Never Pay Collections Or Charge-Offs - YouTube

Never pay collections or charge-offs.聽聽
[3]
Did you hear me? Let me say that again. Do you聽
have bad credit and you're trying to fix it?聽聽
[8]
Well, we are not going to be paying any聽
collections or any charge-offs but we are聽聽
[12]
still going to fix your credit in a major聽
way. I'm going to show you how. Let's go.
[34]
So, let's talk about credit because this聽
is so important I know so many people聽聽
[38]
want great personal credit. I literally started聽
off with very, very bad credit. I'm talking 520 or聽聽
[44]
something score like that. I literally started off聽
like in this credit game and learning about this聽聽
[50]
in my parents' basement, okay? I was a dejected,聽
bankrupt, broke person investing in real estate聽聽
[57]
doing some wholesaling from my parents' basement聽
and I now have a credit score over 800. So,聽聽
[62]
this is very easy to do and I'm going to tell聽
you exactly how to do it and share with you聽聽
[67]
some of the mistakes that I made along the way聽
so that you don't make those same mistakes. So,聽聽
[71]
when it comes to personal credit, you know that聽
you have 3 credit bureaus. There's Equifax,聽聽
[76]
there's Experian and there's Transunion. And when聽
it comes to personal credit, you have those 3聽聽
[80]
bureaus and they will report all of the different聽
debts that you have. So, if you have auto loans or聽聽
[85]
if you have credit cards, if you have student聽
loans, if you have mortgages; those will all聽聽
[89]
report on your personal credit report as trade聽
lines. And depending on how well you pay them,聽聽
[94]
if you pay things on time, how long you've had聽
the accounts, you will have a credit score. In聽聽
[99]
most cases, we call it a FICO score. If you want聽
to find out what your fico score is or access that聽聽
[104]
for a very cheap price, I'll make sure to put a聽
link below to MyFico. But the important thing when聽聽
[109]
it comes to personal credit that you need to know聽
is that you can affect your credit score really聽聽
[114]
easily and you do not have to be a victim of the聽
score that they have given you. That was probably聽聽
[119]
the biggest thing. I thought that I had a very low聽
credit score and I literally didn't do anything to聽聽
[123]
fix it until many many months and years later when聽
I could have just started fixing it immediately.聽聽
[129]
I felt like, "Well, I have bad credit. I got聽
foreclosures. I got a bankruptcy. I got bad聽聽
[133]
credit. I just have to have bad credit." And I'm聽
sure you probably have those same things. But it聽聽
[138]
is not true at all. You literally can clean聽
up your credit report in a matter of weeks聽聽
[143]
and I'm going to tell you some secrets on why聽
and how you can get it done without spending any聽聽
[148]
money in the process. So, let's talk about what聽
affects your credit score like I said, we all聽聽
[153]
have trade lines and all of the different trades聽
and things that people have given you will report聽聽
[158]
on your credit report. But there are different聽
things that affect your credit score. And this is聽聽
[162]
very important for you to know. So, of course, you聽
have different trade lines. If you have auto loan,聽聽
[167]
that is considered an installment type of loan.聽
But if you have a credit card for example, that is聽聽
[172]
considered a revolving type of account because the聽
amount is variable and it is a revolving account.聽聽
[177]
And then you have mortgages. That is a different聽
type of account. A mortgage is a mortgage it is聽聽
[182]
different from a revolving or an installment聽
account. So, you want to have a different mix聽聽
[186]
of the different types of accounts that you have.聽
You want to have a car loan. I know some people聽聽
[190]
are afraid of debt and they don't want any debts聽
and they don't want a car loan. But if you want聽聽
[194]
to have a good personal credit score, you probably聽
should take out a car loan at some point in time.聽聽
[199]
You probably should borrow money and buy a house聽
if you want to have a good credit score. So,聽聽
[203]
the bottom line to it is you want to make sure聽
that you know what affects your credit score.聽聽
[207]
And the different types of accounts are one of the聽
things that affects your credit score. The next聽聽
[211]
thing that affects it is how well you pay those聽
trade lines, how well you pay those accounts.聽聽
[215]
Do you pay them late? Do you pay them on time?聽
Do you pay them 30 days later? You pay them 60聽聽
[219]
days later? 90 days late? That's going to be聽
a big factor in your credit score. How much聽聽
[224]
of the credit you use? So again, what type of聽
accounts? How well you pay them? And then what聽聽
[229]
the balance is to the amount that they gave you聽
--the limit. That's going to affect your credit聽聽
[234]
score. That's called your debt utilization rate.聽
And then you have debt ratio. So, credit bureaus,聽聽
[239]
they're very smart now. All this AI, artificial聽
intelligence. They can predict about how much聽聽
[245]
money you make just based on some factors. And so,聽
they actually kind of do a simulated debt ratio of聽聽
[251]
how much money they think you make based on how聽
much debt you have on your credit report. And so,聽聽
[256]
that will affect your credit score too. So,聽
let me give you all the secrets to how you聽聽
[261]
actually maneuver this with this information聽
because I have some good info for you guys. So,聽聽
[266]
if you're watching this video, I'm assuming you聽
probably have some bad credit issues. Kind of like聽聽
[270]
how I have where you have some collections or you聽
have some charge-offs. So, let me quickly tell you聽聽
[274]
the difference though between a collection and a聽
charge-off. So, say for example you have a credit聽聽
[278]
card, let's just use Capital One for example聽
because I literally this was my situation. I'm聽聽
[282]
just going to use me. I'm not gonna use anybody聽
else. I had a Capital One credit card, you know,聽聽
[286]
in like 2002 or whatever they gave it to me when聽
I was like you know 21 years old or whatever.聽聽
[291]
And I like did use... I used it and then when聽
I didn't pay it, they would call me all the聽聽
[298]
time and you know, I didn't have the money so聽
I didn't answer the phone. And then eventually,聽聽
[301]
they sent it to collections, okay? And that is聽
after they what we call "charged it off". So,聽聽
[307]
the company itself, okay? The Capital One company,聽
they will keep calling me, keep calling me and聽聽
[313]
trying to get that money. Eventually, if I don't聽
pay them after you know 4 months or 5 months or 6聽聽
[317]
months... Every lender has their own guidelines on聽
how long they'll try to contact you and get money聽聽
[322]
before they charge it off. Meaning before聽
they're like, "Okay, this is not collectible.聽聽
[328]
Noelle is a deadbeat, she's not going to聽
pay us. Let's just go ahead and let's just聽聽
[331]
charge it off." And so what they do is they say,聽
"You know what? She's not giving us that $300.聽聽
[336]
We're writing it off. It's a loss. Okay?"聽
And then they send it to collections, okay?聽聽
[342]
So, there's collection companies and collection聽
agencies. Probably you guys know what I'm talking聽聽
[346]
about and they will call you on old credit card聽
bills and old cell phone bills and all this other聽聽
[352]
stuff and try to get money from you. And the thing聽
about it is you really need to understand this聽聽
[356]
game because it is so important. They literally聽
bought that debt for pennies on the dollar,聽聽
[361]
okay? Collection agencies buy charged-off debt.聽
And then any of the money that they collect, they聽聽
[368]
get to keep okay so once it's charged off they聽
bought the debt and if they bought it for $15 like聽聽
[373]
on a credit card like say you charged off $300,聽
they probably bought that debt for like 10 bucks,聽聽
[378]
just being honest with you. So, if even if they聽
got 20 from you, they got more than they would聽聽
[382]
have gotten. But let me tell you the secret to聽
the game because I need you to understand those 2聽聽
[386]
things. And now, I'm going to give you the secret聽
sauce on how you maneuver through all of it.聽聽
[391]
So, before I get into that secret sauce. This is聽
an awesome time. If you are loving this content,聽聽
[395]
please make sure you smash that like button, and聽
please share this video with anyone that you think聽聽
[400]
this content could be useful for. I want to make聽
sure I'm helping as many people as possible so get聽聽
[405]
to sharing. So now that you know the difference聽
between collections and charge-offs and then kind聽聽
[410]
of what happens you know they charge the debt off聽
and then they send it to a collections agency and聽聽
[414]
then that agency is essentially a new debtor,聽
okay? Because they have purchased that debt. So,聽聽
[419]
here's the secret on how you maneuver this. Okay,聽
guys? And this is from real-world experience. Not聽聽
[424]
only for my own bad personal credit but for me聽
being a vice president at some of the largest聽聽
[429]
banks, okay? And working in mortgage and finance.聽
I know this stuff. I'm not just telling you...聽聽
[433]
Additionally, I have a master's聽
degree in economics from Penn State聽聽
[437]
and I have an MBA from baylor. Alright? So, I'm聽
not just telling y'all stuff. Noelle knows this聽聽
[441]
stuff in and out. The lender that has charged聽
you off or has you know put you in collections,聽聽
[446]
they have the burden of proof, guys. Okay?聽
So, now that they have reported this to your聽聽
[451]
credit report, alright? And this is on your credit聽
report. You can dispute those things and they have聽聽
[456]
to prove that it's you. And the key to this is聽
you don't have to actually ever say that it's you.聽聽
[461]
So, when they call you on the phone, the聽
collection agency is calling like, "Hey,聽聽
[465]
I have this Capital One bill and you didn't pay聽
then this that any other car. Speak to Noelle."聽聽
[469]
I'm sorry, you have the wrong number. *Click* And聽
I hang up. I don't even talk to them, okay? I do聽聽
[474]
not ever admit that it's me. I don't have to admit聽
that that's my credit card. I don't have to admit聽聽
[480]
anything. The burden of proof is on them. So,聽
the key that you want to make sure that you are聽聽
[486]
doing and you do not fall into this trap, do聽
not confirm it's you. Do not confirm the debt.聽聽
[491]
Do not start making payments. Or if they聽
say... You know, because they're calling you,聽聽
[495]
they want to harass you because they want you to聽
pay them... Remember, they bought that debt. So,聽聽
[499]
this collection agency, that's their entire job聽
is to collect money from you. So, they'll call you聽聽
[503]
every single day. They don't care and that's their聽
business. And it's up to you to know this rule.聽聽
[508]
So, I'm telling you something that most people in聽
the world do not know. Don't answer their calls,聽聽
[513]
do not admit to the debt, do not do any of聽
those things, okay? Because what you are doing,聽聽
[518]
unfortunately, if you do admit and you get on聽
that recorded line because they always call you聽聽
[522]
from a recorded line, right? Am I right? I know聽
click that little... Let me get some comments聽聽
[526]
below. How many have gotten that call you're on a聽
recorded line? "Yeah, okay. Bye." I'm hanging up.聽聽
[530]
Do not talk to them on that recorded line because聽
now they have you. So, if you're trying to fix聽聽
[535]
your credit and you have these situations the last聽
thing that you want to do is say, "Yeah, I did it聽聽
[540]
it's me and I didn't pay." Because at that point,聽
now we don't have the wiggle room. And of course,聽聽
[545]
Noelle is not a lawyer. I told you all those聽
degrees I have. I never told you I was a lawyer.聽聽
[549]
So, you know you can talk to your attorney. But I聽
know the laws. And the law is they have the burden聽聽
[553]
of proof and I also know the law is you would聽
have to admit and confirm that that debt is yours.聽聽
[558]
And I am telling you unequivocally, you don't have聽
to do that. Okay. Because I am cooking now. I am聽聽
[564]
loving this content. And I am like... Because this聽
is amazing. I wish people had told me this. That's聽聽
[568]
what I'm telling you, guys. Okay? So, I'm telling聽
you, alight? So, instead of actually paying those聽聽
[573]
collections and debts, here's my promise, here's聽
what I'm telling you you should do instead.聽聽
[576]
You can get those things removed. You can actually聽
take the time and you can put in letters and you聽聽
[581]
can get those things removed from your credit聽
report. Alright? And I'm actually going to put聽聽
[584]
a link below to kind of help you with some of聽
that. And then I'm actually even have a whole聽聽
[587]
video that I've made. I'll make sure I'll put a聽
link to that on how to get these things removed聽聽
[592]
with some letters, with some templates so that聽
you can use. So, I'm giving you everything that聽聽
[595]
you need, okay? But if you don't have the time to聽
do this and you instead of paying that company for聽聽
[600]
that old debt, you would be better off to pay a聽
credit restoration company instead of paying that,聽聽
[606]
okay? I literally have paid for credit聽
restoration. And I'm not talking about credit聽聽
[609]
repair. That's something different. And again,聽
I have a great credit restoration company called聽聽
[613]
creative credit solutions. Again, I'm not being聽
paid any money for this. This is just a company聽聽
[618]
I've used. He's a good friend of mine that owns聽
the company, Justin. And he's amazing and he's聽聽
[622]
helped lots of people, lots of my clients, and聽
he has helped me, okay? So, you want to make聽聽
[627]
sure if you have issues or if you're wanting to聽
pay a little bit of money to settle these debts聽聽
[631]
instead of selling, giving them that money, you聽
can give it to a company and they can get all of聽聽
[634]
this cleaned up and get you a really good credit聽
score fast. So, there you have it. You will never聽聽
[641]
pay collections or charge offs ever again. You now聽
have the information you know what to do. If you聽聽
[646]
have any questions with this size, you can always聽
call my office. Our phone number is 888-479-4542.聽聽
[654]
Again, I do not do credit repair neither does my聽
company. However, if you have questions or you聽聽
[659]
need access to resources, my company, we are here聽
to help you and we will refer you to a company聽聽
[664]
that we have used and that we have trust if you聽
need help with this. Additionally, you should聽聽
[668]
not spend a lot of money on this. So, I'm going to聽
tell you about companies that are very affordable聽聽
[673]
with that I know that they were effective聽
and affordable. So, if you need that help,
[677]
888-479-4542. Again, I just want to make sure聽
you have all of the knowledge, all of the tools,聽聽
[684]
and all the resources that you need to be聽
successful. This is Noelle. To your success.
