7. i'm fairly certain the first video of

grace's

that came across my for you page was

one of the very first green countertop

everyone kept asking me for updates um

i listened to a couple people who

commented and told me to sand it i tried

look i even bought this fancy um sander

but now all the layers are coming up so

oh and i painted the counter green so

um it was surprising just

how textured her counter seemed to be

in my interview with her i discovered

that the reason her counter

appeared to be so textured initially was

because she

painted it white and then did glitter on

it and then just
[268]
painted over it with the green but the

green wasn't even bathroom waterproof

countertop paint no it was island paint

but everyone was hating see i'm

impulsive and everyone was hating on my

white countertop it looked like it had

bugs on it and so like i had the green

paint

and i was like i was gonna paint the

island green or the cabinet screen

and i was like oh i could just paint the

island or the counter

green and then keep the cabinets white

and then i

like didn't sand it down before so it

was chunky from the sparkles

and i thought adding more layers of

paint was gonna help which apparently

that is

anti you are not supposed to add layers

of paint

do not add layers of paint people get

very mad about paint it's not surprising

that it was a little lumpy it's

it's not that at all surprising but it

started as that and she

also shared how she had done her own

tile

and styled her own tile so you painted

the floor black before you did that

stencil thing to it yeah well because

everyone else in the video well they

also only have like really small areas

and then i sized my tile i was going to

buy stencil

and i haven't told anybody this part yet

though but it's honestly embarrassing i

don't know if i should repeat it i

thought my towel were like a weird

size i was like no my towel is 5.7

and regular title six my stencil won't

fit but i was just measuring the tile

wrong my

my tile were six inch tiles so i could

have had the right stencil

and the bathroom is deceptively large so

the fact that she even attempted

to do this i mean yes she did attempt to

make stencils but the fact that she was

even attempting to diy her own tile

detailing i have to admire the the

dedication

but sharing her initial finished product

of her bathroom i guess or the work in

episode or that she was bipolar

and i asked grace what she thought about

this because also people are getting

really offended

like people that are actually bipolar

were commenting back it's not nice feel

just to like throw that around whenever

someone does stupid stuff and like all

of that so i was like i don't want to

bipolar people a bad stigma like i'm not

bipolar i'm just yeah

impulsive and brain damage another tick

speed bump i was run over by a drunk

in december 2019 and suffered

a traumatic brain injury which makes me

and bad decisions but i mean i've always

been stupid so i can't really blame it

fully on that

i was ran over by car i'm not bipolar i

was like it's just brain damage like

don't worry i'm fine but now i feel bad

for people with brain injuries because

i'm like i don't want them to get a bad

stigma because like

everyone treats me like a make-a-wish

kid so i say now because if anyone's

mean in the comments

someone will reply back and be like she

was hit by a drunk driver

she can't control it i'm like no you

also know that what's the point of video

i'm like i could control it and i've had

like several friends killed from

drinking and driving so i was like okay
