In this video, I will teach the way to do free job posting on Linkedin.

Let's go to our computer screen

First, go to this Linkedin Screen and then click on start a post

Previously, we were allowed to do Normal Post on Linkedin

but now Linkedin has Launched a new Job Posting feature

which is "Share that you're hiring".

This option will help to promote your job post on Linkedin

Click on "Share that you're hiring"

next Click on "Create a new job"

Enter Your Job Title here

"Civil Engineer"

If your job is remote, click on "This job is remote"

I will write Delhi here

New Delhi, Delhi, India

You can select employment type

from Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Other, Volunteer or Internship

I am selecting full-time now.

You can write a Job Description here

I am typing

I am looking for Civil Engineer

for Top Real Estate Company

based out in Delhi

You can also include the experience required

I am typing 5 to 7 years

You can also write salary range.

up to 6 lakh per annum

If you have a description, you can write it here

I am filling in the details as fast as possible

"Should have experience in tall buildings"

then click on "Done".

Linkedin has created a job post for you.

You can post this on your wall as well.

In the old posting system, it was not like this

You have to write and post.

The old posting system was not giving relevant results

but this posting will give relevant candidates

It will increase your pool of candidates

I will click on the post.

You can only do one job post at a time

You need to cancel this job post to write the other.

The candidates will apply by clicking on "Easy Apply"

and you will get that candidate profile

previously it was not like this but now LinkedIn is giving us an option to do free job post

I can sort these details

by Relevance, Date applied, First name, Last name

by Rating also.

I can give a rating here

by Good fit, Maybe or Not a fit

I can add a filter by rating

I can also filter by location

Like India, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai.

I can add filter by using these options

I can filter by years of experience

As you can see, the candidate profile is open

If I scroll it down, I will get the candidate resume

I can send a message to a candidate from here

Click on more

to get the candidate's email address

and contact number

If you don't get these details

you can directly send a message to the candidate

and ask for the details
