we are officially launching list engine beta聽聽

your menu options when you log into deal machine聽聽

that says list beta and i'm going to walk you聽聽

through how to build a list so when i want聽
to build a list i can just click build list聽聽

choosing your market you have three different聽
ways to do so you can click and do zip code聽聽

you can do by city and then my personal聽
favorite is say i have an area that i'm like聽聽

to add all of them i can click on draw area聽聽

zoom in zoom out to whatever area i聽

set up to filter through certain criteria so聽
you can actually just use one of your presets聽聽

or you can do a custom list which some of you may聽
not know but we've added to different owner types聽聽

so if i do by owner type i actually now have out聽
of state absentee owner owns multiple properties聽聽

so i can click owns multiple properties聽
and then i can go to pre-foreclosure status聽聽

tax delinquent bank owned i can go through聽
and do mortgage amount still equity percentage聽聽

year built you can still go through all of聽
those filters that you love in deal machine聽聽

crm and street engine so say i want to do that or聽
i want to go back clear that and i just want to聽聽

look for anything vacant in that area so actually聽
it's going to prompt me to say 13 leads are聽聽

estimated to be generated from these perimeters聽
and so it's filtering by vacancy so then聽聽

what i can also do is go ahead and i can change聽
that it's going to automatically put the date聽聽

that the list was made and everything but you can聽
change that name that you want to have this list聽聽

named so then my favorite part is that because we聽
update our data weekly we have this way to enable聽聽

what we call a smart list and so regular lists聽
become outdated the moment you pull them and聽聽

smart lists stay in sync with seller situations聽
on a weekly basis if a home no longer fits the聽聽

criteria that you want for that list it'll聽
be pulled out and updated weekly so you聽聽

don't have to keep filtering through there and聽
figuring out what the status of each property is聽聽

so i'm going to turn that on click submit and聽
then you'll get to see the building of the list聽聽

now you can continue to check progress on this聽
so i have the 13 there and then what's great is聽聽

anytime i go into this list i can actually do this聽
show breakdown and it can show me like how many of聽聽

our of these in this list have marketing complete聽
and i can actually do this with any of my lists聽聽

it'll load this and it can show the breakdown of聽
you know lost deal unqualified return to center聽聽

so on so forth so that it's just a really聽
quick snapshot to see where all your leads are聽聽
