right now the theme that we're hearing

from a lot of different politicians a

lot of people on Trump's is sooner

rather than later they want to get

something passed they want to get
[26]
something out there they want to help

the American people at least that's what

we're hearing and we definitely hear a

lot of opposition to that because we
[36]
have you know a lot of Republicans after
[39]
the heroes Act being passed do not like
[42]
the heroes Act in its current form
[44]
there's a lot of pork written in there
[47]
there's a lot of things that they just
[48]
feel are allocated resources and
[52]
departments that don't need the money as
[55]
much as the American people do as much
[58]
as businesses do so is this thing really

going to happen sooner than later well

we're gonna look at some comments from a

chief adviser to the President and also
[69]
to if this thing does pass if the heroes
[71]
Act does pass I want to give you a

reasonable timeframe and also a

prediction on when I think you could

receive your second stimulus check first

let's take a look at some of these

comments of sooner rather than later so

what am I referencing here so there is a

guy by the name of Kevin Hassett who is

the White House economic adviser and he

went on record to say that he expected a

fourth wave a second economic stimulus

bill to come sooner rather than later

and this was quoted in this article in

Forbes but also Oh everyone's favorite

because as many people here just don't

like CNN but in this article here you

know he was talking to CNN talking about

the unemployment rate and just talking

about you know with the concerns that

the legislation has of regarding what's

going on in the economy what's going on

with our country talking about
[133]
employment hitting you know records high
[135]
14.7% April increasing more and more
[139]
and they don't expect that to go down
[141]
anytime soon so what they were looking

at looking at unemployment figures

looking in June and then just

recognizing that he this is his own

personal prediction highlighted here he

predicted that Congress and president
[155]
Trump would agree on this so-called

fourth wave of economic stimulus sooner

rather than later now is that something

that I'm gonna sink my teeth into I'm

gonna put that on my calendar because I

can't put it on my calendar because

there is no date there but somebody that

is talking directly with the president

knowing what's going on with the economy

what's going on with unemployment

he recognizes as well as a lot of

different senators on both sides

recognize that something needs to be

done now as we all know talk is just

talk you cannot deposit talk it your

bank your bank does not deposit talk

checks because talk is just talk so what

happens if or what is the likelihood of

this happening and if it does when would

it happen you know if this heroes Act

did get passed whether in its current

state which we know it won't you know

after the Senate votes or puts it down

after there's some changes like with

some a realistic time frame on when we

could expect a second economic stimulus

check well let's get one thing straight

I'm not a fortune-teller I'm not a

mind-reader I I don't have access to a

DeLorean and to go 88 miles per hour go

to the future to know when a check is

going to be get past you if it does get

past but I am of the belief that a

second wave will get passed like I do

believe that so what am i basing this on

all we have to do is look at the cares

act to see how that went down when it
[252]
finally passed to see if the heroes Act

does pass what would the likelihood be

of the date of when this check would be
[261]
issued so let's actually take a look at

a calendar so what I have here is

June 2020 calendar just case we're not

on the same page here the time this

recording is May 26 so right now it is

Memorial Day weekend you know the

Congress that they're on recess

aka vacation so they're not due to come

back until June the first so June the

first this is when Congress is back in
[292]
session so this week here is when I am

estimating and that the Senate is going

to look at the bill so the Senate is

going to look at the bill I'm sure

they're looking at the bill right now

but I mean or maybe they're just playing

golf who knows

either ways like this is when I expect

them to look at the bill so they're
[316]
gonna look at it look over the 18

hundred pages that the heroes Act is

currently at and then they're going to
[323]
look at it and from there they're going
[325]
to propose their changes which they've

already voiced you know they do not like
[329]
the the heroes Act in its current form

so the next part is they're going to

look at the changes and then based off

here I'm expecting the Senate to look or

make their changes here make changes

June the 8th through the 10th so we've

got them looking at the bill they are

now making their changes and then I

expect a vote to happen around here so

the vote Senate will vote June 11th and

12th right there all right so we've got

sound looking at the bill we got them

making their changes and then the vote

is going to happen and then after the

vote happens you have what we call

deliberations so this is were to go back

and forth and once again like the the

Republic is like they're not opposed

currently that a second bill like

they're not pose of it passing they're

just saying that right now in the heros

act in its current form they just will

not support it eventually if

unemployment continues to play out as

things start to

fold if if people are still struggling

with with finances and paying their

mortgage and paying rent and buying

groceries and just just everyday living

just take care of their everyday needs

then it's going to come back on the

politicians to do something so you know

time will tell the see but I mean how

I'm seeing this play out just based on

what I'm seeing here on the channel what

I'm hearing from other bloggers and

other YouTube creators on what they're

hearing from their readers and their

audience is that people need help I mean

I'm sure you see it around you right now

so if there's going to be some pressure

for them to eventually do something so

the Senate is going to vote and then

we're going to have deliberations from

June 15th through the 7 17th so

deliberations here and then expecting a

final vote to happen so what once

Liberation's going here then they've got

basically three days three business days

to make that vote happen so the final

vote expect to take place somewhere in

this timeframe 1819 or the 22nd which is

a Monday so let's just say that it were

to pass right here so heroes Act passes

on the 22nd here just to kind of give

you an idea of the timeframe on when all

this went down and just looking over my

notes here they're right somewhere

looking at the cares Act so if you

remember the cares Act passed on March

the 27th so March 27th is when the cares

Act went into law it passed when the

first deposit the first direct deposit

went out where it finally was received

into somebody's account not everybody's

obviously into somebody's account was

approximately April the 15th so April

the 15th is when that first check went
[525]
out and in case you can't do the math

real quick that is 19 days 19 days from

when

the heroes Act passed excuse me the

cares Act passed until the first
[537]
American received a direct deposit so

looking at our calendar here if the

heroes Act passes the 22nd we can go

ahead and count this down I've already

done that for you

and if this is no surprise it's not

going to happen in the month of June so

when does it actually take place I'm

just gonna write it up here so you can

see it actually now I'll turn it around

so 19 days out from there is a lie the

13th is when you could expect a check if

this goes as planned

looking at this calendar here now once

the future

this is uh yeah that's it that's not

what I do but once again this is looking

at what happened with the cares Act how

that went down when it finally passed

and all the deliberations all the

changes that were made until it finally

became a law and then the first checks

went out now if you are in that

situation where you still haven't

received your check so if here is May

the 26 knowing that the first checks

went out who April the 15th and here it

is a lot days later then if their first

checks go out for the second stimulus

check July the 13th then I mean we're

looking at potentially August provided

that you don't get your direct deposit

information set up correctly from now

until then so it knowing what you know

now if there is a way that you could
[646]
have had direct deposit set up that
[649]
would expedited you getting your check

quicker if if this heroes Act does pass

and there is a second $1200 check coming

your way or more depending if you're

married and you have dependent children

then now is that time to get your direct

deposit

information setup to make sure

everything is in order so that you don't

have to wait 45 60 plus days or longer

to get your first check so that's what

we have right now this is once again

just based on what we've seen what's

going on all the talk of all the

different on both sides saying that they

are hopeful that a second check a second

bill is going to be passed if I'm wrong

that it would come sooner not expecting

that based on everything that weird

optimist I am hopeful and expectant that

we will see something past something

with the heroes act obviously on its

current form but something there is

going to be helping out the American
