spend a lot of time
[46]
here right right very interesting is

there anything that brings you to Korea
[50]
at this moment well I think I've you
[54]
know mentioned that we had a company we
[57]
founded in 2001 called interbank FX so
[60]
we were a global foreign exchange
[62]
brokerage firm and we had a significant
[66]
business in Korea with key woom
[68]
securities Samsung Hyundai K our futures
[74]
about nine different brokerage firms
[76]
here in Korea so I spent a lot of time
[78]
at the high-end hotel here over the
[82]
years and but we came about every three
[84]
months for about four years until I sold
[86]
the firm in 2012 but great great
[89]
experience here working with you know
[91]
traders and brokerage firms and as we're
[94]
launching our new exchange we thought
[96]
this would be a great first place to
[98]
stop right so now I know you guys are
[101]
involved with this latest project called
[103]
coin zoom could you maybe explain that
[105]
for our viewers what that is sure so

this is a brokerage firm we have two
[112]
different components for for global
[114]
crypto currency traders one is a
[117]
platform for creating you know Bitcoin
[120]
aetherium litecoin and select utility
[123]
tokens the second is a
[126]
another platform through our registered
[129]
broker-dealer in the united states so we
[132]
have an investment bank registered with
[134]
the SEC and FINRA that we're launching
[137]
coin zoom Direct and the focus of that
[140]
platform will be on security tokens so

we'll have two platforms that will offer

for Global traders one for trading you
[148]
know Bitcoin aetherium and utility
[150]
tokens and the second platform will be
[153]
for trading security tokens you know

registered through the US right very
[158]
nice and it seems like coin zoom is

geographically at least based in the
[163]
United States right and are you guys you
[166]
know looking at the Korean or a Japanese
[168]
market

yeah the Far East markets for your

platform we are so our Broker Dealer in

the u.s. we have customers in 145
[179]
countries right now and so we're looking

to offer our our platform and services

to you know all 145 countries and we had
[190]
significant business in Korea so we'd

like to offer which we think would be
[194]
it's a differentiated and unique
[196]
cryptocurrency trading experience for
[199]
Korean customers European customers
[202]
Chinese customers and American customers
[204]
sure sure and I know that in the United
[207]
States at least coin bases like the big
[209]
exchange we also have like uphold and
[212]
Robin Hood coming into the game yes how
[214]
do you think coins and stacks up into
[216]
against those competitors so I think we
[220]
have a global focus and then also a
[224]
differentiated product offerings so
[226]
we're going to trade you know Bitcoin
[228]
aetherium like coin base but we're also
[230]
through our registered broker-dealer
[232]
we're going to trade security tokens as
[234]
well and then there's lots of bells and
[237]
whistles and tools and technology that
[240]
we offer to our FX traders that we're
[242]
going to offer to our the cryptocurrency
[244]
traders with artificial intelligence a
[248]
global social trading network as well
[252]
and coin zoom looking at your white
[256]
paper it says like you got
[258]
your strengths lie in market liquidity
[260]
and so forth
[262]
where does your inventory of assets come
[264]
from sure with our previous brokerage
[267]
firm our counterparty banks were you
[270]
know Goldman Sachs JP Morgan Morgan
[274]
Stanley Bank of America at deutsche bank
[276]
UBS now all of those banks are involved
[278]
in encrypted currency liquidity but
[280]
there's there's hedge funds that were
[282]
working with that provide liquidity and
[284]
then just as we get started the the
[288]
members on the exchange will will be
[291]
providing liquidity for each other so
[293]
for every buyer they'll be a seller so
[295]
we won't be market makers ourselves on
[299]
the platform it'll come from outside
[302]
liquidity and then from the investors
[305]
themselves on the platform okay
[307]
great and how much of the coin zoom
[310]
platform has been developed is it live
[312]
is there any sort of develop are there
[315]
any sorts of developments in the
[316]
pipeline sure so the platform timely
[320]
went live last Thursday so it is live
[323]
we're letting customers try it on a demo
[326]
basis right now so you can deposit
[328]
virtual Bitcoin aetherium like coin - to
[333]
the platform you can trade you can do
[335]
buys and sells so that's life we'll be
[338]
adding some additional technology our
[341]
own proprietary app that you can trade
[344]
on right now it's it's a mobile web base
[347]
or you could trade it on an iPhone but
[349]
we're gonna have a native app that we're
[352]
developing that we you can trade both
[354]
you know the Bitcoin - aetherium then
[358]
the security tokens on as well okay and
[361]
in terms of the overall cryptocurrency
[363]
sphere like what is your outlook on
[366]
maybe cryptocurrency prices and and the
[369]
whole blockchain space in general for
[371]
the future well I think it's back home
[374]
they call it the wild west so to speak
[376]
right now but we think that especially
[379]
blockchain in general it's here to stay
[382]
and it is disrupting FinTech is
[386]
disrupting you know every area of our
[389]
financial system so we think that the
[391]
block
[391]
Chane is definitely here to stay and
[393]
there'll be lots of international you
[396]
know interesting companies that come
[398]
forth from new blockchain technologies
[401]
and as they do initial coin offerings we
[405]
want to you know pick the best and
[407]
brightest entrepreneurs to to put onto
[410]
our platform and trade their tokens
[411]
right absolutely and if people in Korea
