so meet kevin the popular youtuber that

does real estate and

finance and tons and tons of stimulus

he also sells a lot of courses like many

other finance youtubers do

and of course i was skeptical of those

courses when i first saw them

so i had a very hard time deciding to

purchase any of these i spent a lot of

time researching

and consumed a lot of his youtube

content and it was only after consuming
[40]
a lot of his youtube content
[41]
that i decided to make the leap on the

first course so i bought three of these

courses
[46]
i bought the real estate investors
[47]
course i bought the property management
[50]
course and i bought the
[51]
youtube course and look these courses

are not
[54]
cheap i spent a total over 1500 and that

is after

discounts he's always got a discount

code on his youtube channel for getting

into the first one and then you can

bundle

the rest for a lot cheaper like i think

i managed to get these down to almost

half price these would have typically

been around twenty five hundred to three

thousand dollars in total which is a lot

of money for courses

especially since i've never bought

courses like this ever before in my life

so the first thing i noticed when i

opened the course i opened the real

estate investors course and i was

greeted with almost

400 videos of content which was
[89]
honestly massively overwhelming how on
[92]
earth could 400 videos actually contain
[95]
value and content in this real estate
[98]
investors course
[99]
and even if it did how would i get
[101]
through all of it

so i started working my way through the

content

and before even halfway through he added
[108]
another 30 videos so one thing he does

with his
[111]
with his courses is that he over time

will add videos as he's coming up with

new content that relates to the course

he's adding new courses all the time and

it's

it's truly just honestly overwhelming so

i started working my way through this

content and i have to say

it is the most valuable content ever

basically

how i would describe his videos in his

course are

miniaturized youtube videos that he

posts on his youtube

except without caring about the

algorithm and only delivering value

and going really deep into the content

which has been really amazing so another

thing you get

with the courses is access to his

discord chat

and when i heard that i was like so what

everyone has discord chat now

so i got onto the discord chat because i

wanted to watch the live streams which

we will talk about in just one second

there's a lot of channels and a lot of

them are filled with

useless banter and chatter and honestly
[168]
i mute most of those but there are some

in there that are full of people that
[172]
have done what you're trying to do

whether that's real estate investing or

property management or youtube

and they're willing to answer questions

meet kevin is in there all the time

willing to answer questions as well but

honestly

most of the time i get my questions

answered by

people in those rooms for example i

learned why our

financial literacy live stream has not

been working very well and how to fix

actually been answered now i have to say

his audience has been growing

a lot over the last year and his course

following has been growing a lot as well

which means

the audience on the live streams has

been growing as well so i think

it's going to become less and less

likely that he's going to answer every

single question that pops up in there

but

you can see he's doing a lot of work to

figure out how to make those questions

get answered

by him whether that's through posting it

in discord

or in the live streams or structuring it

a bit more

so that people can get their questions

answered a bit faster
