from a big shopping mall called

this condo complex is a little far from

the city center but it's in an area with

a lot of international schools

and it offers incredible value let's

we made it to the first building here

this is a condo complex called

pirano and it's a u-shaped

complex there's quite a few units in

here it's about eight stories tall

it's a really good budget range so

let's first go in we'll see the

amenities and then we'll get alice to

it feels a little bit like the shining

and the camera and perhaps the coolest

neighborhood otherwise known as niman

this is where the second condo is and as

a point of reference

it was right near the maya shopping mall

and this is what the mall looks like

so this last condos at the end of this

super trendy that seems to be the theme

here in chiang mai got trendy shops

little indian restaurant

lots of patios and uh cool stuff

it's an area of town called neiman hyman

i think they just call it niman

um and this is a condo building

named i can't remember the name

but when we get there i'll tell you

it's called eureka palm springs eureka

so atlas this unit's on the top floor

that's right it's full

we're moving on up all right alice last

condo of the day tell us about this

okay so this particular is a corner unit

one bedroom

27 square meters okay and it's in the

manhattan area

yeah so trendy area it's right in the

heart of it so there's lots of

cool restaurants and pubs nearby seems

like a newer building

yes as well yeah and a smaller unit um

yeah and how much is this place oh this

one's 15 000 bucks a month

15 000 baht per month that's right

you know right in the heart of it all

this condo looks feels and is priced

very similar to what you'd find in

bangkok

i was a little bit surprised but i guess

being in

chiang mai's hippest neighborhood comes

with a little bit of a premium price

at 27 square meters it's a little bit

too small for what i would consider
