[76]
So come Lets get into the video
[78]
If you look at the finance options that kawasaki chennai provides
[80]
They have tie up with top Reputed Banks
[83]
If you are looking to buy a kawasaki bike through finance options
[86]
There are finance options but only through Banks
[89]
If you want to do some private finance, there is no option at chennai kawasaki showroom
[92]
You can try doing it outside if you have any options
[94]
You just have to visit the showroom and whichever model you are looking into, ask them for a Proforma
[99]
That Proforma Contains of Your Name, whichever place you are from
[101]
i.e, if you are from chennai or from some other disctrict should be mentioned
[105]
With the Bikes registration cost, Insurance and other details together is called proforma
[109]
With this proforma you can try arranging private finance outside
[112]
or with your personal bank where you have savings account
[118]
Generally if you are going through bank loans They cover 80% Loan
[122]
We just have to pay 20% as downpayment for any super bike brands
[125]
Incase if you are a premium customer at certain banks or with good cibil score
[130]
If you have good income filed yearly
[135]
There are chances that sometimes they cover 90% as loan amount
[137]
Or if you already have pre-approval for 4 lakh and above or any amount exceeding the bikes cost
[141]
You can cover the entire bikes cost as loan amount without making any downpayment
[145]
But it might be for some specific customers only
[148]
Generally the basic down payment that everyone can go is 80% loan amount & 20% Downpayment
[153]
If you look at NInja 300's On-road cost, It is Rs.3,90,609, Including Road side assistance
[159]
For this On road cost, 80% loan Amount is Rs, 3,12,000
[165]
The minimum downpayment that you are going to make i.e, (minimum 20 % DP) is Just Rs.80,000.
[169]
So if you Pay 80,000, you are good to go for finance and take the bike against availability
[176]
So if you make this 80,000 as downpayment
[181]
For one Year, every month EMI will be Rs.29,000
[184]
If you choose 2 Years, then every month EMI will be Rs.15,000.
[188]
If you choose 3 Years, every month EMI will be Rs.11,000.
[192]
And for maximum 4 years, every month EMI will be Rs.9,000.
[197]
So This is the basic scheme for 20% downpayment for 4 Years
[203]
Some people can make a downpayment of 1 lakh, or 1.5 or 2 lakh, EMI will differ accordingly
[210]
If you are going through Bank Finance, Income proof is must
[214]
If you look at the income proof categories, there are totally 3
[217]
One is Salaried, the other one is self-employed and the last one is other source
[222]
If you are a salaried customer, you should be earning minimum of 40k-50k for Ninja 300
[228]
Only then your loan will be approved, as this is a higher segment in value
[232]
For this you have to provide the last 3 months Payslip
[235]
And for self-employed, you should have filed IT returns for the last two Years
[240]
i.e., we are in 2021 right now
[243]
You should have filled IT for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021
[247]
And the income per year should be filed around 3,00,000 to 4,00,000.
[251]
Only then you will be eligible to go for Finance option if you are Self-employed.
[255]
The 3rd category includes people who gets rent as income, Pension or NRI
[264]
There are less chance for loan approval for these cases,
[269]
There are only 2 options basically, which is salaried and self-employed.
[275]
Now let's see the required documents for making a loan process.
[279]
So the 1st thing is your Address proof
[282]
You can provide any one proof like Aadhar card or Driving license or Voter ID or Passport.
[289]
The 2nd one is ID proof, which is your Pan Card
[293]
Pan card is must for availing loan as well as to book and register a bike in your name, and will get registered in your pan.
[302]
If you feel like not paying full amount due to IT problem its better to go for loan for minimum years
[309]
The 3rd one is if you are in own house you must provide EB card Copy
[315]
Incase if you don't have an own house in chennai
[317]
if you are coming from trichy or tirunalveli and you are working in an IT company in chennai in a rental house
[324]
There are more options like, you can either provide Rental agreement
[327]
or wifi bill, or gas bill, if you don't have any of these
[333]
You can ask for HR letter from your company and give that as address proof
[339]
And the 4th required document is 6 month bank statement
[342]
For this bank statement you should get it in a printout format in person
[348]
5th one is 1 passport size photo, just 1 passport size photo is enough loan process
[355]
For registration of the bike you have to submit different ones, which il explain in other video related to registration
[362]
For loan process you just have to submit 1 passport size photo
[365]
Along with these required documents you have to submit the Payslip if you are salaried and IT returns if you are self-employed
[381]
If you are not in this list, and you aren't earning and if you are a student
[385]
and this is your first bike and have no income
[390]
There is another option, you can avail loan on family member only blood relations
[395]
For example, on your Fathers name or Mothers name or own brother or Sister's name
[400]
If they are earning then you can use their Documents to avail loan which is called as (Co-applicant )
[407]
Like the loan on their name and the bike can be registered on your name
[411]
In case if you are coming across this word for new, always remember to ask for this option for any brand bikes
[419]
There is a small addition to this process while logging in. which they will take care, you just have to ask them for the option
[425]
So you can get loan through Co-applicant like the loan on their name and every month EMI will be deducted from their account
[432]
but the bike will be registered on your name
[434]
Now all these documents should be self attested and to be given in person at the showroom
[443]
i.e, all documents should be signed by them and handover at the showroom in person will be easy to finish the process in one day
[456]
After this process is over, it will take 7 to 10 working days
[461]
within these 10 days, login process, loan approval and disbursement will take place and bike is ready for registration
[467]
So maximum days is 10 and the process will be done before 10 days
[473]
The duration of this loan will be 25 days validity from the date of login
[480]
Within this 25 days if your bike arrives the showroom, you can start the process
[486]
But in some cases there will be waiting period for 2 or 3 months,
[490]
In that case you shouldn't start the loan process before itself
[493]
when your bike is in transit, then you can start the loan process, by the time bike reaches showroom the loan process will be done
[503]
Never start the loan process before your vehicle is physically available
[510]
The last thing that we are going to see is about Loan Pre-closure
[513]
Most of you have doubts about loan preclosure and how it works? Let me tell you how it works
[520]
If you are going through bank loan, you should pay EMI for atleast minimum 6 months before preclosing
[526]
After 6 months you can pre-close it if you want
[529]
There are 2 different options for preclosing which differs from bank to bank
[533]
Some banks lets you pay partial amount in intervals
[535]
while some banks accepts only full payment at one shot
[539]
If you plan to preclose the loan, at that time of preclosure they will wave-off the interest
[547]
You just have to pay the principle amount whatsoever it is with some preclosing charges
[552]
it will be a minimal percentage comparing to the interest included in EMI
[561]
At the time of preclosing, do not forget to ask the bank staff about preclosing option
[566]
If they offer partial payment or full payment at one shot before logging in the case
[571]
because it differs from person to person
[574]
some will be able to pay it at one shot, and some will be able to pay an amount and later pay the remaining whenever possible
[581]
So whichever bank you choose, do not forget to ask about the pre-closing charges before logging in
[590]
