A lot of times, when we avail Banking Services,

maybe you have a Savings Account or a Current Account,

or a Debit Card or a Credit Card,

or any problem in the fund transaction,

or have any issues relating to loan

which the bank is not resolving.

In such a case, you can file a complaint

against the Bank / NBFC / Co-operative Society

or Cooperative banks to the RBI.

There is a process for it.

First, let's understand when you can file a complaint.

As per the Banking Ombudsman Scheme,

as you can see from the document on the screen,

where you have complained to the Bank about an issue,

and 30 days have passed, and you haven't got a reply,

or the complaint has got rejected

or you are not satisfied with the reply,

then you can file a complaint under this scheme.

Now, let's understand the process.

You can email them, or fill out a form and send it to them.

In today's example, let's assume there is a Dhani's loan fraud,
