Hey everyone Scott Cunningham aka @scottcbusiness today we're gonna be talking

about crypto currency and how you can
use it to fill up gift cards and buy

brand new gift cards typically digital
ones so that you can use them with ease

basically anywhere and this is all
possible through bit refill there may be

other solutions but this is by far the
easiest fastest and by far my favorite

solution for gift cards and you can also
see an interview that I did with the CEO

on my channel as well anyways though
today we're going to be diving into bit

refill and how you actually use it and
what it's all about so I'm gonna share

my screen here on bit refill there's
tons and tons of different cards that

you can buy anything from you know
gaming to Amazon where you basically get

anything gasps and you know convenience
stores Walmart and you can even pay

bills at Walmart so this can allow you
to basically cover the majority of

things that you might spend on and the
beautiful part here is that while there

are crypto Visa esque cards physical
cards that you can load crypto on or

sell crypto into fiat currency and then
use that there's a good chance that

they're either keeping your data and
they may you know give it to the

government if requested like coinbase
has been or you'll have the issue where

it does still create a taxable event and
you know that might be an issue for your

taxes later on but if you're just buying
gift cards and bit refill doesn't you

know keep all your information and you
know they wouldn't be giving all that

over you can effectively use crypto that
you know potentially you've earned or

made money on without having to sell it
out and potentially create a taxable

event the reason that this is so
important is because people want ways

that they can spend their crypto without
having to having it affect their tax in

bracket you know and their taxes and
just having

pay for all of that later the whole idea
of crypto is being able to have complete

financial freedom and you control your
funds and you know there's no one who is

you know tracking it and you know taking
away your financial privacy right

because you don't have financial privacy
with fiat currency unless you're using

cash and there's no transactions and
you're also relying on the fact that the

other person doesn't disclose that
information with many crypto purchases

you're taking a lot of that back but you
know there's still nothing's perfect

obviously Bitcoin transactions you can
ease you could find out if you if you

needed to
unless you're mixing your Bitcoin or

you're using some sort of privacy coin
though again when it comes to taxable

events in being able to actually spend
your crypto in an easy way I think this

is a great solution and it allows you to
spend your crypto without having to

spend a bunch of money going through
your bank and waiting a bunch to

actually get that money out and then
spend it again you may not be even

wanting to go through a bank and there's
people who use this use these services

who are completely unbanked so there are
people who have completely closed down

their bank accounts and they just live
on crypto and sites like bit refill are

a very important solution for those
people to actually be able to spend and

you know do the things that they would
normally do in their life without having

to rely on a bank account or a debit or
credit card now I wanted to go through

an example of buying one of these so
that you guys could fully see the entire

process and I'm not sure what I want to
actually buy because I don't need to

really reopen anything at the moment so
give me a moment to find something to

buy and then I will get that started
okay so since I recently spent some of

my Amazon gift balance on there I will
be buying an Amazon gift card and I will

be buying
a $100 card there's a bunch of different

amounts that you can buy but you can
just set a custom amount and this is

what I'll be buying if you use a Bitcoin
with like the Lightning Network you

actually get a discount however I just
like using a theorem because it's easy

so this is a very quick and easy process
you know you can you can spend whatever

you want and however you want there's a
lot of different ways you can also get a

bit refill gift card if you don't know
exactly what you want but you want to

get something in the future you can do
it like this as well however I'm going

to use aetherium so you can see this is
the amount I need to send this is the

address so essentially I'm going to use
my meta mask and I'm just going to send

over 0.3 all the exact number so three
oh five nine five one and that's

actually slightly less so not actually
that bad though this is US dollars to be

fair right no no this is actually
Canadian okay yeah so it's not exact

exact it's only sixteen cents off so
that's not bad so I always just send a

fast transaction because I don't want to
wait forever and once it gets like I

think only like a few confirmations
it'll yeah it'll it'll see that they've

got the payment detected after a couple
confirmations it will be completed and

then you can go ahead and get your code
and then redeem it I will do that right

in front of you guys so um don't think
that this code is still active when I'm

uploading the video you guys can try it
if you want but so you can see that was

very very quick it only took 30 seconds
probably I mean I did do a fast

aetherium send so it cost me a little
bit more gas you know you can obviously

do what you want but I just doing this
quickly

now I just go in here and I add the code
and it's as simple as that so it took me

about what two minutes tops to do this
so people who say you know

cryptocurrency it's so challenging it
takes so long uses so many hurdles I

don't really think that's the case
anymore with a lot of different

solutions and this is just one I wanted
to go and do an in-depth review of

specifically this because I've touched
on this before on how to spend crypto

but I'm doing individual videos going
through and actually reviewing each

service and demoing it for you so again
this is how you can redeem money for

different services and things you might
use this is just a very easy way to

spend your crypto right anything I buy
on Amazon now I'm able to buy just using

crypto and when I have something that I
want to buy I'll load up a card and then

I'll go and buy it
I don't mind just leaving like a hundred

dollars on here just in case I want to
get something small like I was looking

at getting these sanding sponges so that
I could fix a bunch of the water damage

on my desk and then replace the top with
a new a new cover which I will do

eventually I'll let you guys know what I
do it'll look a lot better because

there's kind of you could sort of see it
when I have the main well I guess I

could just show you you can sort of see
there's a lot of I mean I've had this

desk for several years so it's not
unreasonable that that's happening but

to keep this looking nice and the
longevity I'm going to do that and it's

really inexpensive the cover was only
maybe like twenty dollars anyways though

that is everything 4-bit refill there's
a ridiculous amount of gift cards on

this platform you can also refill your
phone for prepaid phone users which is

very very popular in third world
countries as I've been told by the CEO

and you know there's there's so many
options here everything from clothes to

Skype to almost anything you could think
of I there's only a few things that I

find on here that or that I don't find
on here that I usually just solve by

using
sending pip crypto to PayPal and using

PayPal or sending crypto to my crypto
card and then spending it that way I do

prefer gift cards if possible so that I
can just have everything in one place

and I don't have to are rather not in
one place all of the individual services

have a a fun amount that is just good to
go for a while and I don't have to keep

using my my my crypto card because again
my crypto card does have fees on it so

every time I make a transaction it cost
a dollar this is cheaper to fill up and

because this isn't regularly used right
this is just for one-off purchases most

of the time I find this is a lot easier
but you know you could use this for

regular use I mean you could get in
$1,000 Walmart card and that could pay

for all your groceries for some time
there's a lot of different things you
