So, every time I send money, I usually send amounts greater than $ 500.

So, if you send money worth more than $500, the $2 transaction fee gets cancelled.

So, sometimes, I sent amounts under $500 and was charged a $2 transaction fee, which was not a big problem.

Otherwise, the app is great, and my friends who have used other applications have recommended that I just use Remitly.

So, I used that and it was nice.

So, now I am going to talk about more than $500, if you enter an amount of more than $500 then you will not be charged the transaction fee.

The second thing is that you have two options to send money in Remitly.

But, I'll tell you the two options. One is Express and the other is Economy.

Your money will reach in 4-5 days if you use the Economy option

and takes half an hour in the Express option.

Let's say the rate of the Canadian dollar in INR is 55 rupees.

So, it will be 55 in economy and

in express, it will be 54.60 or 54.70.

So there isn't much of a difference.

However, if you are sending a large sum of money, such as $1000-1200, it will make a difference.

So, if you can wait 2-4 days, then you should go with Economy Method.

I sent money 1-2 times with the Express method.

and after that, I only use Economy method to send money because

So, the Economy means your money will reach in 6-7 days and Express means your money will reach in half an hour or sometimes it takes an hour.

As you can see this Add option is on the top right corner, after pressing it

we can add any recipient.

You have to enter their First Name, Last Name, Phone No., Email Address and after that, you have to choose a reason for sending

and after saving, you have to enter their Account Number. So, it's a very easy process and as soon as you saved that

you can see the Send Money option and after pressing that

if you have multiple recipients, you can select

to whom you want to send money. I will send it to Ankit, so I'll tap on that recipient

Here, you can see $1000, and here you can also see the amount after conversion

which is 55,600 rupees.

If we want to send a specific amount, let's say, we want to send 5000 rupees,

you can type the amount here, it will automatically convert them. So, 55,600 rupees is $1000.

Now, there's one thing if you send an amount less than $500 for example, I'll enter 28,000 in rupees

and it's $503 and it's showing no transfer fees.

But, if I enter 5,000 rupees

it's $199 with a $2 fee included, which is not too much and if you send more than $500 then you won't be charged with a fee.

So, I want to send 55,600 rupees to Ankit which is $1000

and this rate is for Economy Method.

Next is the payment method. I already entered my details here, but you can enter your card details as well

Money will be sent through the Express method if you want to send it by card and for Economy method

you have to enter your account no. and if you have one in Scotia bank then you can find it easily.

So, I selected the account.

You can review here, Total Summary $1000 with $0 fees.

They have promised here that my funds will be transferred by the 11th of September.

Today is the 7th of September and the transfer date is 11th September, so funds will be transferred in 4 days.
