[10]
everything you need in the world and in
life you can be satisfied right here and
[16]
what's a neighbor for a charter broker
you definitely have to have a passion in
[26]
the industry without that it wouldn't
drive even the clients to come to work
[32]
with you I think you have to have the
knowledge of your area and the
[37]
geographic possibilities of which yachts
can actually be part of where you're
[42]
going to charter there's so much to
realize also with competitions around
[50]
what you can do how you can make a
difference and which clients will come
[56]
to you as a chartering broker compared
to another chartering group
[66]
you know Montenegro has so much to offer
in a very discreet way that's I decided
[75]
I would like to start excursions here
not just getting clients to charter here
[82]
I believe there's so much to learn in
Montenegro by seeing the terrain and
[86]
I've done that I've gone all over I've
seen what I would like our clients to do
[93]
discover here there's so much people
don't talk about that it's a mysterious
[99]
country to a lot of foreigners but once
they get here I would like to have the
[105]
availab available 'ti in mind on what to
offer them so that's why I believe
[111]
excursions are very important for
discovering Montenegro it's not just the
[115]
beautiful coastline and the actual
location in the Adriatic there's much
[122]
more to that
[129]
well Croatia has its own thing going for
it it is beautiful you know the blue see
[135]
the pastel aqua areas no comparison in
its beauty Montenegro has its own
[142]
private boutique style beauty that is
wild
[147]
definitely wild there are areas and
country roads you can go on that are
[153]
indescribable except being out of a
storybook or what you can imagine you in
[159]
a storybook would be there are areas
that are so intensely beautiful like
[166]
awestruck monastery in the in the wall
and the experience of going there being
[174]
in the caves swimming here it's like
you're in Capri I felt I was in Capri
[179]
but I'm not I'm in Montenegro why
because nobody was there and there were
[184]
three caves in front of me to go and
swim I love that I like the feeling of
[190]
being in vintage Italy and I like the
feeling that it's not Italy that it's
[195]
Montenegro it has its own culture its
own beauty I love the people here
[200]
I love the glamorous life in front on
stage and I love the village life in
[207]
backstage I love everything being two
blocks apart there are there are
[218]
challenges first one is competition
there are 15 different chartering agents
[226]
or port services here a lot of them that
are already established have their own
[231]
clients coming in so the challenge is to
find our own clients the other thing
[237]
would be challenges of performing what
we advertise and to the highest level
[244]
and that to me is a great challenge with
my team I have an image of what I want
[249]
I'm creating this all from how I would
want to be treated as a client
[253]
this whole company's based from client
knowledge of the industry so this is my
[259]
challenges to me
it's just the way I would like it as a
[262]
as a client which is close to
perfectionism it's okay for mistakes
[269]
it's okay for the the odd you know
moment of whoops but I really try to a
[275]
strive the best possible I can because
that's what I expect our clients come
[287]
from California as far west as
California possibly Australia we do have
[295]
clients from the United Arab Emirates
Bahrain Saudi Arabia Kuwait and we also
[306]
have now India and China and Sweden so
it's completely all over the map and
[314]
what's interesting is you get a request
from maybe an Emirati for Thailand or
[322]
you get an Australian for Montenegro
it's just anywhere literally it's
[329]
spinning the globe where they want to go
and we're there to help them achieve
[334]
their state of mind of that exceptional
family or beautiful experience at sea
[346]
our clients are looking for something
unusual original between nature meets
[355]
luxury that's something I apply and
every one of our experiences that we
[361]
offer it's what I look for I have a
design thinking state of mind I always
[366]
have since birth so everything that I do
with this company is design thinking
[371]
from the logo to experiences and I'm
always creating something that I think
[377]
the clients are going to love because I
want it I want to do that it's not just
[384]
every day go go go maybe one day is
sitting around and feeling lazy or it's
[390]
a spa day on your boat or it's go
somewhere you've never seen before or
[397]
it's a surprise day or it's a restaurant
with new foods they've never tried or
[401]
they would like us to fly in a chef for
the week there's so many things we can
[407]
do and it's just I'm basing all of this
on what I would want done first of all I
[419]
was invited here as an actress in France
for a film I did that was in a an off
[425]
area of hurt sick nobies Film Festival
which is every year in August and I
[431]
think today is almost three years when I
first came to Montenegro because of that
[436]
invitation
I had five days of free time and I
[440]
wanted to charter something or get on a
sailboat and experience the seas around
[446]
here the coastal waters I didn't find
what I was looking for
[450]
therefore I researched and I found in
Holland so that led me onto a journey on
[455]
why they couldn't have something like
that here I fell in love with the
[460]
vintage Italy it feels to me I found out
that this whole coastline which was
[467]
ex-yugoslavia used to be run by
Venetians that attracted me even more
[473]
I love the idea of knowing the Italians
were here because I love Italy so much
[479]
with my heart that there's a part of
Italy in here somewhere I love that and
[484]
the layers and layers of history in
Watson I grow make you love this country
[488]
even more so all that has has brought me
in as a funnel wood if you would say
[496]
into why and how come I started a
company here this by far is the boutique
[509]
of the Adriatic so you have Croatia
Albania you have Greece you have even
[516]
Italy all the leg of Italy there's the
Adriatic arena but of all of that you go
[523]
to the boutique if you want to go to a
superstore of shopping you go the whole
[527]
coastline you do the big things you go
like every tourist you go on that you
[532]
know 30 minutes to two and a half hour
tour and you can see it fine but if you
[538]
want the boutique experience you come to
Montenegro because it is the boutique of
[544]
the Adriatic for sure if not the
Mediterraneans
[548]
area it is so special not just with the
people the mindset the modest attitude
[555]
and the humbleness that is displayed
here but the actual wild beauty that I
[561]
found so it'll capture you just as the
streets of Paris when you wander and
[566]
discover oh that breathtaking view
without anyone talking about it it's the
[572]
same thing in Montenegro with wild
beauty and it's probably going to be the
[577]
first country in the world with the most
luxury ports in their waters so again it
[584]
turns out to be the boutique capital of
seaports in the world
