The reimbursement center dashboard in your聽
Via Benefits online account is the central聽聽

location to review your account聽
activity and submit reimbursements.

If you look under HRA - Health Reimbursement聽
Arrangement - on the left side of your screen聽聽

you will see your account summary. Here聽
you can view your total available balance聽聽

as well as payments on hold. It will also show聽
you a breakdown of balance rollovers from聽聽

previous years which account聽
for your total available balance.聽

You can view your detailed account activity聽
by selecting either "View Account" or "More."聽聽

You are able to make reimbursement requests聽
by selecting either "Premium Reimbursement" or聽聽

"Out-of-pocket Reimbursement" in the upper right聽
corner of the screen. You would select 聽聽

"Premium Reimbursement" to seek reimbursement for current聽
plan premiums or premiums for previous years.

"Out-of-pocket Reimbursements" are for聽
those infrequent medical expenses聽聽

such as deductibles, co-pays, as well as聽

Let's walk through an example of how to submit for an out-of-pocket聽
reimbursement using your online account.

To begin, click on "Out-of-pocket Reimbursement."

You will聽get a notification detailing the necessary聽elements

your supporting documentation must have聽
in order for it to be a valid supporting document.

It also identifies the different ways聽
you can submit the supporting document.

On the left side of the screen in gray you聽
will find your progress bar.

After completing a section on the form, the progress bar will聽
let you know what items still remain incomplete.

The first section on the form is identifying聽
what category you are seeking reimbursement for.聽聽

Use the drop-down list to select the Category type.

The next section is identifying the聽
Expense type. Once again, use the drop聽聽

down list to select your Expense type聽
based on the category you selected above...

then select the date the service took place.

You can use the drop-down list to change聽
the month as well as the year if needed.

paid for the good or service.

Next, enter in the provider or carrier's name,

Last, provide your supporting documentation.
There are two ways to submit your supporting聽documentation.

You can either upload the document聽by scanning it to your desktop or
taking a picture聽of it with your phone and saving it to your computer

or you can fax or mail the document聽directly to Via Benefits.

Uploading the document聽is the recommended method
since it does expedite聽the reimbursement process

and it makes tracking聽your reimbursement easier.
Just select "Upload file."

You can browse for the file on your desktop
or you can drag the document into the box.

correct, submit the reimbursement.

through Via Benefit's new mobile application.
