Once you are in the verification phase, there are forms to be completed by the employer, school and license body. There's also an option for notary cam.

So if you have 4 documents' it'll cost 100USD. As to the process, I know someone who has used the notarycam recently and her experience was like this:

This applicant was based in Abu Dhabi and for her using the notarycam was more efficient, she didn't have to take annual leave, travel to the embassy etc.

Process: you have to create an  account through notarycam.com  

upload your original cgfns form  unsigned and identity documents. In her experience she submitted

passport and marriage certificate once uploaded, she clicked start notary  

process then you will have to accomplish  and fill in details on another window  

once done they will assign a notary to you and  you will have to meet to meet him via video call  

you should use a chrome browser with a webcam on your computer or laptop  

make sure to prepare your original documents  before accepting the meeting invite okay

I think in her case, she only prepared her passport and had to run for her marriage certificate for the video call... so make sure you have all your documents ready.

You will meet the notary

and you will state your name date of birth address

You will be asked to show the original documents then

You will also be asked to swear that all information provided in the CGFNS form is true and correct.

you will follow his instructions just to  

electronically  sign the document

I think there's a section there for notarial attestation. And because shed need notarization for 2 documents, she paid 50 USD.

so she has eight pages in total. documents  will be notarized in front of your eyes  

best thing is they will be  the one to send it to cgfns  

so not sure when it will be received  by cgfns but we'll update you later on

so yeah that was her experience with the notarycam
