we are about to head to the top of this building  right here behind me and film a 75 million  

penthouse that is not even on the market yet  this is at 172 madison avenue it's silver all  

space it's not even completed yet it is steps  from the empire state building i actually filmed  

the third floor mansion here about three years  ago it has a 50 foot long swimming pool it's one  

of the most interesting places in the city i'm  pumped for this one let's go see this apartment

so here we are we are in the sky penthouse and  this right here is what 75 million dollars worth  

of raw penthouse space looks like again we're at  172 madison and before we jump into this quick

tour the space this is essentially multiple floors  and can be sold as either one giant penthouse  

or multiple separate pet houses whereas the top  two floors would most likely be a duplex where  

she'll see the rooftop to break this all down we  have here the floor plans laid out essentially  

this is the great room and again i'll throw up the  rendering so you can see the space and what it can  

be what it will be and essentially this is a home  for an entertainer huge great room double height  

ceilings with three bedrooms off to the south  and west here so you get those nice sunset views  

i'm gonna walk through the space right now just  you can see this is that great room that we're  

talking about i'm going to cut to the render now  just so you can see what this will look like and i  

mean like i mentioned you really have to use your  imagination but this is the bones of 75 million  

dollars and we're gonna actually walk out to the  terraces to show you guys this is our eastern  

facing terrace and it is a beautiful night here  in the city behind me we had the chrysler building  

looking down you can see all the way up the entire  island of manhattan this is again madison avenue  

which runs the entire length of the island you can  see the east river you can see downtown brooklyn  

off in the distance there but yeah bird's eye  view looking down madison avenue i mean this is  

just beautiful it's all about the views especially  when you're this high up we're gonna head back in  

and just keep this tour going so then this way  here's that staircase and cut to the renderings  

again this would be all glass enclosed here with  the staircase leading up to potentially another  

little sitting area there then making our way  further back we are now getting our western views  

and you can see the sun is just about  to peak out there behind that cloud  

and if you look directly up we're in between  33rd and 34th street so you have the empire state  

building so this would be a corner bedroom and  because you wouldn't want to have the sun waking  

up i mean some people would want the sun waking  them up but this is really the sunset room here  

again times square off to the north and the  west looking uptown you see the metlife building  

again beautiful shot the glimmering chrysler  building off in the distance yeah we're getting  

into golden hour here look at the shadows of light  here casting along this far wall just imagine when  

this place is fully done i love seeing raw  spaces i think it's a really unique thing  

that a developer can have that vision of what a  space will look like and that idea can turn into  

a beautiful skyscraper like this but then again  it all connects back here this is actually the  

entrance here i didn't show this off here's the  elevator axis right behind me here now these only  

access the penthouse so this one is for the entire  building to get up and down and then the secondary  

one is just for the penthouse especially being a  creator having that bare space it's it's a blank  

canvas it's just like the possibilities here  are endless and with the bones like this where  

you have these 22-foot ceilings floor-to-ceiling  glass views of pretty much the entire city i mean  

you can even see the hudson river there off in the  distance now to really show you the size i'm just  

going to walk all the way back to where we started  so you can see what 22 foot ceilings are like  

a pretty tall guy very very large space and i  didn't show you this pat if you want to come here  

we'll meet up here this is your southern facing  terrace again views of downtown brooklyn get  

into golden hour now we'll switch sides here and  now you can see off into the west just that sun  

setting right down 33rd street i mentioned that  this was a duplex i'm not going to show you all  

i believe it's four of the penthouse floors but  let's head upstairs now so you can see check this  

out it's an interesting thing that we're walking  up these wooden stairs that one day will be a  

beautiful ornate floating glass staircase right  off of the stairs this is that nice overlook area  

this is the great room from above you can really  see the perspective of just how vast the space is  

with those double height ceilings real quick i  just had to thaw it's evening now i'm back in  

my loft uh and we'll get back to the rest of the  tour in a minute or so but i was just thinking 75  

million dollars is a seemingly impossible amount  of money to pay for anything let alone a penthouse

let's now head back and check out the rest  of the 75 million dollar penthouse apartments  

in manhattan uh off of the stairs this is kind of  like an office look at this room look at that sun  

oh you can just imagine when this is  done so this could be a bedroom an office  

whatever you like but look at the view  there it is boom empire state right  

in your view it's beautiful let's head back  upstairs keep going to the very upper level of  

the penthouse space so here is a little landing  off of the stairs just floor to ceiling glass  

and what we're about to see out here just come  check this out this is in my opinion one of the  

most unique places in the city there's some very  special pieces of real estate in the city but this  

just take a look at this this is an open-air  terrace and this right here actually stepped down  

this is a floating jacuzzi and i mean you can  see how deep this is just by me in the frame  

this is a very sturdy thick piece of glass where  you are essentially floating over madison avenue  

this is i mean you have at least 20 jets  overlooking brooklyn in the distance there  

the east river sunsets so this is the first water  feature and if we if we make our way around here  

this is your second water feature here is  your infinity pool overlooking the empire  

state building perfectly framed here off into  the distance here is your corner terrace moment  

you have views to the west views to the north  and even views to the east of all of midtown  

you can see right behind me empire state building  yeah this is something special this is one if not  

the most unique places i've seen in the city  and i've seen a lot of places here in the city
