honor it's that you're this is on your

resume now so if you're applying to a

medical school or if you're applying for

a job on Wall Street you're competing

against other schools so Princeton

actually tried to combat grade inflation

the problem was no other school did so

their applicants would go out with the

GPA that would look lower than

comparable students so as you look at it

you pay all this money to go to a school

it's for your future if it compromises

your future because you

get your participation trophy laude

award you see why it would then as a

father to small children who I've

already had to start saving for college

by the time they go it's gonna cost like

four hundred thousand dollars right okay

on a degree you single-handedly just

changed my opinion because I was like no

because I believe you know coming from

the sports background it's like I don't

believe in a participation trophy I

believe like you have to work for what

you get and I'm here everyday thing for

kids to college million dollars in just

intuition you're laude yes sometimes you

don't get it I did wind up graduating

laude and from undergrad and and

that hallowed halls of Albany Law School

which I really love but and I'm sure it

helped me but I earned it I earned it I

just feel like it back back in my day it

meant something and it was on a relative

basis and not everybody got it and if

everybody's an honor student then no

one's an honor
