Flip house sounds cheap. It's like lip
stick on a pig. So, uh.

We'll take a look at what we got inside.
We bought this house with all the

contents. Well, almost all the contents.
They took everything good, and now

we have to take and get rid of the garbage.
But, we're gonna have ourselves a little

estate sale here, and then uh, see
what happens in about 2-3 months here

when we're done with this house and that.
So we are going to take a walk inside now

and give you a little shot of the nice
quality stuff we have for our estate

Well, this is, after 2 months turned
into 9 months. This is what a flip house

to look like. After doing 5 since '07

and building a new house, this could
very well be my last one.

But as you can see, we changed it
quite a bit. And I hope someone

really enjoys this house, living
in the future.

We built this house and changed it
as if I was going to live in it

myself. Unfortunately a lot of people
out there that do these flip houses,

just get it done type thing. And what it
does is it gives a bad name for people

that actually renovate them properly.
