Now here we will compare Coin Futures with USDT Futures, the classic USDT based Futures we always trade

What is Coin Futures now my friends? In Coin Futures, unlike USDT Futures, you show the coins you have as collateral

We want to trade in Futures

If you want to switch to the USDT Futures section, as you know, you have to give your collateral in USDT

So what should we do with our BTC in this Spot? We need to convert it to USDT first so that we can deposit it to USDT Futures

Now, in the 1st example, I explain USDT Futures, I will show this on the calculator, I say it insistently

What was there? I had 1 BTC on Spot

Meanwhile, lets say 1 BTC is 20,000 dollars

20,000 dollars, so I have 20,000 dollars for 1 BTC

What did I do now? I exchanged it in Spot, put it in USDT Futures, started trading with 20,000 dollars

and I opened a transaction for 1 BTC

Let's show it on the calculator right now

Look, I came, as you can see normal USDT, I'm in USDT Futures

Let me explain in the example without leverage

As you know, what's always important? "Size" my friends

What was my "Entry Price" guys? It was 20,000 USDT, my "Exit Price" is, in this example we're assuming BTC is 21,000 dollars

What was the thing we called "Quantity" my friends? it was the amount

How many transactions will we open? 1 BTC, see

As you can see, I made a profit of 1000 dollars

How much have I got now?

I got 21000 dollars in USDT Futures

My total money was 20,000, and now became 21,000, how much is my total profit my friends? 1000 dollars

In fact, if I had kept it on Spot in this example, I would have earned the same money

Now you can trade more with more leverage as it is Futures, but your profit rate will change at that rate

Nothing will change in the comparison of USDT Futures with Coin Futures in this example

Let's adapt this to Coin Futures now

I have BTC, it is still on Spot, I have 1 BTC

I want to trade in Futures because I think BTC will rise

but actually what i got is BTC, i'll make money when it rises anyway

Now let's give this example

What does Coin Futures provide you my friends? Look, I came here

Clicked on Coin Futures, switched to same BTCUSDT Perpetual

As you can see here, your money shows as Bitcoin

So let's say I took my 1 bitcoin, and I put it here

Let's do the same calculation here again

lets say we have 1 BTC, BTC is again 20,000 USDT

and we continue on the probability that 1 BTC is 21,000 dollars, we will look at our profit rate

Now look again I pulled on 1 lever, see

What was my Entry Price my friends? it was 20,000 as in the example again

What is my Exit Price? Lets say it is 21,000

"Cont", the term of "Cont" emerges here my friends, you need to pay attention to it

For BTCUSDT in Coin Futures, 1 Cont = 100 USDT, that means a contract, you pay 100 USDT per contract you receive

if we..

We had 20,000 USDT at the beginning so i mean we had 1 BTC, I apologize guys, we had 1 BTC

How many Conts do we need to pay to open a 1 BTC transaction? See how many Conts we need to buy? Let's calculate now

20,000 divided by.. since 1 Cont is 100 dollars that means I was trading with 200 Cont

I came..

What was my quantity my friends? 200 Cont

What did I actually do my friends? look

Just opening a 1 BTC trade and getting 200 Cont here is the same thing

each Cont is 100 dollars, think that way, each contract is 100 dollars

Now I came, I made my calculation, see

What is my profit on my account? it shows in BTC type

Why did it show in BTC type?

because I gave my collateral in BTC, my money stands as BTC

and so my profit is now like here, Coin Futures as its name is, my profit is not USDT but in Coin

So I had 1 BTC, see, I made 0.0476 profit

I had 1 BTC, plus I made 0.0476 profit

How much do I have now? see, 1.04 ...

I wrote wrong here my friends

I wrote this "4" more .. so I have 0.476 BTC

How much is BTC now? 21,000 dollars

I multiplied with 21,000 dollars

What happened guys? I got about 22,000 dollars, do you see?

I did the same transaction, opened the same size position

While I had 1000 dollars profit in USDT Futures, I have 2000 dollars profit in Coin Futures

Now I should mention that especially

Coin Futures is much better especially in Long Positions

Cause if you thought this position would drop

So if it drops from 20,000 to 19,000 in Long Position, this time

We will lose 2000 dollars in Coin Futures, while we make loss of 1000 dollars in BTCUSDT

So I want to say that
