early so one I don't like to be late to

anything and secondly today today is a

pretty busy day so I have to run a few

errands friend up in the office it's

about it's not even 8 o'clock yet so

yeah I'm gonna go ahead and get into the

policy the big thing about scheduling

though is also you have complete control

over your schedule real estate is one of

those careers that you don't you don't

really have a boss I mean you're going

to have a broker but you already have a

boss telling you be here go here do this

do that and so it's really about how you

want to make it and what you want to do

before I get too far I have to make just

a little pit stop

let me some caffeine if that didn't take

too long

keep it simple in and out I don't really

drink coffee every day I drink coffee on

the days that I'm up super early and I

may have not gotten a lot of sleep at

night I'm really good about just working

like ice water when I wake up and it

kind of gives me that kick butt Coffee

is definitely needed some time actually

I think I bet my bad I I do have a cup

of coffee at least once a day but it's

not necessarily in the morning

so I knocked that meeting out at the

office right quick and now I am off to a

like a like a breakfast for young

entrepreneurs

it's a new thing but I am I became an

ambassador for this organization and so

I'm headed out to bet right now oh my

gosh traffic can be so annoying

sometimes and it's like it just never

end no matter what time I come out I'm

gonna be in traffic like and I really

just don't get it I don't get it at all

yeah so this event is it just popped up

on my calendar maybe a couple of weeks

ago something new that our association

is doing how a realtor Association just

to kind of give back to newer Realtors

or people who need some mentorship or

guidance they're taking some of us who

have been in the business for a while

and putting us all in a room and they
[213]
have a speaker that comes out there's
[215]
this nice breakfast and we get to set up
[219]
those tables and have conversations with
[221]
these people who are looking for
[223]
mentorship or may have questions about
[225]
best practices in real estate or you
[228]
know how to do certain things and so
[230]
it's a really good opportunity

I had a lot of fun doing that I made

some good connections I got some cards a
[238]
lot of agents want to kind of meet
[240]
outside of that setting so we'll just

kind of see what we can do so I have a

showing I'm about to meet my buyer's

agent hey what's going on hey it's going

good okay let's do that we're gonna

we're going to show for like four

properties right quick and what's on the
[280]
schedule for today I normally kind of
[282]
reserved my afternoon or for like
[284]
showing so we're just waiting on the
[286]
client to get here and shoot to be here

any minute when you're showing a

property it I mean you want to make sure
[294]
that you know what you're showing or
[296]
kind of have a general knowledge about
[297]
the area that you're in and the actual
[300]
property that you're in especially if
[302]
it's like a condo you want to know how
[305]
condos work and know how the prices go
[307]
in the building you want to kind of get
[309]
a general idea how the showings going to
[311]
go ahead of time because some kind of
[313]
communities are not in tall buildings
[315]
like this to where you just get on an
[316]
elevator and go so you want to know
[318]
where the unity is and how to get there
[321]
and it just it just really saves you
[323]
from being embarrassed in front of your
[325]
clients so it makes you look like a
[328]
better agent I think there's a so why

not educate yourself on on the condo
[332]
community or whatever you're going to be

showing even if it's in just like a
[336]
subdivision of full of homes or like a
[338]
townhome community no it goes on over
[341]
there so you can speak intelligently to
[342]
your client I mean that is the job of a
[346]
real estate agent so so I try to I try

to make sure that i freshen up at least
[350]
like the day before I actually go out to
[353]
show them I'm a direct drive by the
[355]
property and preview it ahead of time so

I know what's going on okay

this business kind of taken break I mean

during the day I'm kind of all over the

place and I don't really get a lot of

breaks even even taking a lunch is a

little difficult for me but I will say

that I do take holidays and it's not

hard to take a holiday you said to make
[397]
sure that everything is where it needs
[399]
to be and your business is flowing you
[402]
don't want to go on a holiday or go on a
[403]
trip when you have a gazillion and one
[405]
clients who need something for you from
[408]
you and you don't have any support so
[410]
yeah I mean you could you can always
[412]
take breaks but kind of during the week
[414]
I don't know just take a lot of breaks
