been filed at the superior court of the

state of california

now the report does describe set as

tupac's only sister

although tupac does have half siblings

now with a fenu passing away in 2016

i'm assuming set is one of the remaining

surviving beneficiaries of the estate

now the report goes on to say that the

dispute is over the duties control

finances and rights related to the

shakir family's estate which comprises

most of tupac's music and other

cherished assets

it to mean that tom wiley was inheriting

they don't inherit the money

under the trust failure to provide set

and the foundation with an inventory of

estate assets

violating the wishes of a finish occur

converting and withholding
