today we are going to show you our rental home in the UK

so many of you are in doubt regarding the rental homes

or apartments in the UK isn't it?

first of all I need to tell that we are in Northern Ireland, UK

it is the most cheapest place in the UK to live with a Family

if you are looking for a rental home it may be fully or semi or not furnished

we pay a rent of 450 Pounds per month

"So, Let's get into our House!"

this is our entrance corridor, mostly it is narrow here in the UK

so you will feel bit dark while entering into a house

we have two store rooms on the side of this wall

A thing to remember , please confirm your land lord or agency with whom you deal with, that the Carpets and Wall Paintings are renewed before you buy it !

because that's their responsibility !!

here is the fire alarm and smoke detectors

we need to know what we have to do when an alarm occurs regardless the climate outside

don't be panic !!! , just get escape outside your property and assemble in the given area. authorised personnel will reset the alarm and you can get back once the emergency has cleared..

this is our Master Bedroom

first of all, I've said that this is a fully furnished one and we had most of the furniture here..

only we had bought some chairs and home appliances

please don't think that you will find only hifi setup in the UK, here we do have cheaper rental homes like this and we are satisfied with that

here we have 2 toilets , in which one of that is attached

so many of my friends from England said that they don't have adequate space in the bathrooms even though they pay more rent

so that without doubt that I can say Here is very cheap to survive with Family..

this is the second bathroom

if you are planning to move to the UK let's consider to not make the floor of the bathroom wet and the people here doesn't like it and we need to be cautious about that..

this video is really meant for the new comers to the UK

we had so many queries via our YouTube channel regarding the safety and cost effectivity here ...

so that is the motive for this video

this apartment is much safer and we do have advanced facility here to protect us

this key is to open the main door of the Apartment

here is our Kitchen

most stuffs here provided by the land lord except the refridgerator and utensils

if somebody does not know about the warmer here... this is the warmer it can be run by gas, electricity or oil

ours is gas (heat )warmer

this is gas heating chamber

if you have oil heater you need to refill it by service providers or purchase it from petrol pump or station and that could be our head ache..

but here gas is refilled and maintained by the service providers and that is their responsibility

if you are using this you should purchase it before you come here because it is very rare to see any of these stuffs here.

so guys this is our living room where we spend most of our time

this tv was bought by us including these tables.

you can consider community charity shops to buy second hand furnitures if you do not have sufficient amount to buy new ones or to save some bucks.

you may think why we have launched our Xmas tree earlier, isn't it?

Christmas is the main festival here as we all know and the time to raise Xmas tree is on December first week

But our little kiddo Anika is keen about it and persuade us to make this for her

we also have another bed room which has same area as of the main bed room it is opted for the dependant children

while on making your request of Family visa we need to show occupied space for the dependant children here. Better consider a double roomed home.
