holding people hostage.

a bonus for killing our 13 military men and

I m going to share just a few news agencies
that covered this information.

I think you are so shocked by government behavior
you took your bad feelings out on me in the

So here are a few example and always feel

I think the first big step in moving the $3.5
trillion stimulus package towards completion

took place yesterday.

A subcommittee for the Ways and Means committee
voted yesterday to start drafting the language
[191]
around taxing the wealthy.

The voted passed 24-19 with all but one democrat
voting for the bill.

As I ve told you in the past representative
Stephanie Murphy, a democrat from Florida,

said she would vote against the higher taxes
and the $3.5 trillion price tag and last night
[215]
she did, but the committee still had a majority
on taxing the rich so this section of the
[222]
bill will now be written.

Now there was a change in information that
is a big deal.

The corporate tax rate hike democrats wants
is looking like it will be 26.5% and not 28%
[242]
so its lower than we thought by 1.5% and it
will only apply to business that make over
[252]
$5 million.

Also the top tax bracket on individuals will
go up to 39.6% on a federal level and a 3%
[275]
surcharge tax for individuals that make $5
million or more.

The new bill will raise the capital gains
tax from 20% to 25% so any gains people have
[292]
on investments, the federal government now
gets 25% of any good that comes your way from
[299]
a good investment.

The bill also seeks to give the IRS $80 billion
and permission for the IRS to look at any
[311]
purchase you make over $600.

So essentially the IRS will be given permission
to spy on American citizens and more money

to audit middle and lower income families.

Yesterday I told you how President Biden was
holding a special private meeting with Senators
[356]
Kyrstin Sinema and Joe Manchin.

According to press secretary Jen Psaki, the
entire purpose of this meeting was to find

a path forward together.

So did they find a path forward?

According to Sinema public relations person
the meeting went very well and Sinema will
[379]
continue to work with President Biden in good
faith.

It should be noted it doesn t say she caved,
or gave in or even agreed to the $3.5 trillion

price tag so it sounds like it was a good
meeting and she plans to move forward with
[394]
an open mind.

According to the white house the meeting with
Manchin was productive and focused primarily

on the Biden agenda.

Reports say President Biden came at it from
a perspective of how this will help the middle
[416]
class.

Part of the vote that happened last night
was also to create more tax credits for low

income housing and renewable energy credits
so inside this package we will likely see

help getting into housing and tax deductions
for buying electric vehicles.

Although a tax credit for buying a house is
a far cry from affordable housing.

It also doesn t help with that sometimes difficult
down payment but perhaps there will be more

on affordable housing information coming out
soon.

Yesterday millions of families with children
should have received their child tax credit

stimulus check.

If you didn t, I would just say give it a
few days to arrive.

If you ve never gotten one then you need to
register on IRS.gov and only irs.gov to get

your childs check.

Speaking of checks for kids, the committee
last night said they will include language

to keep the childrens tax credit checks going
through 2025.

The committee also said it will write into
their section on this bill the ability to
[518]
negotiate for lower prescriptions drug prices.

Ok now according to reports out of DC Bernie
Sanders ideas for expanding medicare, adding

vision, dental and hearing all got the green
light to move forward in their respective

committee groups.

Also the idea of 12 weeks off for having a
baby will likely be included.

So we are finally seeing a fraction of what
could be in this next stimulus package.

We are still hoping to see some adult tax
credit that could be made monthly checks for

those with or without children.

We are also hoping they will do a 4th stimulus
check for those that are still in need.

We know 167 million americans don t need a
stimulus check but so many different groups

are showing about 25 million do need a check.

We also have the Senior Citizens league showing
that many fixed income people on social security

administration benefits would benefit from
an extra stimulus check to help with gas,

rent or food.

OK now according to a CNN poll Americans are
becoming increasingly more angry and doubtful

about the direction on the country.

Like they don t trust the current reality
we are living in.

The poll showed that 74% of the country is
somewhat to very angry at the direction the

United States is heading.

Here s the break down.

88% percent of republicans are angry about
the direction of the country.

70% of independents which is shocking but
most shocking was 67% of democrats are angry

about
the direction of the country.

In the media you hear democrats watch CNN
and republicans watch Fox news.

I don t know this is true.

Truthfully I don t watch either but occasionally
see clips as I do research so it shocked me

to see a CNN poll show just how many people
are angry about the direction of the country.

I m going to do a similar poll on my community
page because it feels like a shift has happened

I have a hard time believing this one but

its in the news on several sites.

I m reading that Biden has health teams going
door to door to ask if you are vaccinated

and to disclose the vaccination status of
everyone in your house.

Several in DC said they had doorbell footage
of some coming to their house upwards of 5-6

times daily with a clip board to ask about
their vaccination status.

or show your papers seems odd and almost unbelievable.

AOC attended the MET GALA wearing a Tax The

Many Met Gala attendees have said they didn
t appreciate her making the event political

and she won t be invited back.

But her real concern should be the ethic violation
that has now been filed against her.

You see she is now going to be reviewed to
see if she used tax payer money to attend

the $30,000 per ticket event.

If she did, AOC could be in trouble.

If she didn t, was the $30,000 ticket given
to her in which case she has violated a rule

in congress about receiving gifts.

Members of congress can t accept gifts over
a certain value or else organization would

use pay to play tactics to get their ideas
into congress.

Now we know this happens but its usually done
quietly and by lobbyists.

Otherwise how do people come out of congress
so wealthy after being public servants.

Last year a lawyer in the Donald Trump Russia
story was found to have lied to the FBI and

changed an email.

Now the lawyer John Durham has announced he
plans to indict another attorney who allegedgly

lied to the FBI.

This is a developing story.

In the world of money hedge fund manager Cathy
Wood continues to tell everyone and every

media interview how Tesla stock will go to
$3000 a share.

Yet new disclosures show Mrs Wood and her
hedge fund have quietly sold $266 million

worth of tesla stock.

So was she pumping the stock so she could
sell a profit?

Was she upside down and needed to get out
of the stocks to cover other investments she

s lost on.

The narrative is very suspicious and is catching
attention in the news today.

One of the biggest investment firms in China
could cause negative ripples all across the

world.

Remember before the great recession when Lehman
brothers failed and it triggered a market

meltdown like he hadn t seen since the great
depression.

Well Evergrande which is much bigger than
Lehmans announced they were likely going to

default on all their contracts.

They announced yesterday no one would be paid
interest and no one could access their money

or original principle.

This is still a developing story but if they
fall it could cause market drops all over

the world.
