[6]
fail to register in your class.
[8]

[13]

[18]
and the hearing.
[40]

I'm always interested in hearing about what people are on probation for it,
[68]
why you violate a probation. If I have an answer,
[71]
I'll provide you guys an answer. On the other hand,
[74]
if you feel uncomfortable leaving it for the whole world to see,
[78]
you're always welcome to give us a call or make an appointment over there and
[81]
we'll ask you a questions for you. If you'd like a videos,
[85]

[90]
so for this video we're going to assume that you're on misdemeanor probation and
[95]
you've signed a contract saying that then your maximum is one year in jail,
[99]
thousand dollars fine. You were,
[102]
let's say for instance one four years into probation and you picked up a new
[107]
crime or you forgot to enroll in your class or you promised the court that you
[115]
would do some Caltrans and you haven't completed it in time.
[118]
And then when the courts came by and the dates is due,
[122]
you've signed the contract, the plea agreement,
[125]
saying that they can sentence you up to one year in jail and you have either
[131]
committed a new crime,
[132]
failed to register for alcohol or in some kind of domestic abuse class,
[137]
you've had a deadline to complete community service or Caltrans and you haven't
[143]
competed in a time. If you picked up a new case,
[146]
the courts are going to look at what type of case you picked up.
[150]
So let's say for instance you forgot to pay your fines.
[157]
If this is a case, it's no big deal.
[160]
Don't spend money on an attorney.
[163]
You can just go into court and when you go to the judge,
[167]
judge is a pretty reasonable. As long as it's your first time,
[170]
you let them know, Hey, you know what, your honor, I kind of fucked up.
[175]
I blew my deadline.
[177]
And you know this is assuming that your deadline was a week ago or two weeks
[183]
ago. Well, a month ago in far. Okay at best.
[187]
So just get in there and let them know you forgot the deadline. I'm sorry.
[191]
And get the heck out.
[193]
That first court date would be called your arraignment and this where a lot of
[198]
probation violations get dealt with. If you have a second DUI,
[204]
you're going to want to hire an attorney to represent you in the case.
[208]
Third attorney will work out some kind of or conditions where you do AAS or you
[213]
come out and you get bailed out. Now let's say for instance,
[217]
if you forgot to or not forgot you, you blew off your Caltrans.
[221]
You had to go to work and you needed more time.
[225]
If this is your first time,
[227]
you can go in there and negotiate up something with the courts.
[231]
Get into courts as soon as possible and address this issue.
[235]
If this is something out of your control,
[237]
something that can talk and be talked about, you can set the matter for hearing.
[241]
You have two options. How to handle this.
[242]
One is with an attorney or one is without nutrient.
[246]
If you go in there with an attorney,
[249]
then chances are you don't have to appear in court.
[252]
If you go on there without an attorney by yourself,
[256]
you need to get to the windows by 10:00 AM I hope you guys enjoy the video.
[261]
Be sure to download the expungement ebook below. It's a free ebook.
[266]
The end of the day,
[268]
a probation violation is divided into two hearings.
[273]
The first stage is an arraignment and the second one is going to be a hearing.
[279]
Most cases and other amendments.
[282]
If your case is something along the lines of you forgot to go in your classes or
[289]
you need more time, it's going to end up at maintenance. Now,
[293]
let's say for instance, if you picked up a new case,
[296]
then your case is going to have a hearing at the end of the day.
[300]
If you have a felony probation violation,
[302]
I suggest that you go out there and grab an attorney.
[305]
Don't want to handle this by itself. If you have a second DUI in orange County,
[310]
you don't want to walk in there alone as well because you are looking at a
[314]
significant bill amount or you're looking at getting remanded into jail,
[320]
so need to get some professional help for that.
[323]
Be careful on how you handled that.
[326]
If it's a failure to comply,
[329]
if it's failure to golden classes, save your money.
[333]
Go in there and just handle it yourself. You'll be okay. Check the link below.
[338]
It's going to give you a link to the three expungement ebook.
[341]
I hope you guys enjoy it.

[369]
If it's something out of my area,
[370]
I'll grab another attorney and we'll put it on feet.
