earlier this month after we aired an

investigative series into allegations of

the deputy probate judge and others that

plundered through a dead man's home in

january security cameras at the dead
[26]
man's home captured the judge and others
[28]
discussing the search for the man's will
[30]
those cameras also captured some of the
[32]
group carrying property out of the home
[35]
and it all went down as the dead man's
[36]
wife was inside and the wife suffers
[38]
from severe dementia and this man's
[41]
estate could soon be on the way out of
[43]
the marvel county probate judge's office

probate judge mark heath at his office

last month he wasn't talking about it

we'd like to talk to you about judge

bullock bullock showed up to hollis

slade's home the day after his death in

january slate security cameras captured

bullock taking part in plundering

through the man's home

rummaging through stuff and sitting

before and trying to make her

and bullock also dug through the man's

pickup truck and was there as property

deputy probate judge at the time over

the next few weeks probate records show

bullock was directly involved in the

filing of the slade family's probate

case even initially in order from

february 17 one month before she was

sworn into office this would take

the probate judge markeith hollis

slade's neighbor bobby norris told judge

heath about the allegations against

bullock on january 29th noor says heath

assured him he'd investigate but seven
[203]
weeks later heath swore tammy bullock in
[206]
under an oath that grants her the full
[208]
power of an elected judge but you swore
[211]
in on march 15th six weeks after the
[213]
initial allegations were made to you

judge on tuesday heath sent the state

supreme court this letter asking to

recuse his office for presiding over
[225]
this latest state

heath's letter comes one week after we
[228]
confirmed a supreme court investigation

into bullock and just three days after
[233]
slade's estate asked to move the case
[236]
out of marlboro county concerned over
[239]
potential conflicts of interest judge
[241]
heath again today to explain why you did
[244]
that

okay offered no explanation as to his
[248]
decisions as the county's elected
[251]
probate judge hollis slade's estate

wants this case moved to darlington
[256]
county which is just to the south of
[258]
here although judge heath would not
[260]
answer our questions as to tammy
[262]
bullock's current employment status i

did see her car parked out behind the
[265]
courthouse in its usual spot here today
[269]
sled opened a criminal investigation
[271]
into the estate allegations back on

august 30th that investigation is still
