Let's start with the first, the Kindred Group.

Kindred also operates several online casino sites and sports betting sites.

The most famous is Unibet.

The company was founded in 1997.

It currently employs 1,600 people.

It has head offices in London, Gibraltar, Stockholm, and the United States.

In 2020, their pre-tax annual profit was £ 193 million.

This is about 58 billion HUF.

Their annual report for 2021 has not yet been published.

They have about 3 million active users a year.

According to their statements, they account for 4% of the European online gambling market.

If we don't count state lotteries.

Their shares are available on the US NASDAQ stock exchange.

The second company is Flutter Entertainment.

A competitor of the aforementioned Kindred Group.

Flutter also embraces several world-famous brands.

For example, PokerStars, Betfair, and Paddy Power.

It has been operating in its current form since 2016.

This is when Betfair and Paddy Power merged.

Through Paddy Power, their history dates back to 1988.

In addition to an online presence, they also run physical sports betting offices.

In 2020, the company had 14,000 employees.

And 14 million active users.

It is currently present in more than 100 countries.

In terms of pre-tax profit, 2020 was much weaker than 2019.

In 2020, it generated GBP 1.1 million, or HUF 440 million.

While in 2019 it was GBP 149.9 million, or about HUF 52 billion.

Its shares are also listed on the London Stock Exchange and some other stock exchanges.

The third international company is Entain.

They have brands like Bwin or Party Poker.

It was founded in 2004 in Luxembourg under the name GVC Holding.

It has more than 24,000 employees in 18 countries around the world.

In 2020, their pre-tax profit was GBP 174 million.

This is about HUF 61 billion.

It was an exceptionally good year in terms of profit.
