stock ticker is h-i-t-i-f so the big reason for聽聽

onto this stock it's not the chart and i know you聽聽

99 of my videos are on or the charts but this one聽聽

is a little different this chart does look good聽
i will give it that look at this massive volume聽聽

coming up lately i mean it's seen its biggest聽
volume days ever i think over the last couple聽聽

weeks yeah i don't know that it's ever had this聽
much volume uh and there's a reason for that guys聽聽

there's a big reason for that um first i mean it's聽
a pod stock and you know all the pot stocks are聽聽

just going off lately this stock in particular聽
i'm going to pull up the fundamentals here in聽聽

trading view let's go to the financials page right聽
here by the way before we get into the financials聽聽

just want to note that tradingview does have a聽
buy rating based on the technicals so that's a聽聽

good sign but let's jump into the financials here聽
because this is what i really want to talk about聽聽

this is the reason that i felt that this stock聽
to look very good as a long-term investment and聽聽

the reason here is look at the income statement聽
2017 they had seven million dollars in revenue聽聽

2018 six million dollars in revenue but they were聽
negative income right so they were not profitable聽聽

not profitable 2019 23 million dollars in聽
revenue so massive increase over 2018 but聽聽

still negative on the profit potential right the聽
net income is negative 19 million dollars so a聽聽

huge spike in revenue but still not profitable now聽
let's bump down into the quarterly right because聽聽

this is 2019 they don't have the full 2020 numbers聽
yet so we got to go down in the quarter at least聽聽

so we can see quarter 4 2019 8 million聽
dollars in revenue negative income聽聽

quarter one 20 20 10 million聽
revenue negative income quarter two聽聽

14 million dollars revenue negative income聽
quarter three 17 million dollars revenue聽聽

positive net income so they just recently flipped聽
positive on their income they are a profitable聽聽

company after being after not being profitable聽
for years this is massive especially for a pot聽聽

stock a lot of these pot stocks are not profitable聽
companies yet a lot of them hope to be one day聽聽

but this one in particular is a penny stock that聽
is profitable you do not see that very often聽聽

you don't see penny stocks or stocks trading for聽
pennies that are profitable companies usually聽聽

they're trading for pennies because they're not聽
profitable so this one just flipped profitable聽聽

and that is why we are seeing this stock uh shoot聽
up in volume and shoot up in price there are a lot聽聽

more other good things to note here in the income聽
statement balance sheet cash flow we can get聽聽

into all of those things but i was just i'm just聽
going to tell you guys to jump in here and do it聽聽

yourself please do your own research as well聽

so down here at the bottom of the screen is a聽聽

in q3 of 2020. so that's a very good look for this聽聽

stock going forward if you flick over to the聽
balance sheet you can see that their assets聽聽

and liabilities have been growing quarter over聽
quarter so the balance sheet is growing the cash聽聽

from operating activities right here the blue bar聽
is increasing that is important that's what you聽聽

want to see that's what is generating that that聽
profit right that profit and that cash flow and聽聽

that's the quick summary on the fundamentals聽
guys this is what that is the main reason why聽聽

this stock high tide looks so good to me right now聽
it's because it's a profitable pot stock that is聽聽

trading in the literal pennies right it's 61 cents聽
at the time of this video uh 61.9 cents so a ton聽聽

of upside here i think for this company this stock聽
you can see the market cap here is 258 million聽聽

so you know it's not even a billion dollar company聽
yet not even close so there is a ton of room for聽聽

this thing to run from the technical perspective聽
on the chart as far as chart patterns go it does聽聽

look like there was an inverted head and shoulders聽
here that was very bullish for this stock and it聽聽

did play out to the upside uh you can see聽
this run up right here that was predicted聽聽

by this inverted head and shoulders so great聽
stuff there and then all of this massive price聽聽

increase lately is on massive volume like i was聽
saying in the beginning of the video that is聽聽

a very very good sign you want to see when you聽
have these big price wings you want to see them聽聽

on big volume because that tells you that those聽
price wings are a little bit more uh believable聽聽

it's it's more indicative of the true direction聽
that the stock wants to go so because i believe聽聽

in this stock from the fundamental perspective and聽
not necessarily a chart pattern or the technicals聽聽

i am looking at this as a long-term buy and hold聽
type position not a trade or not a a short-term聽聽

buy based on any kind of technicals i do think the聽
chart looks good but there's no chart pattern here聽聽

that i'm trading i think this is a buy and hold聽
for the long term based on the fundamentals and聽聽

the key fundamental here is in the financials聽
that i showed you the company has flipped聽聽

positive they're profitable and from a political聽
perspective you know pot stocks are running聽聽

because it looks like they're becau they're聽
going to be federally legal here soon right聽聽

so that is all very bullish for the pot industry聽
and this stock in particular so those two things聽聽

combined you know the the political environment聽
being very bullish for this stock and the balance聽聽

sheet looking very good for this stock those two聽
things combined i mean this almost looks like a聽聽

no-brainer here especially where how it's training聽
at trading at 61 cents this is a true penny stock聽聽

so um understand that you are taking a lot of聽
risk when you invest into a company like this聽聽

these penny stocks swing wildly so i'll probably聽
take a pretty small position on this but i'll聽聽

buy it and hold it for the long term and i think聽
we are going to make a ton of money on this one聽聽
