Covid19 vaccine alternatives. Are vitamins聽
useful? Hey everybody this is Dr. Ben. I'm a聽聽
[5]
chiropractor working in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.聽
Recent news reports about people dying after聽聽
[11]
receiving the covid19 vaccine has generated a聽
lot of controversy. So for example in Norway,聽聽
[16]
a group of people received the vaccine died. and聽
in India, a 42 year old died after getting the聽聽
[21]
covid19 vaccine. Let me deconstruct everything聽
for you. Legal disclaimer: I'm a chiropractor,聽聽
[27]
not a medical doctor, not a medical specialist and聽
you should always consult your medical doctor or聽聽
[33]
medical specialist. Let's look at the facts who聽
are the people who died from covid19. Data from聽聽
[40]
the ministry of health Italy March 2020 shows聽
that they were mostly elderly aged 70 and above聽聽
[46]
and they also had existing conditions or illnesses聽
also known as comorbidities for example diabetes,聽聽
[53]
high blood pressure, heart disease. So this means聽
that for this group of people so even without聽聽
[60]
getting a covid19 infection they'll probably not聽
survive very long due to the existing conditions.聽聽
[66]
Now let's take a look at who died after receiving聽
the covid19 vaccine. Data from Norway shows that聽聽
[73]
they were elderly aged 70 and above and they聽
also had an existing condition. So we look at聽聽
[78]
the latest news, the Norway health officials聽
have come up with some newer guidelines for聽聽
[83]
covid19 vaccine. In other words, the doctor has to聽
weigh the benefits versus the risk of vaccinating聽聽
[91]
elderly and frail people. Now I know some of聽
you all are really skeptical. What about medical聽聽
[97]
doctor Dr. Gregory Michael in America? He died聽
after receiving the covid19 vaccine. According聽聽
[104]
to official reports, he suffered a stroke due to聽
having low platelet count or thrombocytopenia.聽聽
[112]
So the question is did he have a genetic disorder聽
and you can only verify that by doing a DNA test聽聽
[121]
or is the platelet drop directly due聽
to the vaccine? This is a question聽聽
[128]
which we do not have the answer.聽
We need further investigation.聽聽
[132]
Can taking supplements prevent you from getting聽
covid19? Until now we do not know the answer but聽聽
[140]
but but we do know that the聽
majority of covid19 patients聽聽
[145]
had low levels of vitamin D. So this means聽
that if you are able to increase your levels聽聽
[151]
of vitamin D that probably will give you a聽
fighting chance against this covid19 virus.聽聽
[158]
We have a lot more information about what to聽
consume after being diagnosed with covid19.聽聽
[166]
So this is where we are clinical trials聽
using zinc, vitamin D, selenium, etc.
[173]
Have you had your vitamin supplements today?聽
So the reports suggest that taking some of聽聽
[177]
these supplements to lessen the severity of聽
covid19 symptoms. what do you mean by that?聽聽
[185]
covid19 virus can attack your heart, your lungs,聽
your kidney and cause a lot of damage but besides聽聽
[194]
that scientists also suggest that a lot of聽
this damage could also be collateral damage.聽聽
[201]
Why? Because your immune system is trying to fight聽
this virus and so during the process it generates聽聽
[207]
a lot of inflammation and all these chemical聽
messages generated by your immune system you call聽聽
[213]
them cytokines produce like a storm, so it's kind聽
of like a boxing match so you so you can imagine聽聽
[220]
many days, many weeks of this inflammation聽
sustained inflammation what will happen that聽聽
[227]
creates a lot of collateral damage just like聽
during a time of war what happens is that聽聽
[232]
civilians from both sides get injured there's聽
collateral damage so likewise your immune system聽聽
[237]
might generate some collateral damage damaging聽
some of the internal organs of your body and added聽聽
[243]
on with the covid19 virus which can attack various聽
organs in your body that creates a lot of damage聽聽
[249]
so what supplements are more effective to聽
reduce some of this storm this cytokine storm.聽聽
[257]
From the research it suggests that vitamin D and聽
glutathione they are effective in calming this聽聽
[265]
cytokine storm. The exact mechanism involves a聽
lot of biochemistry, i don't want to go into that.聽聽
[273]
Glutathione, Asian ladies you would have heard聽
of glutathione as a skin whitening agent, skin聽聽
[280]
brightening agent but that's not all. Glutathione聽
is actually a very effective antioxidant it fights聽聽
[287]
again oxidative stress. So the next question you聽
might want to ask is what type or what form of聽聽
[293]
supplements. Do I take tablets, capsule, liquid,聽
etc? My preference is to consume sublingual聽聽
[303]
tablets. Why? Anytime you consume sublingual聽
supplements, it goes straight into your body. You聽聽
[314]
don't need to go through your gut, you do not need聽
to go through your gut, your digestive system,聽聽
[319]
you go straight into your body. It's fast, fast聽
action and better absorption. Sublingual vitamin聽聽
[327]
tablets they're very small you put it on or under聽
your tongue or on your tongue and it melts after聽聽
[333]
one minute or so. So you will not choke you聽
will not choke. Sublingual supplements are a聽聽
[337]
lot more expensive so for example here I聽
have Oxytion but you get what you pay for.聽聽
[344]
As you can probably guess there are very聽
few manufacturers of sublingual supplements.聽聽
[349]
Why? Probably it's more difficult to聽
manufacture compared to the conventional way.聽聽
[354]
So that's all in this episode, I hope you learned聽
something useful. This is Dr. Ben chiropractor聽聽
